I wish I could give them 10 stars! I came in with a ring my father had given a long time ago. My father passed a few years ago so the ring became even more precious. This May my daughter is getting married and I wanted to give her something representing her grandfather. Michael jumped at the chance to help make a beautiful family heirloom for us. He repurposed the diamonds in the ring to make a beautiful pendant necklace. The craftsmanship is exquisite. Michael and his wife made us feel so welcome and made the whole process an absolute delight. I simply can't thank them enough.

Got buzzed in while the two employees were helping a customer. I came with a diamond bracelet for my mom that I bought for Xmas and all I needed was a link taken off for her. As I stood there for a minute the guy asked can I help you with something and I said I need a link taken off and he said we don't take links off watches until after Christmas. He asked me is it a watch? Before I could answer he said sorry not until after Christmas. Terrible service and the products are overpriced.

Michael and his wife are some of THE kindest business owners around. Michael helped me design an engagement ring that was absolutely everything i could ever want! I go in frequently to get it cleaned and Michael never hesitates to connect me with people in the store who share similar interests to me. He's even helped me connect with a family that I know nanny for. This man is amazing all around! Thank you for my beautiful jewelry and the great experience!

I can't say enough good things about Towne Jewelers! When I was looking for a ring to propose to my now wife. I couldn't find anything that was right for her. With help from Michael and Ruth we were able to design a custom one off ring. We then had Michael design a matching wedding band. Once again Towne Jewelers hit it out of the park! They never cease to impress me!

Over some years the rings were not quite fitting right. A trip to Towne Jewelers was in order. Arrived late Friday afternoon, Michael and Ruth were able to resize the rings bit did it in 90 minutes! Saved us a trip back. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better Jeweler! Go visit Michael, Ruth and their staff, you not be disappointed!

Michael and his wife are the only place I shop for the life long purchases that really truly have to matter. When my dad said "I want a Breitling before I die" Michael found the perfect watch for him. When I wanted a Titanium wedding band, you guessed it: Ruth found the perfect one for us! These are local business people that are the go to jewelry store for Orange County.

Popped in here to have my daughters earrings straightened out, the man that helped me was kind and helpful and had me in and out. We will be coming here for all our jewelry needs!

Love love love my ring! i just got engaged on valentines day and my ring is absolutely gorgeous! if you are looking for rings or any other type of jewelry jame is your man to go to. he was able to work with my fiance to create a masterpiece!

Let me just start off by saying how amazing the owners of this shop are. They're so kind and genuinely cared for me while I was there. I came in because I am 38 weeks pregnant and I kept my wedding ring on (because I'm stubborn) and swelled up like a balloon! I had tried everything from oil, soap and even floss to get this ring off for weeks. Luckily Michael was able to remove my ring without pain and even made sure to keep my ring in a condition that it wouldn't need a serious repair! I'm so grateful for them! I will be returning to them once my fingers are back to normal to make it perfect again. Thank you so much you guys! You are wonderful!

My family has been using this jeweler for years and now I know why. Michael and Ruth are the sweetest, they made me feel right at home. They've done several custom pieces for my mom, and they've turned out beautifully. I took my ring in for a repair today and they are doing it free of charge. I'm picking it up later this week but Michael gave me this rubber light up ring to wear in the meantime! Ha! Love their sense of humor. I'll definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I have in the future

The owners are the nicest people. They treat you like family. We got married 26 years ago and engaged December 1991. My husband bought the ring from their original location on El Toro and Rockfield. They remember us any time we come in to get the ring checked.

The task was daunting--custom engagement/wedding ring for my fiance' and then, a custom wedding ring for me. Gregarious and charming, Michael rose to the challenge. Tell me about her? Send me pictures? How did you meet? How are you going to propose? It went on. Back and forth, with sketches and pictures. Ruth, clearly Michael's better half, became more involved and helped me navigate the creative process. Ultimately, her ring was unveiled. Stylish. Unique. Impressive.

