Took my engagement ring and wedding band to Rosnov Jewelers for repair, cleaning, polishing and they did an outstanding job. My rings look so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience overall and everyone was very kind and friendly. Thank you!

David and Scott just made a customer for life out of my son. I connected them because he wanted to buy his gf a diamond necklace for a special birthday and I've found them so honest. My son knew exactly what his gf wanted and was having trouble finding it within his budget with the quality and size of stone he wanted in it. Upon hearing his story, the Rosnovs offered to create the exact necklace he wanted at a price I'm sure means they are making no money (if not losing some) on the piece.

My son was so happy when he called to tell me that they "hooked" him up. It is clear to me that David and Scott understand how to build relationships with customers and care deeply about providing the type of service that brings people back to them again and again. I'm thrilled my son had such a good experience with his first large jewelry purchase and imagine he'll be doing business with them for a very long time, just as my mother did business with Mitchell, David's father, many decades ago.

This was my first experience with Rosnov Jewelers! I bent one of the prongs on my ring, they fixed it in less than 5 minutes! They also offered to do it free of charge! The staff were extremely friendly - will definitely be returning there in the future!

The ring Rosnov made for my fiancee is absolutely unbelievable. My mom recommended him because her father knew his father (also a jeweler) and trusted him. It seems it was the right choice! He helped make the exact band design my fiancee had picked out online, and he chose an incredible, colorless diamond for a very reasonable price. It is perfect, and my fiancee thinks so, too-she said yes! It's the only piece of jewelry she wears, and she loves it!

The ring my fiance proposed with was purchased from this jeweler and it is PERFECT! I have never seen a ring so beautiful. My fiance also raved about how wonderful Rosnov Jewelers was to work with.

I visited the store for the first time today to get the size adjusted on my ring. The service was outstanding! They were so kind and accommodating. The epitome of a family business. Professional, experienced, and always accommodating. I usually go in need of a rush job and Scott always makes it happen. Have purchased all types of pieces at Rosnov from having them make a custom wedding band using diamonds from a family heirloom and my wife's engagement ring to things as little as a $ sign charm picked out of a bag of scrap gold. Pricing is always fair and the experience in store is always very enjoyable.

When ordering custom made items they have always been ready to make what I ask for but give suggestions if it will make the piece look better, more durable, less money, really anything they think will enhance the experience of owning the new item. I could go on forever and a day on how great my experiences have been there but being a 5th generation family business speaks for itself.

Rosnov Jewelers truly care about their customers and are willing to be patient with you until you feel great about what you want to purchase. They give you so many options and help guide you to make a great selection. I didn't even go into the store as I live out of state but have heard great things about their company for years. The necklace I purchased is absolutely perfect and I want to give a big thank you to Jami who walked me through the entire process and made sure we found something that was special. She did such a great job and really went above and beyond my expectations. A+ experience!

I just walked in to have a ring resized and they went out of their way to save me time and fix it without cutting it. They didn't even charge me. Such a friendly group.

I came to Rosnov Jewelers to have my engagement ring resized, after a friend of mine raved about her positive experience with them and her wedding bands. Scott was fantastic at helping me decide which size was better and cleaned my ring each time I saw them (I ended up having to go back and go down slightly more which was no inconvenience to them). Excellent service and the Rosnovs clearly take pride in their family business. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I picked up my rings from David on Friday and wow! He was right. They look like new rings and I am thrilled. I actually feel like I have new jewelry; they just look so much more beautiful than I remember. The kicker? He wouldn't even let me pay him for the work. So, he save me between $1000 and $2000 for resetting my diamond and delivered to me my engagement ring and my two anniversary bands looking better than new for free. Like I said in my original review: Wow. I can't wait to go back the next time it's time to splurge on a new piece.

Rosnov's Jewelers in the only place I will buy jewelry. They are honest, fair and truly like family. They carry the most beautiful Jewelry and will never mislead you. You will feel like you are dealing with someone in your family because they are so honest and trustworthy. We recently left there without a receipt for my diamond engagement ring which we brought in for repair and my husband said, " If it was anyone but David or Scott I would worry about it". It's not often you can have trust like that in 2018 but I promise you will if you shop at Rosnov's.

They are truly the cream of the crop in what they carry and their customer service. Not only will they make sure you are 100% satisfied but their mission is to keep happy customers and to that they are dedicated. I am not able to say enough good things about this business and would never hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Rosnov's is the best jewelry store around! I was looking for a diamond anniversary band for my 30th anniversary. I had an idea of what I wanted, but no picture. I described it to David and he pulled out 2 that were an exact match to what I wanted. Really liked 1 of them, but wanted to think about it, so I put it on hold. Went back the following week and bought it.

Rosnov is a family owned & operated business in the heart of Jenkintown. The fact that their family has been operating this business for five generations shines through in their incredible service. We recently had my wife's wedding ring and engagement ring resized. The workmanship was impeccable, and they cleaned and polished the rings to look like new at no extra charge!

Their price was more than reasonable and they even offered us a nice Veterans' Day incentive (even though their price was already VERY reasonable) to recognize my service. Not only would I recommend Rosnov, I am certain my wife will be getting some gifts from here in the future!

OUTSTANDING TRUSTWORTHY JEWELER! Purchased a 10 year anniversary ring from Rosnov about 15 years ago. I needed to re-size the ring I took it to a large store out of convenience. This store wanted to charge me $360 for the re-sizing and replacement of diamonds. I felt this quote was high. I decided to go back to Rosnov's just to compare quotes.

They quoted me 1/4 of the price for same job. I forgot how friendly and trustworthy Rosnov Jewelers is and how much i enjoy doing business with the Rosnov family. WOW. Rosnov is the best! I have been going there for over 4 years now - once I discovered them (which I wish would have been sooner!). Each and every time they are very helpful and fast. Their jewelry is beautiful - one-of-a-kind. The first time I went in I thought I would never be able to afford anything there but you would be surprised. He just repaired my ring complimentary because I keep going back and back - Kay wanted $150.00 for the repair. Made my day!
