I can not speak highly enough about Kirk the owner. I spoke with him numerous times about recommendations on how best to sell my daughters engagement ring. Kirk spent a lot of time educating me on the best process for selling the ring and helping us with putting a value on the ring itself. He had nothing to gain with helping me and my daughter but, was so caring and thoughtful in his advice and directing us in what would be best.

Our experience with Kirk, the owner of Jewels by Tashne, was exciting and wonderful from start to finish. Although I had loved gemstones and jewelry for my entire life, my husband and I had previously run into a situation with another jeweler that left me with a feeling of distrust for the jewelry industry. We spent about a hour with Kirk, never feeling rushed or put off in any way, and it was clear that he loved what he did and cared very much about his customers' happiness. Kirk is a very honest, scrupulous and knowledgeable man, and in being so, he was able to give me back a priceless gift - one that completely restored my trust and love of gemstones and jewelry. Kurt was very helpful and informed on the jewelry business. They fixed my gold chain that had been broken. Not only is it seamless but he even cleaned the pendant in the ultrasonic cleaner. I'm very happy with the quality of the work as well as the price I was charged. Count me as a happy customer

I recently had custom opal earrings designed and fabricated at this fine jewelry store. Kirk and Brooke obtained beautiful and unusual fiery opals, and helped me pick the right sizes for the design, 6 stones in all. Everything was ready (at short notice) in time for my daughter's special birthday and the earrings were beautifully presented. It was so much fun, with Kirk's expert guidance, to see my idea go from a concept to a reality! Highly recommended!

In early March of 2020 I made a visit to Jewels by Tashne on a recommendation by a friend with the hopes of working with Kirk to design a ring for my soon to be fiance. After a wonderful first meeting with Kirk, I was emboldened that this process was going to be fun and unique! Little did I know that the world would go into a state of lock down and with it my hopes of proposing to my wonderful girlfriend.

In early April, as a last hope of keeping my plan alive to propose to my girlfriend in June, I sent an email to Kirk to see if anything could be done. I received an immediate email and then soon after a phone call and our design process began! Kirk was very helpful and knowledgeable in the design process and had an answer for every question I had.

He and I designed this unique ring all over the phone remotely! Kirk made sure to check in at least once a week to make sure I knew where we were at in the process and to answer any more questions I had. Kirk offered suggestions to the design only when I asked for his opinion and if I did not ask, he just helped to create my vision. In the end a beautiful, unique, engagement ring was created just in time to propose to my now fiance in June!

I am not sure that any of this would have been possible without working with Jewels by Tashne and Kirk himself. I will always recommend Kirk and Jewels by Tashne to anyone looking for custom or premade jewelry!

Kirk is the most honest and reliable jeweler around. We had emailed a different jeweler for quotes and Kirk replied and answered each question. We had a few appointments with him to get ideas, make plans, finalize the project, and the result was over the top. He used great resources and answered every question honestly. His customization is all in house, which made me feel even better. My husband and I are very pleased and we will no longer look for a jeweler, Kirk is the one to go to!

Kirk and his staff are like having a jeweler in the family. I brought in my grandmother's damaged and very modest engagement setting. Kirk helped me redesign the piece for a reasonable price, restoring for me an heirloom. I have my grandmother with me every time I wear the ring. No repair is too small, all are treated with the same honesty, care and professionalism. A true neighborhood business based on family values.

OUTSTANDING quality and customer service! Here's the story: In late 2002, I drove to Tashne, quite a distance from North Orange County, because Jewels by Tashne has engagement rings by famous designer, Michael Beaudry, which we decided to purchase. Kirk Tashne gave me personal service that was simply outstanding. The first step was to choose from the selection of sapphires, which was beautiful.

We had decided to go with a light blue sapphire, not the ubiquitous deep blue. The ring is flanked by beautifully cut stillette diamonds on the sides of the ring, along with many small diamonds. The detail is astounding! In early 2003, upon being presented the completed ring, I thought it was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen. I proposed to my fiancee, and presented the ring to her. We've been married now 16 years.

Three months ago, she lost the ring! We searched frantically for days and weeks, but could not find it. After we received the insurance payment, we wanted to replace it, and knew there was only one company to do it: Jewels by Tashne. So, SIXTEEN YEARS after we bought the Beaudry engagement ring, we went back to the same jeweler, Tashne, and they remade it to the exact specs as the first, with one exception: we decided--upon presentation of the beautiful sapphires from which to choose--to select a medium blue stone, with a more intense hue. OMG! BREATHTAKING!

When we first laid eyes on the new ring, we thought it was a Hollywood CGI effect, as the sapphire and diamonds were glistening beyond anything we'd ever seen. We highly recommend Jewels by Tashne, as the selection, quality and customer service are unmatched!

Went in here to get a tennis bracelet fixed and they offered to clean my (very) dirty rings for free. They couldn't have been nicer and I trusted them from the beginning. My ring has never sparkled so much! I now am going to make it at least a monthly habit going there to get my rings cleaned. I also told my husband about their lovely jewelry selection.wink!

Family-owned and Honest Business This business is owned and operated by Kirk Tashne. Kirk really takes his time to make sure that I am making the right decisions about my Jewelery even if its not the most expensive option. I recently had them repair my engagement ring by adding extra gold to the prongs that hold on the center stone, Other Jewelers told me that I needed an entire new "head" on my setting and it was going to cost double what Kirk quoted me. I'm very happy with the result as always. I've been a customer since 2007 and highly recommend this store and staff.
