All I can say is this place is exceptional! I went to 4 watch stores today to have my watch repaired. All were either closed, required an appointment, or didn't answer the phone. I had been trying to get my watch fixed for the last 2 weeks but I've just had repeat unavailability. Paloma's Jewelers fixed my issue quickly and chose not to charge me.

They have a good heart and actually care about their customers. I've been to a lot of jewelers and this one by far is the best. I will be comming by for all future work. Thanks again!

I went here for something simple. They did a great job and didn't charge me. Will be going back. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Many other shops were closed or appointment only. They took me right away.

I could not express enough good things about this establishment. Starting with the Owner and wife, very attentive and professional. If you are interested in a custom-made piece or a repair this is the place. They will go beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommended.

Last month my watch stopped working, so I assumed I needed a new battery. When I walked in, I said that my watch had died. The jeweller said he needed to check to see if they had the right battery, also asked how long I had had the watch and if it had been serviced. It seemed like we were having a friendly conversation. I paid the $16.00 for the new battery.

He proceeded to replace the battery, set the time and then showed me that the watch would not work because one of the hands would not move past where it was. So, I asked him to remove the battery and give me a refund since the watch would not work. He said, "Sorry, our store policy is once we open the battery package we cannot take it back." My reply was, "So I've just paid $16 to have a conversation with you." And he said, "Yes".

My reply was, "You're kidding?" No he wasn't. At no time did he tell me in advance, that replacing the battery might not work and if it didn't work, there would be no refund. He then suggested to my husband that he should buy me a new watch. Well, that didn't go over very well either. We walked out of the store, feeling we had been taken advantage of.

I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Once the charge had been processed, they opened my claim and I was eventually reimbursed the $16 plus tax. I will never set foot in Palomar Jewellers again.

WORST customer service EVER! if this was the last jeweler in the world I would NOT GO THERE. DO NOT GO THERE PEOPLE. do yourself a favor.

Excellent customer service. Jeweler explained everything and made me feel confident that I had taken my wedding ring to the right man. Thank you for your prompt service and for being so kind.

What can I say but Tony at Palomar Jewelers is the BEST around. He has to be the most honest and hard working Jeweler I know. No matter what we were looking for Tony always found it for us. I trust him with all my jewelry and never have a doubt that he always does right by us.

I recently stopped by this place 2 weeks ago I was looking for earrings for my daughter, my husband didn't have a good experience here in the past but I convinced him to give it a second chance so we did, and I stopped by to give it a try. When I approached the store there was a sign stating no more than 3 people in store it also said to ring a doorbell, so when I looked inside the owner was busy attending a couple so I rang the doorbell and waited to be helped I stood outside mind you the weather wasn't so pleasant it was raining but I still waited, I stood outside for a while and he didn't come near me so I still waited then another gentleman walked towards the door and he asked me if I was waiting I said yes so he waited behind me we stood there for quite a bit and the owner finally decided to come towards the door as he approached us he asked what we wanted in a very rude manner I replied saying I wanted to come inside and look around he then said he was busy with clients that had an appointment and he was to busy so he couldn't assist us once again in a rude manner and walked away closed the door behind him and left me and the other gentleman standing. Me and the other guy both looked at each other very surprised at the way we were talked to and walked away very disappointed in the customer service.

I was in town for a few days and I brought my ring in to get sized. Not only did they get it done quickly, my ring has never looked more beautiful! So thankful for them getting this done!

Toni is knowledgeable and has great service and pricing. He is trustworthy and is a local independent business that has a great selection of jewelry.

Went there today and there is a sign on the door stating it is closed until Friday. What Friday? There was no date on the door to know when they would reopen. Very poor customer service and management. You should call first before going, so you don't waste your time like I did.

Tony is such a nice guy! I like to support local business so I happened upon this place when I needed to get my moms wedding ring sized up for myself and the wrap downsized for my future daughter-in-law. Due to the shape of the rings he was honest about the risks involved but we went ahead with the sizing. The rings are PERFECT! We decided to get my sons wedding ring here and he was so kind to give him a discount because "they are just starting out". Skip those overpriced mall shops and come here, you won't regret it!

Rushed over after my bf finally got home to watch our son and to drop off my bracelet to be repaired for the third time by this shop - arrived 5 minutes before close 5pm and the owner and someone else were already busy cleaning shop and said they were closed through the locked the door. I just needed to drop it off. Need to find a new shop.

Tony is wonderful! I've asked him for estimates on making some detailed custom rings and he has been very thorough, conscientious and has great ideas and decent prices. He is also amazing at follow through. Simply a great jeweler to work with!

