Approximately a month ago I came across this store while walking through the stores at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. I honestly was not looking to purchase any jewelry that day. But the stores selection of really excellent and high quality minerals and stones in a wide variety of settings really caught my eye and I went inside to take a closer look.
A particular natural gold nugget ring caught my eye and I asked to see it. The sales staff included the owner of the store. The ring was beautiful and as it would happen, fit perfectly. After some very cordial negotiations, we arrived at a fair price and I purchased my ring. Arrangements were also made to mail me an insurance appraisal. This experience so far would have been enough for me to give this store and it's personnel a high rating.
But what happened next was truly extraordinary. About a week after I bought my ring, I noticed that one of the natural gold nuggets had fallen out of the ring. It was small but I was able to tell. I went back to the store and this time met with the stores Operations and Recruiting Manager, Victor Punjabi. I explained the situation and he could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful.
He immediately stated that they would repair the ring and ship it to me without any charges. I went in on a Sunday. I was told if I had been there any other day of the week, they could have fixed it in about an hour as their jeweler works in a building close by. But the jeweler was off this day and they would repair it, contact me and confirm where I wanted it mailed.
The ring was repair promptly and shipped to me insured priority mail. The ring looks and feels great. Incredible customer service both at and after the sale! This company offers quality gems and gem/gold jewelry all over the world. They really stand behind their products and offer an incredible selection of beautiful items. I look forward to visiting their store again.

Absolutely STUNNING! Vikram was so kind and just the right amount of attentive. There were beautiful stones that caught my eye as they resembled the Northern Lights of Alaska. Being from Minnesota and seeing the smallest parts of the most active lights, it was so encouraging to see bits of home beauty all the way in NV. He was SO knowledgeable! His tours and experiences of the world shine through in his attractive personality. Store immaculately clean and in prettiness condition.

We had no intention of purchasing jewelry on our weekend trip to Vegas but as we stood outside admiring the beautiful rings in the window, VJ came out and greeted us. I'm so grateful he did that. My husband is usually very shy and hesitant to go into jewelry shops unless it's specifically to buy me something. He's been saying he wants a pinky ring for so long now but previously never felt comfortable in any shop. VJ really focused on him once we told him he was the one looking.
We didn't have to give him a price range because he showed my husband so many options and let him pick one on his own, never being pushy at all.
