This shop fixed my wedding band and it looks just as if had never been broken. The man was really nice and honest. Excellent work is an understatement. I will definitely be using them for all of my future jewelry repairs

I was walking by after enjoying a delicious chicken sandwich from across the block and I thought I'd stop by to peruse their selection of watches. This place was nothing like the old Samuel Gordon jewelers that I loved. They aren't even a Rolex dealer. They told me they could get anything used and tried to cross sell me. The brands were odd and the staff seemed pushy. I think it was the owner but It felt a little weird. Don't think I'd go back. This place has a lot of reviews, I wonder if they are real.

I will try to express how happy I am with my custom made wedding ring. JewelSmiths was very patient with the creation of my ring. I went in multiple times to get it resized as it will be extremely difficult to do once its finished. The setting is beautifully done. They made it so the diamond fits perfectly in a low place setting. The diamond itself is beautiful!

I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. They were all very nice and very fast. They quoted a week to have my ring done and it was ready in less than three hours! Highly recommend!

I had my engagement ring resized here and my pearl necklace restrung for my wedding. I am so thankful I found such a great place that I can trust with such special pieces of jewelry. They always do such a wonderful job and everyone I have had interactions with were all very friendly.

They were great from start to finish. I needed a ring resized and had been told from other jewelers it would be two - three weeks. They had it done in less than a week and I love being able to wear it again.

Arthur Gordon was wonderful in helping assess a family ring that we wanted resized. We love their family history (including how his first job was paying the parking meters for his grandfather's customers). Arthur spent time with me over the phone when I was out of state, and when I came to town, he remembered our conversation. He spent time with my family in assessing other inherited pieces and making decisions.

He is generous with sharing his time and insight, and patient while we made decisions. They resized the ring in record time, exceeding our expectations. They made us feel welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place with history, kindness and expertise!

My ring is so awesome! Larry the manager is such a wonderful person to work with and did an amazing job, I can't give him enough accolades for the wonderful and amazing work he did. Brought my Rolex here for sizing and a quote for service. The gentleman was very kind and attentive and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their pricing was also a bit more affordable than competing places nearby which was nice. To boot, their watch guy used to work for Rolex, so winner winner in my book!

Kind of pricey for the small repair I needed, but the people that work there were super friendly and they fixed my jewelry quickly.

We looked for almost a year for the right ring for her. Every store, every thing, at every price. Nothing aligned with what we wanted. When I walked in to see Arthur at JewelSmiths, we knew right away that the visit would be different. He took the time to listen to us and hear what we were looking for. Many jewelers did this, but Art was different.

He immediately grabbed a pen and paper and began to capture what we were verbalizing. He was willing to put design work into a product that was made for us, not just slide a book of molds over for us to flip through. Several design ideas later, we arrived at the perfect thing for our needs. Arthur was helpful in advising us around dimensionality, ratios, proportions, stone protection, and so many other factors.

We designed, but he made it right and finished it beautifully. We could not be happier with the stunning result. I highly recommend the process to anyone looking for high quality jewelry that is yours, not just something a designer put in the market to compete with everyone else. I came to JewelSmiths because the stone on my engagement ring was loose. I think the prongs were not set properly even though I've taken it to two different jewelry repair shops before. I'm so thankful that I took it to them because now it is no longer loose and I think the problem is fixed! Plus, the man (Arthur?) who helped me was so nice and told me I could come by for a cleaning if I'm in the area or if the problem comes back for free! Deff come by if you guys need jewelry repairs!

I took my grandmother's engagement ring (not my engagement ring) here to be restored. I didn't know what to expect, but my goodness was I blown away! Rose Angela and Larry went SO far beyond the call of duty to bring my grandmas ring back to life for me. I felt welcomed and understood when I came in, they talked me through a few different options for helping match the ring to the picture in my head, they respected the boundaries on my budget, and while the proposed turnaround time was already perfectly reasonable, Larry (so cheerfully!) went to extra lengths to make sure the ring was done a little earlier for a special day. In his words, they're there "to make people happy, " and they certainly did! I am amazed by the service and the quality, they will definitely get my return business.

I was very happy with this place and everything about it. We had an engagement ring custom made and from start to finish it was a perfect ring and experience. First of all we walked in and no one was pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't want. Larry was really knowledgeable about everything we were asking including the metal and stone information. They were really helpful through the stages of making the ring and the end result was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this place!

I walked in their place about 10 minutes until closing to try to get a link added to my metal watch band. I was ready to leave my watch band with them, but they said hold on a minute & I'll see what I can do. 5 minutes later I had my watch band in hand ready to go, and all for $10. Great customer service. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This is the second time I've used JewelSmiths. Very positive experience. Made it very quick and easy to sell some gold pieces. I'll definitely be back.

I have a nice watch that needed some work and I had a quote of $500 elsewhere. I wanted a second quote. Not only did Art fix it, he did it for $200! Great service and a great price!
