My husband & I recently had our wedding bands re-sized at Adrian Jewelers. 14K White Gold with diamonds & engraved inscription inside. We were nervous, but Adrian Jewelers does have a top notch & trustworthy reputation. The entire staff made the process such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were getting married again! I absolutely LOVE this jewelry store. Hard to decide what I go in there for.their wonderful selection of jewelry or their customer service. Not only have I purchased some beautiful pieces, but have had several pieces custom made. Not once have they disappointed. I also stop in occasionally just to say hello to Laura and Dominick, whom I adore. They promptly remove whatever jewelry I have on and give it a good cleaning! They are professional, trustworthy and always provide good value.

Awful "customer disservice" experience. Was like pulling teeth to find simple answers. No information was volunteered. Employee was rude and sarcastic as if answering anything was a chore and it was offensive I was there. I had even called a day early due to the pandemic. They couldn't be bothered to check messages or call back. I was told the work would be "very complex" (I had it done up the street as a walk in; took 10 minutes, no issue). Complex? News: many businesses are happy to have customers before, during, or after a global pandemic! Adding Adrian Jewelers to my list of "fired" companies.

My favorite jewelry store. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have made several purchases there and will not go any where else.

THE BEST! For the past 8 years my boyfriend (now fiance) had been going to Dominick and Laura at Adrian to help pick out amazing jewelry for me every year for Christmas. Each year was better than the next! Unbeknownst to me Jeff started working with them to pick out and design an engagement ring in 2020. They found a one of a kind band and made it into the most perfect ring for me! Jeff was also given my mother's, my grandmothers, and my great aunts engagement rings to use if he wanted towards the ring.

But they instead came up with an even better surprise! They made a necklace with all three diamonds as a Christmas surprise for me! Everyone at this jewelry store honestly care about the customer and as someone who sold jewelry most of her life, they do PHENOMENAL quality work!

Great experience with Adrian Jewlers. I have bought many items in the past. During this Pandemic I can honestly say the owner went above and beyond to not only help me find the perfect gift, but to deliver it to my home.

It's not every day you purchase a 20 thousand dollar diamond. I had previously dealt with the Jewelry Exchange in Paramus. I was never sure if I got a good deal there or not because every time I thought I made a good deal, the next vendor in the adjoining booth told me HE had a better deal. And so on and so on. I knew I was out of my area of expertise, being that every stone sorta looked the same to me with my tired eyes.

Fast forward to today. Not wanting to repeat this harrowing and grueling experience I tried a different approach to my quest for fairness. I had known Laura (the owner) of Adrian Jewelers for MANY years and i approached her on my quest to obtain a certified diamond in the 2CT size. Now if I went to the Jewelry exchange they MIGHT show me 2 or three stones per booth in which to choose.

But Laura had selected 5 for me, from about 15 she personally looked at before winnowing the crop so to speak, to 5. She lined them up according to size, color and clarity. She had her favorite but waited until we made out choice, (which coincidentally, was the same one she chose). She set it sized it and cleaned it the SAME day and after exchanging the bank check, for my piece of pressurized carbon, my wife and I walked out with our purchase, both extremely happy campers. IF you are looking to avoid the drama and uncertainty of your next high end jewelry purchase I STRONGLY advise you to stop in at Adrains.

My husband and I cannot be happier with the service we received at Adrian Jewelers. We first came into Adrian Jewelers to purchase our wedding bands. Laura was amazing and made me a completely custom band, which perfectly matches my engagement ring. My husband and I each returned to Adrian Jewelers to purchase our gifts for one another for the wedding, and Dominic was so helpful!

He took his time to help us both find the perfect gift. The earrings I received are beyond beautiful and my husband loves his watch. We will definitely be life long customers and cannot recommend Adrian jewelers enough!

I just bought my weddings rings here and was extremely impressed with the service. I had originally visited to buy a ring tightener for my engagement ring! I received fast service, and then started looking at the wedding ring options. I was not sure what kind of wedding rings I wanted, and received helpful, personal service until I found "the ones"!

They accidentally ordered only one ring, and were extremely apologetic. I received a personal apology and prompt ordering for the second one. Both rings shipped fast, and I had them within a week. Everyone was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Highly recommended!
