The customer service was amazing everyone was very kind, went in there to get my engagement ring resized and they told me two weeks at the longest but they called me the day after and it was already done! Turned out beautiful. Will definitely recommend and come here again.

I walked into John Cyran Jewelers with a last minute gift idea for my boyfriend's graduation gift. The employees were super friendly and eager to help. I had the pleasure of talking to John (so kind and funny) and he helped me pick out a tie clip that I wanted engraved "So proud of you- Papa". My boyfriend's grandfather supported him throughout all his years of education. However, he did not live to see him graduate.

So in honor of his Papa he wore his tie to his ceremony. My boyfriend and his family loved the engraved piece and it meant so much to them. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for John Cryan and his associates for making his day so special. I'll 100% be going back for all of my jewelry needs.

John and his staff are fantastic. He helped us fix my wife's engagement ring after it was damaged in a car accident and the main diamond was lost. Beautifully restored and better than before!

I was looking for place that could repair the clasp on my 16-year old Movado watch and tighten the stone on my engagement ring. The place I've gone to in the past closed their storefront. They also stopped doing watch repairs. They recommended John Cryan Jewelers in Southampton PA. My experience from start to finish was A++++. The staff was friendly and welcoming. John took the time to explain how the repairs would be done.

He also made sure my watch was in working condition (needed a battery) before any repairs were made. My jewelry was ready in less than a week! The clasp on my watch was repaired so that it wouldn't break again. My engagement ring looked like it did when my husband gave it to me almost 5 years ago. The repairs were reasonably priced too. What I paid to have the clasp repaired, a new watch battery and stone tightened on my ring was only a few dollars more than what I paid for just the clasp to be repaired several years ago. I highly recommend John Cryan Jewelers for repairs. Quality work, great price and a friendly staff that appreciates your business.

I cannot say enough about the service I experienced or the integrity displayed by the owner, John Cryan. I came to his store with an impossible task: to repair my mother's wedding band that was cut off during recent hospital stay so that it looked like it did the day my father bought it for her (50+ yrs ago!) and do it before Christmas. John took the job on like a holy obligation - exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and quality -- and then refused to take payment in return. He has earned a customer for life. My daughter and I visited John Cryan Jewelers so that we could get me wife a gift. John was very personable. He took the time to ask my daughter what her mother liked wearing (pieces, style, type of gold, etc). He then selected several items that he thought were best. After deciding on three items, John said that we could bring them back if they weren't the items that my wife loved.

My wife loved the earrings but wasn't sure about the other two pieces. She returned with us. John asked her about her preferences. We decided on a beautiful ring to go along with the earrings. John made the entire process an easy one. He wasn't trying to sell me jewelry, like they do in the malls. He wanted to make sure that what we selected was perfect for us. We will continue to shop in his store and tell everyone we know about the service he provides.
