Jewelers Bench

I was gifted a new smartwatch for father's day and the band was too big. I took it in to the Jewelers Bench and they removed the necessary links and now it's a perfect fit. It was a very quick process and I walked out with my watch fitting properly in a matter of minutes. The customer service was excellent. I would go back without a second thought.

The Moisannite on my wife's ring was starting to get loose and this was the closest jewelry store near our house. We did not purchase our ring here so we were sort of hesitant to see what kind of price we would have to pay to get it repaired. We came in and was immediately asked if we needed any help from an older gentleman who listened to what we needed and took the ring and said "let me see what i can do".

As he reached for the ring that was in my hand I noticed his hands were the hands of a working man's hands - they were dirty and rough and had the markings of experience about them. I knew my wife's ring was in good hands. My wife and I strolled the store for a bit and I was already wondering what was wrong with our ring and how long it will be to be shipped off to be repaired and how much it will cost. Mike, (I later asked him his name) ushered me and my wife over and handed us the ring back telling us he was all finished. "That's it?" I asked, "That's it" he stated. The ring was fixed and we did not have to wait or send it out. Mike did not take any money from us that day, but earned our business going forward.

My wife's ring sparkles like new. Mike and the staff were extremely friendly. Mike explained the process of resizing the ring and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. The turn around time was extremely quick. I'm very happy with the overall experience. I will definitely return to Jewelers Bench for any future needs. Thank you again Mike.

Jewelers Bench fixed/ resized both my engagement and my custom wedding band, and I am so very happy with the results. I was worried at first because my band was purchased in Ireland and I would not be able to replace it easily - but I was reassured that it would be perfect- and it was! The rings look better than they had when I first got them 20 years ago! I highly recommend this jeweler.

The lady brought my ring right out after they had tightened the diamond in the prongs. I had taken it to have a satin finish applied which had worn off after having had it for 45 years. It looked brand new like the day I received it all those years ago. I was stunned and impressed over how beautiful it looked. It's a good thing I took it in because they had discovered the diamond was loose in the setting. Looking at it after they finished it brings back great memories! Thank you so much!

This is the second custom-made piece of jewelry Mike has created for me. All I can say is "Wow!" The piece is absolutely beautiful. His attention to detail is beyond good. The employees were very helpful and shared in my excitement. I highly recommend Jeweler's Bench!

Jewelers Bench is the place to go for ALL your jewelry wants and needs! Their prices are great, the customer service from Kimberly is OUTSTANDING! We had Celtic designed rings sized up and and one sized down and the jeweler did an AMAZING job! I definitely recommend them!

My first experience with this business was in 2020 for some watch repair. They were so kind, and very quick in fixing my watch. Later, my battery needed replaced. It was under warranty so they replaced it for free. Today, I needed a link taken out of a new watch. Was told it would be about an hour before it would be finished - they were done in less than 30 minutes. They have beautiful jewelry and being a local business means they truly care about the customer!

Jewelers Bench has been such a great local staple for us. Even if you just want your jewelry cleaned, they are professional, fast and friendly. I never worry about being misled by them and their recommendation to take care of even my most expensive items. I give the Jewelry Bench a 10 stars! I have been searching for a jewelry store to customize s gold necklace with my son's actual signature. My oldest son had passed away at the young age of 26. I wanted something dear of his close to my heart. I found his signature on a piece of tablet paper, since he had the habit of always writing his name on everything!

I brought the tablet in the Jewelry Bench asking if they could make me a gold necklace with his signature. Kristi knew how much this means to me and went above and beyond in having this necklace made. Three week's later it was finished! And I was speechless! It was perfect! I put it on and haven't taken it off. Thank you JB for this wonderful piece!

The #1 thing you want from a Jeweler is honesty. We entrust them with some of the most memorable and valuable possessions in our lives. The Jeweler's Bench has demonstrsted that Integrity working on 3 decades. We lived in KW in the 90's and trusted them and many of the same people are still there now that we have moved back to the area. You are welcome to watch them work on your jewelry or watch. They are transparent and honest and their prices on repair are a good value. Glad to be back in the area.

