Sergio's Fine Jewelers

We brought in my grandmother's and grandfather's wedding bands to be resized to fit us for our upcoming wedding. These rings had matching engravings on the interior with their initials and wedding date. My fiance and I were aware of the risk that we would lose the engravings in the process of resizing. However, the goldsmith at Sergio's was actually able to keep the engravings intact!

In addition, Carl helped us identify a few other things we could do to protect the longevity of my grandmother's/now my engagement ring (reinforcing the prongs and an area of the band that had worn thin.) They really have given this family heirloom new life. The order was also turned around VERY quickly, after just a day or two! A final note - we've had the engagement ring cleaned once before, at a different jeweler last year, but it had nowhere near the sparkle that the ring had after being cleaned at Sergio's. It looks absolutely stunning. Overall, for all these reasons, we are so grateful and had a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

Twice I have gone to Sergio's for pieces for my Mother. Both time Susana helped me and I can't thank her enough. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then showed my lots options. My Mother now has a ring and a pair of earrings that she absolutely loves and has gotten many complements on. This is always the first place I recommend for people when they mention they are looking for a piece of jewelry.

I brought in maybe 10 14k gold and gemstone antique rings belonging to my mother. Most were with solitaire or cluster diamonds. He offered me $300 for ALL of them. Just one ring could easily have sold for twice that. Hes a crook. Don't go there.

The Team at Sergio's was extremely professional, courteous and eager to help me with my engagement ring selection. Was immediately welcomed in the store with multiple employees trying to help me. They educated me on all aspects of the purchase and what I was looking for until we found it. They were extremely patient with me and allowed me to see many ring styles and stones. Went to Sergio's the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Great customer service, great selection fine jewelry to choose from. Was given several options to choose from. Tim was very knowledgeable and patient. This the second time I have been there for my wife. I highly recommend Sergio's and his staff!

I had my watch battery replaced for $15 which I thought a bit pricey and was looking at bracelet for granddaughters but selection wasn't terrific but they could order some. Then I realized no one was wearing masks except me and I didn't feel comfortable so left quickly. Not happy experience

Amazing experience buying a custom engagement ring for my fiance. Start to finish, Tim guided me through the process and answered any and all questions at all hours of the night! The finished project was beyond my expectations. I have bought multiple pieces of jewelry here and won't ever go anywhere else. Amazing!

My silver ring unfortunately got ran over by a car, I had heard great things about Sergio's on the Nextdoor app and decided to stop in to see if they could help straighten my ring back out. The kind woman who helped us took it to their back room and came back less than 5 minutes later and had done a great job fixing it! I walked in to replace a battery for my watch, they changed it right there and it took them 10 min only, I was happy they didn't have to send it somewhere else like I was as told in other shops. They were very pleasant and on top of that as it was my first time there, I didn't have to pay for it.

Lousy customer service. New owner.pricy purchase. Not happy. No return. This is the first time in all my years of diamond purchase where I felt taken advantage of. A Real gentlemen store. We brought in a watch to adjust the band for my father. He was exceedingly kind and repaired it for free. This will be my go to store to buy any good quality watches.

DO not take jewelry here to get repaired or sized! Very bad work. The people are nice and all but their goldsmith is extremely lacking. I took a ring that I bought at a fine jeweler in Bethlehem, Israel to be sized 1/2 size down and after 2 attempts they still did not get it right. I have to take my ring to another jeweler to fix the mess they made of my ring.

They told me it was superb work, yet i can see the lumps and cut with my naked eye. The kept trying to insist it was fixed properly. I have never had such shoddy work done to my jewelry before. I did not expect this from a so called reputable jeweler. The owner even called me and argued with me about the quality of the work. I was left with a bent and lumpy ring that was in perfect condition before they hacked on it.

What a fantastic staff. They bring new meaning to the term customer service. Unparalleled. I was just out there to get batteries replaced in two watches. They could not be nicer and though I was not prepared to shop for any jewelry at the time I know where to go next time I want to buy some - the selection was stunning. Thank you!

I stopped in here with a watch band that was giving me trouble. I needed a few links removed, but I work during their normal business hours. I got there about fifteen minutes before they closed, and didn't feel rushed at all. They ended up doing the job for free since it was so simple for them (obviously wasn't for me). It's nice to have a mom and pop style jeweler in the area!

I made a last minute decision to stop in here the day before Christmas Eve to replace a watch battery as a gift for my son on Christmas. Sometimes it is not the price of the gift that counts but the time and effort you put into it that makes a difference. Of course being only 2 days before Christmas all the stores were crowded and traffic was crazy.

There was no way I would even try to get close to the Columbia Mall. Fortunately Sergio's was close to where I was running a few errands and I stopped by to see if they could replace the watch battery for me. I must say they couldn't have been nicer, in all the hustle and bustle it was nice to get great service and I didn't even have to wait.

I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and the price for replacement was way better than I expected. While I was waiting I saw that they do appraisals and buy gold, so I'll definitely be back. I really appreciate their great service and kindness in the midst of the crazy holiday season. I live in another state and while visiting family I needed to replace a watch battery. I found Sergio's on Yelp. They quickly and courteously took care of replacing the battery and did not charge anything. I had a chance to look around while they were working on the watch and was impressed with the merchandise available.

(Now I didn't know a whole lot about rings or diamonds going into my buying experience) so if you're someone like me, he will take the time to make sure you fully understand the difference between ALL the diamond cuts, carats and their clarities.to ensure that you get THE perfect ring.

Each and every experience we have had here has been special. From choosing our wedding bands, to purchasing a particular anniversary gift for my husband, we find the staff warm, helpful and knowledgeable. The variety and quality of the merchandise makes finding the perfect item fun and easy.

We stopped in recently to see if they could change a battery on a pendant necklace. It's an unusual timepiece - if you press a certain button it audibly tells you the time - a talking watch. We bought it for my MIL, who is blind, and she relies on it quite a bit. For some reason it is very difficult to open, with a tricky latch, so we were hoping Sergio's could assist. Well, not only did they open it easily, they also didn't charge us to replace the battery. That's what I call kindness and great customer service. We will be back again when we are in the area, and I encourage others to patronize this fine business.
