This place is a Ponzi scheme. Their checks are bogus. They take your jewelry and give nothing back in return. my check is on hold and it might not even get released. A real check should only take one business day. Not 10 days.

I sold them some gold items and got a check for them. I deposited the check which I thought it would be released the next business day. But instead, it'll be released in 10 days. It's a bogus check and a bogus business. DO NOT SELL HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TREASURE.

The store used to sell jewelry, BUT I'm so glad they still repair jewelry! I have been getting my grandparents necklace fixed from them and was worried where would I go that I can trust! I trust them 100% with repairs! And leaving it;

Walked in 3 older women up front, no hello. No biggie, I say hello hoping someone acknowledges me and a different lady comes from the back and kindly replies. I let her know I am in search of mens jewelry, necklace more specifically and she tells me we don't sell, we don't sell jewelry. From the name I considered this to be the case but the google page describes this as a jewelry sales store and many reviews state customer purchases. Save yourself your valuable time if you are looking to BUY because BE AWARE, NO SELLS AT THIS STORE.

I've lived in Lake Forest my entire life. Jewelry Box has been in Lake Forest for as long as I remember. I first went in there when my daughter was a freshman at ETHS and I was in charge of the school calendar. The Jewelry Box always gives back to the community, always. I worked with them for a couple years and was always treated really great. I started going in there for my jewelry fixes when I needed them and again was always welcomed when I walked in and helped.

Today was a very special day as I was able to bless my mom with a small token from my heart. Every employee in there has an amazing heart. They really do want to help you find that perfect gift without trying to sell you their highest priced item. They rejoice with you or hear your sadness. I walked out of there with a big hug, smile and thankfulness.
