Called Saturday, spoke to Bob, explained I wanted to sell an engagement ring, gave him the details including size and he said to bring it down any time and they would give me an offer. Came by on Monday, was told they weren't interesting in offering anything as it was too small. Waste of a trip.

Took my ring to get it resized. The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship was excellent. The turnaround time was incredibly fast--less than a week. Bob is extremely friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of. I love that this is a local business with quality service.

Wow. I had visions of the ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend, and Bonaci took it to the next level. I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!

Moved away from Washington about three months ago and just found that I'm missing a diamond in the wedding set. Emailed them and within a day, Jack called me back and told me to ship it back to them and that they would take of everything for the cost of shipping.

A total hidden gem in downtown Kent. Beautiful selection of in house jewelry, custom orders AND they're very helpful! I've purchased new wedding ring settings (kept the center stone), an infinity band and diamond earrings and they've all exceeded my expectations. I've also had appraisals done for insurance purposes that have been completed quickly and with lots of detail, as well as having jewelry sized. My hubby and I will never go anywhere else! They are able to create anything you want, so I highly suggest you go in! :-)

I owe this company my marriage. :). After losing my wedding ring - a precious family heirloom - they were able to recreate it by using pictures of the original. They even showed me mock-ups of what the ring would look like before I approved it. Every time I wear my ring (which I never take off now!) I am grateful to them for making it look exactly like the original. This is definitely the place I will go for any jewelry purchase. Huge fan of supporting local businesses, and this place is wonderful.

We walked in and were treated with professional courtesy by Jack. They had the perfect band for my upcoming wedding, so we walked out with a piece the same day. No fuss. No high pressure sales. Went to have a bracelet engraved. And one of the employees, noticed my husbands black diamond ring was missing a prong and was loose. What a great eye. He would have lost it, otherwise. So it's being repaired too. They are all great. And beautiful jewelry. Always good quality. Thank you.

My husband bought me a black opal ring from Bonaci. The stone is stunning, and they resized the ring for me very quickly. I'm super pleased with it.

I took my my wife's wedding ring there the summer before she & I were married (which was back in Dec. 2016!), yet I STILL find myself recommending this place to people. I took my (then fiance's) ring there to be resized. My wife is 5' and she has the hands to match. Finding a *quality* ring in her size is what I imagine panning for gold must be like!

The jeweler took the time to ensure that I understood the process he would use and the potential outcomes (both the positive AND the negative), especially considering that we were attempting to reduce the ring by a couple sizes. Great communication, a surprisingly fast turnaround time, and an even more surprisingly low cost! I am STILL grateful.

Karen took it upon herself to order my second wedding band before we were ready then wasn't even smart enough to order my size (2 sizes too small) I knew they would have to stretch it which I DID NOT WANT. They wanted an additional $350 over the original price to order the correct size. I reluctantly agreed to let them put it on after they assured me it wouldn't be noticeable. One side is MOST DEFINITELY THINNER AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER EVENING OUT THE WELDS! My heart hurts a little bit every time I turn my ring over!

This jewelry shop is down the street from my new place. I've driven by many times and have been wanting to stop in to look at their collection. Recently I spent 400 dollars on a ring at another shop and wanted to have the gold tested. I went into Bonaci on my way home to ask for gold testing. I was greeted at first, but I feel like the owner's demeanor towards me changed once he realized I was just there to have my jewelry tested. Not very friendly or good at building rapport. I left not because they charge to test gold, but because of his demeanor.

Went to this local shop in Kent for a repair quote for loose stones on a ring. We were greeted promptly and felt welcomed by Kim as she consulted with their jeweler for a price. The whole process was rather quick both drop off, repair time and pickup and the price was met our expectations and with outstanding quality work.

Love this place! I purchased a small bracelet here as a gift for my friend and the girl who assisted me was so patient and helpful! They ended up cutting a longer chain to turn it into a bracelet for me and it was done 5 days earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

I have been buying jewelry for 40 years and now that I have discovered Bonaci, I will NOT ship anywhere else. They strive to give you a fair deal every time, and that's all you can ask for. Once you go there the 1st time, you will be there customer for life.