I love this place! 5 stars! I have been buying my wife jewelry from here for about two years, including her wedding ring! It is my go to place for all special occasions. Kristi is THE best! She is always so thoughtful and helpful. She never makes me feel pressured or uncomfortable in anyway. Sometimes I stop by just to say Hi! Never expected to have this kind of meaningful experience from a jewelry store, but that's what I have found here. Did not feel welcomed at all stood in the showroom for several minutes every employee avoided eye contact with me and nobody ever acknowledged me except the one young women in the island showcase on my way out. Will not be returning here.

I took my watch for battery replacement last Monday. The gentleman who was inside store saw me and took my watch within a minute. He gave me which warranty choice I would like to go with and few minutes later I could get my watch back with new battery! I wanted to wear the watch for weekend's events so I was very happy with their service. I will recommend anyone who look for good place for watch repair or battery change. I also see very cute bracelets at the store. Happy to find this place close to my house!

I've done business here many times and have always had a really positive experience. Prices range from 100.00 to 1,000,000. And everything in between. The level of customer service, and curtesy is off the charts. They seem to stay very busy working on jewelry, and not just selling it. You can always see several gemologist working hard in the back.

My only complaint is the lack of high end watches, but I'm still going to give them 5*. Most importantly, they are a local family owned business. It always makes you feel good to do business locally.

Love Jewelers Bench. I enjoy shopping at a local business with a very small town, personal feel. They have cleaned my jewelry for free multiple times. If a repair is needed they call with a quote before starting the work. They are also helpful with suggestions as to keeping my jewelry in its best condition, and have done quality repair when I have been negligent. They repaired a watch that another jeweler said couldn't be repaired. Then they cleaned my ring for free and told me I had a couple loose stones so I was glad to get that fixed before I lost a stone.

I brought in a ring that I recently inherited from my grandmother which use to belonged to her mother, so it's safe to say that I was very nervous about leaving it with anyone. After going to a few different jewlery store and not feeling comfortable enough to leave it, I went to Jewlers Bench. Kimberly Williams was so helpful! She answered all my questions, told me step by step exactly what they were going to do to my ring (I needed it resized and some of the prongs needed to be fixed), and reassured me that it would look brand new when they were done with it.

I dropped off my ring Friday right before they closed and it was done on Monday morning. I'm so glad I choose Jewlers Bench! My ring turned out perfect and there prices were more than reasonable. I was so happy that I ended up going back to see Kimberly again and I brough the rest my grandmother's jewlery to get fixed.

Prompt and courteous service to repair a watch crystal! They called with the estimate right away and I authorised the service! I was expecting it to take a week and they called me 2 days later! I still don't have a single scratch on the crystal! Very satisfied!

I had them repair my watch, and the same issue happened two more times (not their fault). Each time, they happily fixed the issue without charging me a cent. They clearly care about their customers and have created a loyal customer out of me.

I was so excited to see a jewelry store in my neighborhood so I could get my watch battery replaced! I went in today and told the salesperson that I was glad to see a jewelry store in the neighborhood. No reaction. I told her I needed a new watch battery. She told me about the one with a 5-year warranty ($25) and the one with the one year warranty ($12.99).

I told her the battery in my watch had a 5-year warranty from a jewelry store in CA.would that be honored? She snickered and said "of course not, you got the battery in CA, not here.". I told said: "give me the $12.99 battery." So Miss Sales Lady (NLG), let me explain a few things about customer service to you: --when someone comes into your store and says they're excited to find you are in their neighborhood, say something like "I'm glad you found us!" --when someone asks about the warranty (or any other question for that matter), explain how the warranty works--don't treat the person like they are an idiot.

Some other customer service tips: --you are the expert--act like one --respect your elders (some day you will be my age) --ALWAYS say "thank you" when the customer pays for the item I conduct customer service training. You will now be an example in my training programs. (Don't worry I won't use the name of the store, but I will say "a jewelry store where I live.").

I thank you for that. Also, know that for every complaint you receive, there are another 24 out there that don't complain--they just don't come back. I won't be coming back.

Very friendly staff with actual jewelers on site. They also employ a watch maker, so you have a full service facility. They're a small store, but they carry some interesting items, including a special hinging system so people with arthritis can still wear their beloved jewelry. They also do custom work, which is awesome. I was in browsing and they were more than happy to show me things and talk abou the items and their store.

I liked the personal way they greeted repeat customers who came in the door. Overall, this is the fine kind of local business I like to patronize. I will go to them with repair needs, and I have them, as well as to shop. Don't be put off by the small footprint or the kind of blah strip center. The service inside is 24K.
