Computer Aided Design (CAD) enables us to work with you to create a piece of jewelry that is truly one of a kind. Custom jewelry has been a part of the Mitchell's Jewelry offering for many years but CAD allows you to "see" the piece and guide us in making it exactly what you want. You can see the progress as we design your jewelry and we can easily show you options so you can be certain it is exactly what you have dreamed it would be. Whether creating a piece of jewelry from your mind's eye or using pieces you have to create something new, CAD makes it yours to love.
Every year, we travel nearly 10,000 miles to hand select diamonds in Antwerp for our customers. With our connections overseas, we are able to cut out the middleman and save money in the process. With this elite service, we extend these savings to our customers and are able to get the best selection of diamonds in the world.
We use lab-created diamonds in engagement rings and tennis bracelets or other jewelry that sees heavy use since they retain their brilliance, fire and scintillation. Colored gemstones, such as rubies, sapphires, and emeralds, aren't as hard as diamonds, which are a 10 on the Mohs hardness scale. Diamonds can be worn for a lifetime and maintain their brilliance throughout. I've loved Mitchell's Jewelry for so long but it has an even more special place in our hearts since our wedding! Ryan was amazing every step of the way. He helped my husband design my engagement ring and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Ryan also helped us design my wedding band using some family heirloom pieces and always went above and beyond. I had a great experience with Mitchell's Jewelry when I purchased an engagement ring from them recently. Shannon and Andrew were awesome! They did a great job of educating me on the different types of cuts, clarity, and color of the stone and worked within my budget to create the perfect ring for my fiancee. No one at Mitchell's ever pressured me to buy anything and they were very transparent about prices throughout the entire process. Mitchell's the best in town! Shannon and Ana are super helpful and make sure to help me find the piece which best fits my needs. The staff is kind and wants the best for their clientele. The options in the store are great. They are always extremely willing to order whatever you would like if it is not displayed! This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in purchasing jewelry! My wife and I were very impressed by Jeri our sales consultant. She walked us through each and every display, twice, looking for the perfect wedding ring. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! As we were completing our transaction I mentioned to Jeri our anniversary was in 2 days.
We were then greeted by Newt Mitchell, the owner, who was also very welcoming and friendly. He then presented us a gift card for dinner as an anniversary gift. This goes beyond what good customer service is. We are customers for life!

If you need any custom made jewelry, take it Mitchell's Jewelry! The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had the pleasure to work with Nancy and not only was the custom ring a perfect fit, working with her was also a perfect fit. Everyone I had contact with at the store was simply UH-MAZING. I had a ring the needed to be remade and customized, they walked me through the process and knocked it out of the park with the quality, care, affordability and customer service. My husband and I only purchase jewelry from Mitchell's Jewelry simply because the customer service is always outstanding. My husband visited the store for the first time in February 2015 to buy my engagement ring and wedding band. I bought his wedding band from there as well. Jessica was the sweetest and so patient with us. I had my heart set on a salt and pepper diamond for my engagement ring and Mitchells did not disappoint. Its the perfect ring for me. They were all very knowledgable in what they could or could not do. I wanted the diamond upside down as i liked the "bottom" side better and they recreated a setting that i wanted to hold the stone more securely. The whole process was painless, stress free and quick. Will be going back for mine and my fiance's band!
