I came to Goldsmith Co with a heavy silver chain watch that needed resizing. I estimated how many links would need to be removed but the jeweller knew better! He invited me to try it on before he finished it to make sure the fit was perfect. Fantastic customer service, true experts! I have full confidence in their work and would definitely return.

Customer service is great! I personally did not prefer a certain service that was initially recommended (to avoid spinning of my ring), and when I went back to discuss with them they ended up re-sizing my ring for me without any additional cost to make sure it was what I wanted. Even did a rush job for me because I was traveling the next day. The jeweler and the staff member were both very professional, helpful and kind to me throughout the whole process. Will definitely be returning for any needs in the future!

We purchased our wedding bands here and couldn't be happier with the result! Gregory and co were so helpful. I took in two rings for repair. One of them needed a simple fix on one of the prongs, and the other one needed a gem to be replaced and the ring resized. The price was very reasonable for these repairs. I said that there was no rush and four days later I got an e-mail saying that the rings were ready. They made sure to show me the rings when I picked them up and had me try them on. This was such a painless process and I'll definitely return again!

Extremely helpful. I had ordered an engagement ring online, and after having the service I had used incorrectly resize the ring I came here with my fiancee. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and were able to accommodate a rush order for us so my fiancee could have her ring back the following day. Gregory is great! My experience with his store started when my now husband and I were looking for our wedding bands. Great selection, great customer service, great everything. We really didn't want to visit other places after coming in. I am very picky person and I couldn't even think that this process can be so easy. Gregory also worked on my request to transform my rose gold chain into a bracelet.

I didn't feel comfortable to wear it on my neck because of its thickness. This chain means a lot to me, and Gregory suggested few options how to make it look nice and use all of it)) The bracelet looks great! I couldn't be happier!
