This is the best jewelry store to go to! My fiance and I went in with some unique ideas for an engagement ring, and ended up working with David. My 1984 vintage Rolex watch needed to be repaired/refurbished. I entrusted Brockhaus to send it in. There was no guarantee of how long it would take, or how much it would cost. It was well worth the time it took, & the money that it cost. It looks brand new, & runs perfectly, + I have a 2 year warranty. David, at Brockhaus, kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. I couldn't be more pleased.

Wow! Brad at Brockhaus has done it again! I've had several pieces engraved for friends, from handwriting to a baby footprint. All have been phenomenal! And the staff, like Cassandra, have always been so nice and helpful when I come in. I've never received nicer and more down to earth service at any other jeweler. Seriously, if you need something special engraved-this is THE place to go!
