I was asking for a very rough estimate on ring resizing. After rephrasing the question several times to try and get a range, I asked what was the most expensive resizing the store has every done and what was the least expensive ring that they've ever resized. No answer. I then told her exact details of a male's wedding band and asked her to give me an estimate.
She came back and told me I should probably go to another store. All I really wanted was to know they would work with me, but after the treatment over the phone we will not be having a chance to do business. Lots of other jewelery stores in Carlsbad.