When I go into a jewelry store, I definitely expect sales associates to push me to spend as much possible.but I don't expect to be blatantly lied to. I was in here looking at engagement rings, and the staff was friendly and helpful. But then I asked about moissanite stones because a client had been telling me about her ring. I knew nothing about it so I figured I'd ask a jeweler!

They told me ALL moissanite has a yellow tint to it. They then brought out a stone to show me and y'all, it was piss yellow. Left here, researched online, and I'm now the proud owner of a *crystal-clear* and crazy sparkly moissanite engagement ring. I understand you want to make money; but don't lie to customers. If we'd decided to go with a diamond we would have been back because the staff was so friendly. But lying breaks trust.

In one word my experience with Bonaci was. AMAZING! Kim & Kerry were beyond helpful and the quote to repair my wedding ring (needed prongs & tips repaired because I am really hard on jewlery) was really reasonable. I am so glad that I found them and I won't be going anywhere else from here on out.

I love my engagement ring from Bonaci jewelers! I wanted a peachy pink sapphire as my stone and they were kind enough to order two stones in different shades and allowed me to pick my stone. They worked closely with the manufacturer as they recreated my desired setting in rose gold and set my chosen stone. I was stressed about having a unique request and getting it done quickly and at a reasonable cost and the process could not have been any easier with Bonaci. Thank you!

In all fairness, I have not been a customer at Bonaci. But not for lack of trying. I had inherited some fine jewelry and called them probably half a dozen times over the previous six months. Every time I called I was unable to meet with whoever I had to regarding selling a diamond, getting an appraisal or various other services I was trying to have done.

No one I spoke with was accommodating in any way. And the quotes for jewelry and services I did get were expensive. Recently, I was selling a diamond necklace on craigslist and the buyer wanted to meet at a jewelry store. Bonaci was centrally located and I thought it would be a good opportunity to meet them in person. I walked in and was greeted by a tall, well dressed older gentleman I am going to assume is an owner.

When I explained why I was there - I was up front about it and made it clear we would not take up anyone's time or space - he looked at me like I was trash. He said very snidely "Is there anything we CAN help you with?" When I mentioned that the buyer might want to verify the authenticity of the diamonds, he literally looked at the ceiling, waited almost 10 seconds and held his hand out.

I gave him the necklace, he gave it a cursory glance and said the stones were very dirty. I acknowledged that. He said he didn't feel comfortable verifying them based on that. Seriously? I am not young, naive, inexperienced or stupid. I know how easy it is to simply authenticate that a diamond is real. Bonaci is supposedly a long standing family business.

They obviously have no interest in developing relationships. I was not asking for anything they wouldn't happily give a paying customer - which I will now never be. I also know that Anthony's Jewelers, in Covington, provided me with quite a bit of time of his time and expertise at no charge only a few weeks before. When I offered to pay him for his services, he said they are a long standing family business and care about their relationships. That is where I will spend my hard earned money.

I called inquiring about their policies for insuring stones in an engagement ring that would have sapphires instead of diamonds. (A custom piece I was trying to decide where to have it done at) The guy actually had the nerve to laugh at me, and said unless it's a diamond there's nothing I could purchase that would insure protection of a ring I'd be wearing every day for the rest of my life.

He also mentioned that no jewelery store can do that and I was wasting my time. Completely unprofessional and downright rude. I honestly can't believe any place that speaks to customers this way is still in business. Jokes on them anyways there are four other stores in the area that do cover stone replacement for saphires and other precious stones.

I wouldn't recommend going to any place of business that has the audacity to laugh at a customer on the phone inquiring about a product. Update: My ring turned out great by the way. :)

Not much to love about a jewelry store that makes violence against women a joke, and right in the middle of domestic violence awareness month. I'll join the 70% of women worldwide who will experience physical and/or sexual abuse by an intimate partner during their lifetimes and say "no thank you" to this jewelry store.