She was surprised. More, delighted with the effort. The experience was repeated through my fiance and the development of my wedding ring. Again, unique, with a mix-mash of metals and textures. Designed to complement hers, yet capable of standing alone--bold and impressive! Michael and Ruth go well beyond what I expected from custom jewelers--the warmth of their approach and their genuine desire to exceed their customer's expectations is without question. One would be truly remiss in not taking full advantage of all that Ruth and Michael offer.

Called today to find out a round about estimate on taking a diamond I have and putting it into a setting / mounting I bought. The mount is made for a single center stone the size I have. Saleswoman I spoke to couldn't give me a price range. Said I had to come in?!? I asked why and she said they'd have to see the size stone and the mount.

When I have her all the info she still said I had to come in. Do what's the REAL reason? there are other reviews that said they could give a price without her going in once she provided details. I just need a number. $100? $600? It's not a hard question.: but it WAS a hard push to get me in. Basically they want you to come in to upsell you.

All jewelers are getting pummeled by stores that sell online etc. They are clawing for customers but not answering a simple question - asked 3 times during the call - this is NOT the way to get me in. If you can't answer questions, don't answer the phone. Shady. Just shady.

Really love the jewelers Ruth and Michael here. I came to resize my ring and also came to custom make a ring with a diamond pendent I had. Ruth was very helpful during the process of designing my ring all the way to finish. It's a very neat process of starting from a drawing to wax where you see it in 3d then to the finish product. Highly recommend this place! Thank you so very much! I love my new ring!

Michael was phenomenal! I came in to see if they could repair a bracelet I had damaged by cleaning it incorrectly and he was so kind and generous and fixed my bracelet on the spot and even gave me a cloth to take home to care for it myself! He was so sweet to my daughter as well! He gave her a special rock and she was thrilled! They make gorgeous one of a kind pieces and has a fabulous selection! We will definitely be back to get some jewelry! So happy to have found this hidden gem!

Love this store. Owners are very posh; that being said, they treat you as family and are honest and respect their trade. Have had several repairs done at this location. Recently took my wife's wedding ring in to be repaired and cleaned; it came out looking better than when I bought it! Highly recommended this store!

While these guys did a great job putting new prongs on my heirloom engagement ring (even tho I found out I overpaid, which shouldn't be surprising since MV/OC), the resize quote they gave me was way out of my price range. I'm glad I waited because the shop I went to after my move gave me a significantly better quote and service. I would suggest you do your homework before deciding on this shop for any sort of repairs. I would come here to shop their fine selection and customer service but just be aware.

I had the best experience with Michael and Ruth at Towne Jewelers. They are passionate, caring, and patient. They made sure that the design of my ring was exactly what I wanted. I look forward to going back soon!

Michael and Ruth were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of engagement ring shopping. They helped me design an even more stunning ring than I could have imagined and my fiance is so happy with her engagement ring! I live out of the state and they helped get me the ring extremely fast and safely. They were able to email me designs of everything that I had described over the phone in less than a week and I had the actual ring in my hand within two weeks of our initial conversation.

They were so helpful and efficient, I never expected the process to be so easy without ever going into their store in person. I'm not planning on buying another engagement ring again but I will definitely shop with Michael and Ruth again!

I would highly recommend going to Nuggets and Carats across the way. The employees here are extremely rude and condescending, and after speaking with other past customers, it would seem that many others feel the same way. Treat your customers with more respect and maybe you won't lose valuable customers. (Prior to this, we have been going to Towne Jewelers for over 20 years)

Owners were uninterested in actually helping me with my request and only wanted to sell their product without regard to our wishes. Jeweler is old school and doesn't do any CAD, only hand carved jewellery. Refused to show us any lose diamonds (which was our original request)

This is a great place for that unique gift for your wife. The staff is incredible.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Michael. And Michael was kind enough to show him what he had and asked about what my fiance had in mind. My fiance said Michael took the time to show him the differences in diamonds and gave him the background on the diamond he chose for me. He did an amazing job! I have also had the pleasure of meeting Michael.
