I rarely do things like this but this has to be said: Jude Steele had me fly out to do her hair in less than 24 hours because it was an "emergency". Halfway through taking her old extensions out she decided she wanted another type of extension. Her assistant hauled ass to Los Angeles to pick up the hair order, at which point her card was declined.
They gave this man the hair because I'm their best customer and they knew I was good for it. When her assistant got back I finished her hair while doctors came in the "access her". I'll let you imagine what for. Before I left she gave me a bracelet from her Jude Frances line which I did not want. I even explained to her assistant that the last time she gave me a piece of her jewelry as a gift she asked for it back days later and it was extremely awkward.
I give her a few days due to the condition she was in when I left before I asked her to make the payment on her hair since her card was declined. The hair extension order by the way was $3,377.30 which was picked up by Lez Akers her assistant at the time. She got rather upset by this amount even though she was currently wearing the product and had the left over strands at her house.
I told her to mail the hair back and I'll get it refunded but that I still needed additional payment for the hair she used because it cost me extra money after she changed her mind about the type of extension she wanted. At this point she started going off the rails and asking for the bracelet she'd given me back. I told her if she wanted it back i would PERSONALLY come back to California and give it back to her after she paid me the balance she owed me.
She then disputed her credit card charge of $2000 which caused my bank account to overdraft after I had to pay the $3.3k she refused to pay. I send her a text to tell her "look we have got to figure this out. She calls me around 7am the next day and apologizes and says she will pay me. Yay! Success right? NOPE! Her assistant Lez Akers proceeds to call my hair supplier and place and order to be charged to my account that he would pick up. Thankfully my supplier knows that I NEVER place orders this way and immediately called me.
They told me that the man on the phone even said his name was my boyfriends name! Needless to say they didn't get any hair that day! The order they tried to scam my supplier by using my account was over $800 of hair extensions. This is a woman who knowingly stiffed me for product and travel expenses on my last trip to do her hair and then has her assistant try to steal even more product by pretending to be my boyfriend who I told to go pick up the order.
This is a woman who gives people a gift that they never asked for (the two bracelet) and then asked for them back days later. This is a woman who's own children don't speak to her due to her behavior. All I can say at this point is "WOW". #JudeFrance #judefrancesjewelry JudeFrances Jewelry