I took some jewelry to Tony at Palomar Jeweler to get sized and repaired. Admittedly I had a pretty tall order when I asked his staff to increase a ring from a 5 to a 10! Let me tell you what, they knocked it out of the park! You couldn't even tell it had been a Size 5 before. They gave me something I'm proud to present when the time comes and I know she is going to love it! Amazing work, fantasic prices and accommodating service! Will definitely be back! Thank you, sir!

Tony has been an incredible jeweler for both my family and me. When I first saw what would become my engagement ring at Palomar Jewelers, it was like finding a stunning piece of artwork. Anytime we have had any questions or concerns, Tony has been extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Palomar Jewelers as Tony is phenomenal!

What an awful experience I just had at this jewelers. I waited almost 15 min to have a battery put in my watch. He tried for a few seconds and said he couldn't get the back off! I felt like he didn't want my business when there were others waiting for more expensive jewelry business. Don't offer batteries if you can't be professional about it! How can you not get a back off a watch. I do not recommend this place, and will not be going back.

We are so lucky to have found Tony! HE is the gem in the store! He just recently designed this beautiful gold and garnet ring as my 25th anniversary set matched with a beautiful gold eternity band to compliment my original wedding ring. I love how they turned out. He is now creating a new single ring for my mom using both her and her husband's ring. This is a true "jeweler" business and pricing is very fair!

He fixed a ring that another well know jeweler messed up in sizing. He did more than expected and for a very fair price. Great people to work with.

I can't believe it's taken me THIS long to write a review. Palomar Jewelers deserves 20+ stars! I came in looking for a very specific ring that Tony knew right away I would hate, yet he patiently waited for me to trust him as I exhaustively tried on what (I thought) was the ring I wanted. Once I finally gave up and let him guide me in the right direction, the ring he wanted to show me all along was the first and only suggestion I allowed - I was SOLD!

My husband wasn't interested in ring shopping and glanced at a few, but he did a double-take when Tony produced this one! What a gorgeous ring for such an amazing, affordable price! People honestly don't believe that my ring wasn't $5k+ like it looks! Palomar Jewelers will forever have my loyalty and comes strongly recommended. Heck, I'll even come with you if you are too scared to go alone (haha!). There are always sales, so just be on the lookout for them if you prefer/have the option to wait.

My dad, who passed away 11 years ago this May, always shopped at Palomar Jewelers and became fast friends with Tony. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays and just because days, my dad would shop for my mom here and bring home the most beautiful rings and necklaces. She still has all of them - gorgeous rubies and emeralds. and diamonds of course!

I remember my dad bringing me in when I was around 12 to pick out my very first ring. I happened to pick out one a little more expensive than he'd expected (this is obviously just who I am). He told me he'd get it for me but "don't tell mom!". I felt so special! It's a moment I'll never forget. Tony still waves to me and my mom every time we walk by or go into the neighboring TJ Maxx.

We talk to him any time we catch him without a customer, which is rare. He is still so important to my family and has created so many memories for us. Since we're out shopping nearly every weekend, we'll see you again soon Tony!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Palomar Jewelers. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend to everyone. Tony was very honest and professional from the start and my fiance never felt rushed or pressured. My fiance knew exactly what he was looking for and thankfully he found it at Palomar Jewelers. Palomar Jewelers was able to change the ring from a 4-prong to a 6-prong with no issues and was done in a timely manner.

I was also able to get the ring resized the same day when I took it in. Everyone has complimented my ring and stated how beautiful it is, it really is, pictures don't do it justice. We will definitely be returning for our wedding rings. Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience at Palomar jewelers. I would highly recommend them. My ring was in desperate need of being reset. My prongs were shot. Since we were going to the expense of having that work done we decided to get some pricing for a new setting. We felt the pricing was fair and we really appreciated the owners attention to detail. So we decided to have the work done.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that we did. The rings fits beautifully and look amazing. So much better than before. We even got our appraisal for insurance purposes. This photo doesn't even do the ring justice but here yea go.

My favorite jewelry boutique! I ONLY come here. From when my husband first gave my a necklace, to our engagement and wedding ring sets, to Christmas gifts for us and our family, they are always so accommodating! Just today, we came in to get another band for my wedding ring, and ended up leaving with gifts for my parents and husband. We threw in ring cleanings, and my in laws ended up coming by to get Christmas gifts for them, and got their rings cleaned too. They never make us feel rushed, or like we are inconveniencing them, it is truly the best experience!

I purchased a beautiful ring on the "spur of the moment" after seeing it in the window and they sized the ring for no additional charge while I waited. This is my second fine jewelry purchase from this jeweler and I will definately go back.
