I have gone to Carroll's many times to have family stones reset into what are now my favorite pieces of jewelry including a bracelet, two necklaces and a pair of earrings. They have a variety of items in the store so it's really nice to see so many options when you're picking what you want to have made. Most recently, I went to Carroll's for my custom wedding band. Joel was wonderful to work with through the process and ensured I was completely satisfied with the final product. Carroll's does beautiful work and I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.

I stopped in on a Friday evening looking for jewelry to match my wife's ring I bought her in October. Nicky took the time to look up my previous purchase so we could match it (I did not have receipt). However, the items were more expensive than I had anticipated. Instead of just leaving it at that, Nicky did some searching and found a necklace and earrings that matched perfectly. Even had them in stock! She was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend you stopping by Carrolls and talking with Nicky.

Guys - Pay Joel at Carroll's a visit before spending money on jewelry anywhere else. I purchased an engagement ring for my (now) wife from Carroll's and it was the best decision I've ever made. We live in Manhattan and shopped around the city for awhile but Carroll's was able to deliver exactly what we wanted for a much more reasonable price. In short, my wife wanted a very specific setting that Joel went FAR out of his way to make happen for us.
We were so happy with how the engagement ring turned out that we went back to Joel for our wedding bands, my wife's being a custom eternity band with small emerald stones that Joel hand-selected just for us. Thank you, Joel!

I was devastated when my engagement ring got damaged and thought I would have to replace the setting. I recently moved to the area, so I had to rely on Google reviews when seeking out a jeweler. Carroll's Jewelers was highly rated, so I took a chance. My husband and I went there on a Tuesday morning, and it was quite busy. The employee who assisted us, Nikki, was friendly and patient.
She reassured me that they would be able to fix my ring and make it look brand new again. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely return to Carroll's Jewelers in the future.

My parents are customers here and have always raved about the attentive staff and gorgeous jewelry selection! While visiting with them today, I noticed the cage on my engagement ring was slightly "bent". They whisked me over to Carroll's where I was immediately helped! Less than ten minutes later I had a sparkling clean ring and the cage was adjusted FREE of charge!
I also was able to get several questions answered about purchasing wedding bands for my future wedding amongst other jewelry based curiosities! Will absolutely be back with my partner for our next purchase!

Went in to upgrade my wife's existing engagement ring setting and the experience was pleasant. Then we experienced a few communication and timing glitches but the important part was how Carroll's responded. Suzanne the manager took extraordinary care of us, making things right and then some. Carroll's is known as "The Friendly Jeweler" for a reason! I had an incredible experience resetting my engagement ring. Rob was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure that my diamond was set to my liking even-though it was quite the challenge because of my diamond dimensions. Rob, alongside with their master-diamond setter, main concern was making sure my diamond was secure and EXACTLY what I was envisioning. I am beyond pleased with how perfect the ring turned out. The Carroll's team went above and beyond and they will forever have our business!

I have gone to Carroll's on two separate occasions and worked with Rob. Not only was he honest and kind with the work required for my wedding band, he instilled a trust that I knew I was in good hands. My repair was done promptly and my wedding band looked better than when we purchased it. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel confident in their work even when the jewelry wasn't purchased from them. I will never go elsewhere for jewelry cleaning and repair again. They rule!

Carroll's did an excellent job fixing my engagement ring band after I lost a small diamond from it (my engagement ring was not from here) and also customizing my wedding band to match my engagement ring band. Joel is fantastic - Very helpful and caring. He took the time to clean my rings, teach me about diamonds/metals and took me in the back to show me the GIA number inscribed on my diamond in his microscope. We won't go anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough!

Been shopping there for over 30 years. From the first little necklace I bought my girlfriend/wife 30+ years ago. To having Joel and Ed design jewelry for my staff designed after my company logo. They also were able to take an antique (circa 500 bc) celtic non functioning cloak clasp and make it into an amazing broach for my wife. They manage to find parts and service for my many mechanical watches and are my go to place for my hard to buy jewelry for wife. The classic/perfect hometown jewelers, beautiful store, great selection and they really care about their customers, many of which are multi generational customers.

From watch batteries, Pandora, new pieces, to the complete reconstruction of my original engagement ring, nothing but the best of service.
