We have bought jewelry before but we never had our own jeweler until we came to Norman Jewelers. They are the best in our opinion. Very personalized service and great prices and quality.

Called in my question for battery change on a couple watches, they said they could handle it. Went in and within no time they helped me and not much later had the batteries changed. Great service and people. No doubt I'll return in the future.

Best jewelry store around. Love the owners, always are very friendly and great to do business with. Jewelry is always great quality and at a very reasonable price. Will for sure only be doing business with the Norman's in the future.

I took my wedding ring in to have a very small diamond replaced on the band. After 7 weeks with no phone call, I stopped by and it was finally ready. I paid the $90 and at first glance it looked complete. By the time I got home there was a spot at the repair site that was scratching my pinky, next to it. I took a good look and saw the HACK JOB THEY DID.

The replacement diamond is not in line with the others The prongs are bulky and uneven. They took out 4 prongs and replaced them with just 3 globs of gold. I'm no jeweler but clearly this looks like garbage. I will never be back nor recommend them. My ring is now on its way to the jeweler who custom made it to fix their awful "repair".

Bought my mom a pair of gold hoop earrings. He ordered them from a catalogue. My mom is 83 yrs old and cannot clasp them. When it was done for her one earrings clasp was defective it would not secure the earring. I brought them back and he wanted to find an omega clip to make it easier for my mom. Well after a month + he said it cannot be done. He says he cannot refund my money because it was a special order.

I asked why he could not just sell them in the store. He said because they were used. They were not used. One would not stay clasped. Now I am waiting to see if the charge on credit card can be cancelled he kept the earrings

Best experience ever. I needed a ring repaired. I was so comfortable leaving my ring in their hands. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work. Great people, wonderful service and I will return.

Very knowledgeable jeweler. My wedding ring was close to losing a stone for the 3rd time when I took it in. It was sad for me because I love wearing it, but I kept losing stones. I brought my ring in here and asked what could be done. He told me straight up. He gave me an honest opinion. He said that he could reset the whole thing and that would make it sturdier, but that in his opinion, it's not financially worth it.

He said that I was better off just having him tighten the stones and only wear it on special occasions. He said it would be better for me to get a ring that I could wear for every day, then just wear my wedding ring for special days or events. When I went to pick it up, he said that there were actually a few loose stones as opposed to just the one I knew about and that he had fixed them too. Then, he wouldn't even let me pay for it since he just tightened the stones. He said he didn't want to be liable if one fell out, but either way, I felt blessed that he didn't charge me for it.
