In fact, there are almost as many expert opinions about diamonds as there are web sites selling diamonds. In our opinion, there are only three internationally recognized gemological laboratories: Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.), American Gem Society (A.G.S.) and European Gemological Laboratory North America (E.G.L - U.S.A.) Any other certification is only an enhanced price tag.

When I went to the location, the lady that met me at the counter first rolled her eyes at me as I walked in the door. She asked me what I was there for, and I stated that I was there to have my diamonds and gold appraised, and would possibly wish to sell some. She immediately snapped and said we are not buying any gold or diamonds. She said the owner was retiring. I will never enter there store again. Extraordinary rude!
