Purchased a ring from Anthony. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the different types of diamonds. We described what we were looking for and he found the perfect ring. Very happy with the price and quality of the ring. My son also purchased several things from them and has been very happy with his purchases as well.

I went to J Fosters this past December to purchase a beautiful pendant necklace. Normally I wouldn't make the drive to Fallen Timbers, as I live in Sylvania and there are at least a half a dozen different jewelry storefronts within a few miles. I have frequented Mann and David Fairclough Jewelers in the past both are good. I would say good pertains or applies to a great many places, but when you are buying that precious one of a kind piece for that person in your life you want to spend the rest of your life with, you want great.

The jewelers went out of their way to help me find the perfect ring. Not once but twice. Unlike other jewelry stores, I was greeted with a smile and asked if they could help me. When I said that I was just looking, they directed me in the area of rings, and allowed me to look on my own, without the pressure of a sales rep standing over me. I will forever be a client of J. Purchased a wedding ring for my wife that was designed by her and Vincent, working to come up with something unique. They delivered beyond her expectations. We had been shopping rings before we ended up there. We found the quality of their products to be superior to where we had been shopping and could not have found a nicer family to do business with. It was a very positive experience. We have since bought a watch there and will continue use them in the future.

Took a watch in to have a battery replaced and the watch came away broken. When I called the next day they said they would fix it for free but upon arrival they denied having touched it and refused to fix it. $300 watch they destroyed. Owner was a jerk about it. Go anywhere else. Also when I asked them to quote me for a diamond (when I originally took my watch in) they quoted me $24000 and said they would give it to me for $14000.

I asked if I could take the quote with me and they refused after whispering to eachother under their breath which I found very sketchy and unprofessional. Later looked up online diamonds with the exact same parameters I specified and all were between 5-8k. Don't be a sucker go elsewhere

Not only did they create a beautiful custom engagement ring for my now husband to surprise me with, their selection of wedding bands was amazing and we found EXACTLY what we were looking for.
