My daughter found her prom dress! Process, for her, was overwhelming but successful. She's very modest and waa not excited about some of the dresses that were pulled. I stepped in and helped out once I realized she was getting frustrated. Very happy she found what she loved! Too bad the store is closing. Best of luck to Karen and staff.

Took my daughter there for her prom gown this week. What a wonderful boutique. I have never been treated so kindly. Candice and all the ladies there we just so wonderful and helpful! They have a great selection of gowns and my daughter was able to find a beautiful one. I can actually say we had a lot of fun that day searching for her prom gown.

I had a really positive experience at Synchronicity. I had been there a few years back and they have such a wide selection that i felt and feel like it is the best place to look for a formal dress. I felt very welcomed. It is overwhelming at first, but I began to become more comfortable as my time in the shop progressed. They do give you a procedure talk right when you walk in (describing how the dresses are organized), however, as a customer you can clearly tell that they are looking out for your best interest. The owner and all of the staff was very kind and the dresses are beautiful, i don't know what more you could want.

Been searching for WEEKS for a prom dress and this place had my perfect dress. The selection is HUGE and there's a dress for literally everyone. To add on, the staff is OUTSTANDING, helpful, and nice. The prices are also really affordable. I got a designer one of a kind dress for a GREAT price. They're also very organized when it's busy. The sales associate Candace was really funny and friendly when me and my mom were checking out.

There was also a girl with purple hair that was super nice but I don't remember her name. All staff was sweet and not one rude employee. Definitely recommend going to this store and no where else.

My daughter and I went to this lovely boutique yesterday looking for a dress for prom. We almost went somewhere else in Annapolis until I read the reviews from that place and decided to try Synchronicity boutique instead. I am so thankful we did. We walked into the shop and it was very busy( it was Presidents' Day so all the kids were off of school).

Nevertheless we were told to have a look around and if we would like to try anything on, to just ask one of the ladies for assistance. My daughter found 3 dresses immediately and we gave our name to one of the ladies to get in line for a dressing room as it was so busy. Not 5 minutes later we were greeted and led to a changing room by a sweet lady named Brittany.

She worked with my daughter tirelessly and with such enthusiasm to find the perfect dress and perfect price and perfect experience. She was the one that picked out the winning dress for my girl. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wishes to feel special, have a good experience, and go home with a gorgeous dress that you can't wait to wear. Thank you Brittany and Synchronicity! We will be back again and will send all our friends your way as well! You guys are something special!

I was a bit skeptical when my daughter asked me to take her there for her prom dress. I did a little poking around while she looked for her own, and was surprised at the variety of selection and quality of dresses to be had an extended women's sizes. Yes, the prices are on what I would consider the steep side, but for people who are earning more than a retail income the prices are actually quite reasonable.

And if I doubted that, when my daughter has taken her dress to a tailor to be altered, the woman made a comment about the quality of the dress for the price and pointed out that the construction of the dress made it worth quite a bit more than what was paid. Service and follow up on the dress by the staff is also very well performed.

I went into Synchronicity Boutique shopping for a prom dress and was immediately greeted by Candace. Candace was very helpful and picked out dresses that she thought would look good on me. She did an amazing job of taking what I like into consideration while still getting me to try things on that were slightly out of my comfort zone. Later I was greeted by Karen and she was wonderful as well. Both ladies were very nice and helped me leave with the dress I love and never could have seen myself in! This was definitely an unforgettable experience!

My daughter called the store looking for a specific dress and when we arrived 1hr before their closing they not only had pulled the dress but several other styles for her to try on. Brittany & Paige were super helpful pulling dresses, suggesting my daughter try on shoes and accessories to help her decide between dresses. The staff stayed after their closing time to make sure she was completely happy with her dress.

She walked away with a dress she loved and I was impress with how patient the staff was us. This is a wonderful friendly shop where the staff truly make you feel like your their number one priority. Thanks!

I called looking for a non-traditional gown and I found my happily ever after gown with the help of the young women working there and Brooke, who was phenomenal. First off, everyone was so kind and helped me feel beautiful in every gown I tried on. Brooke was also there to help guide me to a dress that fit my style and body type. She was willing to call the designers to find out if the dresses I liked came in ivory or if they could cut it for me.

The fact that she went the extra mile and took two plus hours with my mother and I shows just how dedicated this shop is to helping you find just what you need. I can't recommend Synchronicity enough. They are amazing!

5 stars is not enough for this boutique. I have lost count of how many times we have visited this store and of how many gowns and dresses we have bought. We initially came here to buy a pageant gown for my daughter. After that we bought every Homecoming and Prom gown, as well as special occasion dresses, dresses for a cruise, a dress for graduation as well as dresses for more casual occasions.

Their staff is second to none and they know their business. Trust them! We walked into the boutique looking for a senior prom gown and Brooke said, "Hold on I have the prefect dress for her it just came in and it's still in the back we have not even steamed it yet." My daughter tried it on and we bought it. One dress. She never even tried on another one it was AMAZING.

Fit her perfectly and was just perfect for her body type. The staff are professionals and believe me they know what looks good on what body type. You WILL find something that looks PERFECT on you and have fun looking and trying on! This is honestly my favorite store on the planet.
