I just picked up the pendant that I had made from my old wedding band! I am beyond happy and can't thank Lisa enough for helping me along the way! An ad in the Philly Inquirer brought me to Jem Jewelers the other day and I am so glad I found them. They were hosting gold and silver buyers - folks that they have had a relationship for years - and easily set an appointment with the helpful attendant. Not only did I have a very successful meeting to sell a number of old, broken and unwanted jewelry, I was warmly greeted at the door and had the pleasure of meeting the owner and several staff.

I felt like I was part of the family! My friend bought a beautiful blown glass vase and was so happy with their care. They packed it carefully and carried to our car! They were so friendly and helpful that I will be coming back when I need jewelry or repairs.

Let me start by saying we have been using Jem Jewelers for a long time and have been nothing but very happy. My fiance and I went to pick out our engagement ring at Jem jewelers. We worked with Steven who was extremely helpful in showing us different settings and explaining details about each unique design. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the stones and the beauty of the design. Our ring is gorgeous! Thank you Steven!

Went to get my engagement ring sized from a 7 to a 6.5 and purchase wedding bands. Without even seeing my engagement ring, the saleswoman refused to work on it stating they wouldn't work on rings of inferior quality since it was purchased online at James Allen and not purchased from their store directly. If they can't work on outside rings, that is fine, but insinuating my ring is cheap/inferior without even seeing the ring is a bit rude and off putting.

She also stated engagement rings should only be purchased if they are the correct size in the first place, which seems a bit difficult considering the proposal was a surprise and I was never measured for a ring. We've been coming here for years and have spent lots of time and money in this store, including resizing an old family ring that was not purchased at Jem.

This was certainly an eye opening experience and me and my family will no longer be giving our money to Jem Jewelers. We went down the street to a different jeweler and bought our wedding bands and resized my ring without complaint.

I walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, but knew that it would take my breath away when I found IT! Steve took me to multiple cases and then.there it was---the most gorgeous blue/green tourmaline ring. It now lives on my finger and I am forever grateful to him for having just what I was looking for but didn't know it! Wonderful people, wonderful service and now my forever shop for blingin goodies!

Jem Jewelers is fabulous! I recently had a ring re-sized and repaired there. The repair was super fast and inexpensive. Steven is extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable about jewelry and goes out of his way to make his costumers happy. Also, the store carries gorgeous jewelry at an affordable price. My all time favorite jewelry store ever! My parents have been shopping at Jem for over 40 years so when it was time for my husband to purchase my engagement ring, of course he went to jem. I am very particular so my husband knew it would be challenging. He worked with Steve custom designing a ring for me and it is absolutely perfect in every way! They have done many repairs for us in the past and I am always satisfied.
