Step One: We inspect your jewelry for loose or damaged diamond and gems and also irregularities in the precious metal itself. Step Two: Your jewelry is polished with a high speed brushing wheel made of cotton, and a buffing compound. This is the best way to restore the precious metal's beauty and luster.
The true definition of cut is the quality of the proportions and symmetry of the diamond. Your diamond's proportions make a vast difference on how brightly your diamond shines. An 'ideal cut' diamond is one that allows the maximum amount of light to return through the top of the diamond, which takes into consideration the depth, table size, crown height and angle, girdle thickness and more.

LaDon and her staff are amazing! If they don't have what I'm looking for they find it and make it happen. They have done a lot of work for me and I have NEVER been disappointed. I go in the store and it like I'm going to visit with friends. They always remember my name and make me feel so welcome. I won't ever go any where else. I stopped by to inquire about the cost of resizing my 15 year old wedding band. The lady got my size and took the ring to the back. With in 15 minutes, she resized and polished free of charge. I told the other woman that I was looking at possibly upgrading my wife's ring. She showed me some beautiful rings and was able to offer very good prices. When I am ready to make the purchase, I will be going back. Thank you, LaDon's!

Came in the other day and the two ladies that assisted me where nice and chatty and lovely! I didn't buy anything but did sell something. She was fair. I took a few pieces in and she was clear about buying gold not so much diamonds and other stones. She didn't want to offend me and just handed me back the piece that was more bling than gold. I wasn't at all offended. I left happy and will be back.
