I went in wanting a necklace they didn't have one in Store that I love so we ordered from their catalog they quoted me 5 to 7 days and it came next day so I'm a very satisfied customer! It was super simple great customer service as well! It's always nice when they remember your face as soon as you walk in the door!

I had my grandma's wedding band from 1916 attached to me engagement ring 30 years ago, but I haven't worn the set in years, and when I finally took it out again after getting back in shape, my ring was badly misshapen and still a size too tight. So, I took it in to be re-sized and re-shaped, and any other fixes it might need after years of neglect. Franz was so kind, and really helpful.

He knows his stuff and didn't push any unnecessary work on me. Chipper's made my wedding set beautiful again and they did it for a very fair price. It looks better than new! It didn't take as long as I expected either, so that was a bonus. I can't recommend this place enough. My picture doesn't do it justice, it's just so pretty and a perfect fit now. Chippers is great! My grandma recently passed away. I had a bunch of her jewelry. I didn't want it to sit in a box but I don't wear rings. So I had them turn some rings into necklaces. They look beautiful! Something I will wear and think of my grandma. Thank you!

My wife and I took her engagement ring to Chipper's to fix someone else's poor re-sizing job. The Solder joint had failed and the ring was oblong. First off we met with Kevin who was one of the most polite and inviting people we've met in years. He advised us of our options and we decided to have it laser welded. Not only was the broken solder fixed but they reshaped the platinum ring to a perfect circle. Alfredo was a platinum-level platinum surgeon and even fixed another fracture he found with the laser welder.

When we picked up the ring we talked to Kevin for 20-30 minutes about our other experiences and how happy we were to have come to Chipper's. He noticed the newly polished engagement ring was now much more brilliant than my wife's wedding band.so of course Alfredo polished it to match while we gabbed about tennis, electric cars and a hopeful post-pandemic future. Great experience. Highly recommend. Would almost damage our jewelry just to go back.

I just finished purchasing a beautiful gift from Johnny. Chippers is exactly what you think of when you consider an old fashioned shopping experience. Very knowledgeable, and I was treated like they actually wanted a return customer, which they'll definitely get! They've got classic as well as very new jewelry designs and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend a visit.

I came in with a small budget to get a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was greeted immediately when walking in. I wanted a watch but changed my mind to a bracelet but the very kind gentleman that helped me showed me many pieces and was so patient with my constant changing of selections. I was able get a gorgeous bracelet within my budget. I really didn't think I could find what I wanted in a smaller local store but I am SO glad I came here.

The quality of the bracelet is amazing and it looks like I spent way more than I did. This will be where I purchase all of my jewelry from here forward. Excellent experience!

I discovered this family-owned store during Covid in my effort to help my local shops and businesses. I had some repairs to get done and gifts to buy and they filled the bill for all of it. They did a beautiful job of restoring my parent's old wedding rings and watches and their prices were more reasonable than I expected. My favorite part of the store is the vintage area where they sell pre-owned pieces.

They have beautiful vintage pieces. I found a gorgeous 14k dragonfly pendant for my step daughter back there and she loved it! I still have my eye on several pieces I keep going back to check on. Ladies, do the gift wish list! They did this for me and I just told my husband about it, and he was able to buy me something I really wanted and loved from the items on my wish list which was a beautiful tanzanite and diamond ring! It was awesome! Check it out!

Went up to Chippers after reviewing reviews on Nextdoor. took a birthday present my children and grandsons presented to me on my birthday to see if Chippers could assist in securing the charms and clasp on the chain. While I waited they repaired the "O" clasps on the charms and permanently connect the gold on the end of the chain, so I would not worry about loosing the charms or the necklace. Family owned and compassionate about the customers. Issue resolved and was able to walk out he door feeling confident about wearing my prized birthday gift! Thank you!

I recently just got engaged, my fiance had my dream ring made it chippers and I kid you not it is absolutely perfect. I went in there Afterwards so thank them and look at rings for him and everybody was so helpful! While I shopped for rings for my guy they cleaned mine and helped me look at bands. This place is amazing!

Today is a sad day in our family and I needed to send flowers to my daughter and her husband. Instead of risking an 800 flower company, I called Chippers. With compassion, she took my order and made sure every word I wished to convey was written on the card. I know most of these reviews are for jewelry, but they do beautiful bouquets as well. Within a couple of hours my daughter received her gift, so thank you! Will call again!

I brought in my wedding set and anniversary rings to be rhodium plated. While inspecting the rings it was noted that a prong was broken on my engagement ring! Chippers made the repair, plated the rings and appraised my wedding set in a timely manor and did an amazing job! I had numerous people ask if I had gotten a new ring.

This was my third transaction and Chris went above and beyond. I like them because relationship is important to them. They value my relationship as much as I value theirs. I had my wife's anniversary ring repaired there. The repair was a little higher than initially guestimated and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We worked it out to my complete satisfaction and I was happy that I do business with Chippers. When you have people mutually focused on satisfaction the outcome is assured.
