The owners, Joe and Susie, are just the most amazing people. Family owned, this jewelry store takes the time to find out exactly what you want and meet your needs. They make you feel very comfortable their prices are good, and their selection is excellent. Sometimes it's hard to find a jewelry store that does repairs and sells beautiful things that you feel comfortable in and know they are honest. these people are the best of the best in the jewelry business.

You will always feel well taken care of with their excellent customer service and their basic fairness. We are very lucky that they have been around here for a while and that they continue to thrive. They thrive, because they are the best! Thank you!

Friendly super nice people. I only went in to get a battery replaced in my watch but I will be going back for any jewelry matters.

Watch battery rip-off Took my watch in for a battery replacement, asked if they worked on Philip Stein watches, said they did. The lady took the watch to the jeweler, he looked at it, whispered something in her ear, she brought it back to me & said it would be $15.00. I let them do it, my mistake, because later that week when my wife needed a battery replacement, we went elsewhere, & I asked them what they charged for a battery & they said $10.00, same watch, huh! Being generous giving two stars!

I haven't been here in years. But I still haven't forgotten about it. This is one of my favorite jewelry stores in North County. You've got to stop by if you're in town. They have some of the best vintage jewelry, as well as custom pieces. Highly recommend

Good jewelry technician-did a repair for me and it was reasonably priced. He has a good selection of specialty items too.

Update: They do judge people who walk in. Don't stop by if you recently biked hiked or ran. They're much nicer if you look like you have money. They have a good selection of watch bands, and they charge 5-10 bucks for watch battery replacement/watch resizing.

My Daughters' Birthday is tomorrow. I wanted to get her something special but I also wanted to buy something for her sister too. 1. Very Humble owners and I had an Amazing Experience! 2. I told them what I was looking for and they went out of their way to make sure I was very please with my purchase. We talk and made sure it was just the right piece I was looking for and I greatly appreciate that! Yes, I understand that their in the business of selling jewelry but I told them about other prices and Amazon and they were honest with me and still help me. 3.

The owner Joe and his Wife took the time to make sure I left satisfied. Even after I told them that I had look prices on Amazon and online, they were more than happy to make sure My Daughter's got their Birthday Present and made sure it was authentic. I found this place in San Marcos and the service is amazing. I came into have some jewelry repaired and a watch fixed and they were able to do it fast and on the spot. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

It was pricey to size up two diamond rings but they provided a great service overall! Will definitely go back and hope that maybe they give me discount next time :

I just got engaged and needed to get my ring resized. The gentleman was very helpful and honest. My fiance and I work over night and needed to pick it up earlier than 24 hours and he happily agreed. We brought my ring in at 4 pm and picked it up the following day at noon! Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Just had my old watch battery replaced. Reasonable priced and it was quick. Nice and friendly person, definitely will go back again, hopefully next time for jewelry.

I have family diamond solitaires and wanted to create pendant to display and wear both. I came with ideas and due to their knowledge and craftsmanship I could not be more pleased. The only time I take the necklace off is to clean. Every time I look in the mirror I see representations of my great grandma, grandma and mom with appreciation to the dynamic duo at Levante.

The guy there unfortunately I don't know his name did an amazing work repairing my damaged diamond ring number, you can tell he is an expert, he gave me some information about what he's going to perform, when I got it back I was stunned from the clearance and good work that he did. They are very welcoming and their selection is nice I dearly recommend, this shop. Thank you! Hadar

I wish I could give it more stars- I'll cap it at 5. Service was quick and professional. The prices are just so much more fair than any other mall jeweler. I came in to get two watches fixed(battery and band)- pricing was just way too good and service was quick. Not gonna lie, it wasnt the most bubbly emotions from the operator, came off a wee bit cold.

But thats not what I came for. I wanted work done to fix my watches at a fair price, they went above and beyond with timing, price, and quality of service provided. I can only speak on behalf of jewelry repair(didnt shop their jewelry). But in that regard, yes. 5 stars! Seriously wish I could give something like 10. based on the absolute crap service and pricing I've gotten from other "professional jewelers", this place is truly a magnificent find.

I was nervous about jewelry shopping because there's A LOT that goes into the gemology and overall esthetic. I was also apprehensive about who I can trust. With all that in mind, without a doubt my partner and I felt this family owned jeweler are the best in the city of San Marcos! We are so happy to be doing business with them. We went to different stores and felt Lavante is the best! Susie and Joe are very skilled, kind, honest, and trustworthy and I will continue to be their customer for ALL my jewelry needs! Susie took her time to show me different rings and wedding band options.

I already have a family ring for my engagement and so originally we were looking for matching bands. However since Susie took her time and showed me various options and kept to my budget, I fell in love with a simple diamond tension setting wedding band! Tension settings are very difficult to resize especially making it bigger. At first, Joe said he wouldn't do it because the ring would lose its originality but after he saw my disappointment and Susie (his wife) pleaded with him, Joe worked his magic and said he can taper it since it was a thick 18k white gold band. Joe even included this resizing in the price!

Normally starting at $75. My engagement ring will be around $95. Probably because my engagement ring is packed with gems. I was nervous after I left the shop but once I picked up the ring, IT IS PERFECT. Polished and cleaned plus beautifully wrapped. I've been going to Levante since I moved to the area several years ago. I've had them change watch batteries, repair bracelets and create several necklaces. In every case, Joe and Susie have been professional, fairly priced and timely. They are also creative with flawless execution. On top of that, they are charming and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Thought I'd try them out to resize my ring. They quoted a very fair price which included a prong tightening and full clean and polish. I picked it up less than 24 hours later. It was so beautiful! Probably better than the first day I got it. Could not be happier - and will definitely be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend

This past July my husband and I celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary and he has been encouraging me to update my wedding band ever since. So, instead of a Christmas/Birthday gift from him, Tuesday I decided to go visit Levante Jewelers after several recommendations from my neighbors and they couldn't have been more right. Levante jeweler's were able to make me a ring out of a very special pair of earrings from my grandma. I am so happy with how it turned out! instead of the earrings sitting in the back of a drawer they are now a ring that I am absolutely in love with and I will wear for the rest of my life. In addition to their work being gorgeous, the customer service was great, I had such a fun time being in their store, they are so kind and helpful.

After a long search for the perfect ring to set a family diamond in, but just not finding anything I loved, I had the good fortune to speak to Joe, the owner of Levante's, who said he could custom make a ring for me. I brought in several pictures of rings, that I liked this part of and that part of and Levante Jewelers came up with a beautiful design that I fell in love with.

The ring is gorgeous and the design & craftsmanship is excellent. Even the appraiser said the workmanship and quality of the diamonds were outstanding. I was charged a vary fair price and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this jeweler for any work, or purchases you may need. They are fair, honest and talented.
