I went to have an engagement ring reset. The attention to detail and service provided was the best I could have ever asked. For a such a major life event like this, I was never worried during the process because I knew I was at the right place. I ordered a set of Wedgewood china India Pattern many years ago from these people. Customer service on their end was friendly and most professional. A couple of pieces were out of stock and were shipped later, but they informed me of the later shipments at the time the order was placed. The out of stock items followed about two weeks later, and everything was perfect when it was unpacked. Accordingly I have nothing but great memories regarding Paris Jewelers.

I placed an online order. Fortunately, I didn't need the item immediately because it took a month to arrive. I also didn't get quite what I ordered. The item was shipped 3.5 weeks after I placed the order. I got 2 emails from Paris Jewelers, one confirming the order, and one stating that the order had shipped, but there were no details, such as a tracking number.
I ordered a butter knife to match the high-end (Christofle) flatware I got when I got married almost 20 years ago. Although their website offers the style that I had, I received the updated style, which has a "2" at the end of the name. I don't need a butter knife all that often, and you have to look closely to see the difference, so I did not complain to them and can not tell you how they would have handled the complaint.
They did offer a good price, but it appears to be because they sent the updated style rather than the one I have. I just checked, and I would have saved $1 by ordering the updated style from Neiman Marcus.

This is an outstanding jewelry store. The owner is both a jeweler and a wonderful designer making many unique pieces using diamonds, sapphires and enamel. I know since I am asked all the time where I got a piece i am wearing. Many of the pieces he makes are reversible-a gold heart covered by diamonds on one side and pierced with hearts on the 'plain' side. If you are a guy chat with the owner's wife-she listens to what your 'lady' likes and comes up with personal selections you can't go wrong on a decision.