Their current outdoor banner uses violence against women as a joking marketing campaign. While their banners tend towards sexism and patriarchy, the inclusion of joking about domestic violence takes it to a whole new level. I've put up seeing sexist signs as I drive by for years. With the current banner, being silent was no longer enough. However good their craftsmanship is or isn't, this sign and others like it over the years lead me to rate the business as poor. Any business that supports - even jokingly - violence against intimate partners does not deserve customers.

Be careful when you buy or sell jewelry or gold at Bonaci. Tried to sell a 22 caret gold bracelet there. They offered $570 but went down the road and received $800 just moments later. I got 30% more by going down the road and seeking another offer. GLAD WE WERE A LITTLE SMARTER THEN THEY ARE!

I have had my diamond bracelet worked on twice there. Once to add a security chain and once to replace the clasp and both experience were wonderful. I was treated with respect and the workmanship was outstanding.

I had a watch battery replaced here about five months ago and it seemed to me to be a high price charge. Anyway, the battery is barely five months old and the watch has stopped a few times and the thing just died on me. I won't go back. Seems like when you honor the local merchant you always pay more and get less.

Bonaci Jewelers is wonderful! Based on Yelp reviews, I walked in about few weeks ago looking for a setting for a stone that was a family heirloom. Joy was so happy to help! I told her that I was going to be proposing to my girlfriend in Hawaii and needed it by a specific time. She suggested many options and we found one that was perfect and worked out for the pocketbook as well.

The setting arrived, the stone was mounted, and it looked more amazing that I expected! When I requested an appraisal, Phil noticed that the setting was missing 2 stones but I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. No problem at all! A replacement was ordered while I was in Hawaii and when I returned, Phil had it replaced in a matter of hours! Joy, Phil, and Kari were absolutely wonderful to do business with. I will definitely be returning for any of my jewelry needs!

I sent my fiance here to have them look at her engagement ring as the center stone had come loose. Upon first inquiry, the recommendation was to take it back to the original jewelry shop. Since that wasn't an option she pressed a little more and they were more than happy to help. It was all hands on deck to take a look at the ring. They quoted a small reasonable fee just to tighten up the center stone.

They call a couple of days earlier than the projected finish date. The ring was done. The jeweler came out and explained all the work that was done. They went above and beyond and did more work than we were charged for. I definitely recommend checking them out. We will be using them for any future jewelry needs.

I went in to get a new band for my princess cut wedding ring. Kerry had token care of me. She got the price wrong. And just said sorry. 3 times more then she said it would cost and then can't give me my refund from my debt card in cash?! Well Jcpennys/ Fred Meyers and I can spend 400! I was upset and so was my husband. She got sassy and argued with my husband and I just wanted my ring and money back now I must wait 3 days on her mistake and had to listen to her insalt my husband this is just bad business and upsetting to mess with some one emotions and wedding ring.

Never coming back! Disappointed. Shocked and her informing us we should know better on prices? Also young man at door racial slurs very inappropriate. Maid my husband very uncomfortable.

I went to Bonaci to get a ring fixed that had been in the family for generations. They were FANTASTIC! Everyone was so nice and great to work with.they also gave me a very fair price since I had been shopping around a few places to get it fixed. I will bring all my business here.

I had never been into Bonaci Fine Jewelers before. These people are top notch. I recently brought a couple watches in to have the batteries replaced. One of the watches is a 50 meter dive watch and the other some cheap watch I bought to beat up at work. The week after having them change My wife and I went to Mexico where I had intended on doing a little diving and snorkeling.

When I got in the water the watch leaked. I simply put it away till I got home. When we returned home I took it to Bonaci to see if it could be fixed. I left it to be checked out. A few hours later Bob from Bonaci call and told me he was sorry it had rusted in the week we were gone. He believed it was maybe he might be responsible and offered to replace my watch. What a stand up guy. Thank you Bonaci.

The absolute friendliest people and greatest service! I dropped my engagement ring off to be sized and was told that it typically takes about a week which is normal for most jewelers. I explained that I would like to get it back by the weekend if possible, they told me they would see what they could do. To my amazement I get a call 3hrs after dropping off my ring letting me know it was ready! NO EXTRA CHARGE! I know where I will be bringing all of my business in the future.
