Best Jewelry store ever! It didn't even feel like a store it felt like a home, they were all so helpful and sweet and very knowledgeable on what they were doing! And it's even family owned, they definitely treat everyone like family I highly HIGHLY recommend them ! I got my contour wedding ring and it was a size short so they said it would be done by Friday but nope not even two days go by and they called me Wednesday and it was already done!

Great prices too and soooo many unique things there too! Great customer service They even gave me this cute box! Definitely will be going back! Thank you guys for my making me smile with pleasure!

JL Jewelers is an amazing place. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I went in with a few pieces to see if I could use them to make an engagement ring. Alex helped me right away making suggestions and answering my questions. He also made sure he was in my budget. The engagement ring is beautiful. They have a large show room and can design and make anything you are looking for. I will be using JL Jewelers for all of my jewelery needs from now on. Please give them a try, you will be happy you did!

I went in with my mom's old engagement ring and a vague idea of the ring that I wanted to propose to my girlfriend with and it couldn't have gone any better. They helped me plan how to incorporate my mom's old stone and the design of the ring. He was so helpful! They did an appraisal also; I am so greatful and impressed. Will definitely be coming back next time I need anything involving jewelry.

My husband Carlos and I decided to go buy a piece of jewelry. I found JL Jewelers online and read some of the reviews and I told my husband let's go check this place out. Upon arriving we were greeted with a friendly welcome. We decided to go with a solid 14k necklace. Great people, knowledgeable, and 1O0% honest. We will be back soon for another piece and to get my rings sized. P.S Thank you for waiting past 6 pm for us!

I left a watch for servicing with this outfit. Upon pick up (one month latter) it malfunctioned after two hours. The phone agent kicked the can to the owner, who was conveniently unavailable. After he got my money--a considerable amount of money, too--he no longer had time for me. Do not take your timepiece to these operators--that is, unless you collect examples of slipshod work

My son bought himself a old pocket watch and it got dropped. He ask me were to fix it. My first thought was we are going to start with JL.s. these pieces are very pricey. But the process was explained to us and he had chains for sale too. Wonerful place to come.

I went here to get an engagement ring and it was great. I wanted to use a passed down piece of jewelry and make it something new. It was an old outdated piece, but Jeff looked at it and instantly gave me ideas and possiblities. I had no idea what I wanted at first but he gave some sketches and options and worked with me to update the piece and keep it within my budget. The new ring is beautiful and it is all thanks to Jeff and his expertise!

I have doing been doing business with JL Jewelers for years. I don't go anywhere else. Father and sons are personable, very willing to take time and help you with your needs, answer any questions. Jeff the owner loves to makes pieces of jewelry and has won awards for his work. I've had them make me items. Very comfortable atmosphere. I trust them with my items. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dad's ring, which is older than me, was cut off during a recent hospitalization and needed a whole new shank. I was worried about finding the right place because the ring has a lot of antiquing and is so special to him so I did a lot of research and found JL and I'm so glad we did. We were so pleased with the entire process - price was reasonable, turnaround was excellent, and the ring came out looking better than I've ever seen it. They also gave my dad, who is a combat veteran, a beautiful worry stone for coming in on Veterans Day, and he just loves it. Definitely reccomend!

I had a grandfathers clock repaired there and service was terrible. I hardly know where to start. I paid for a delivery fee yet they called me and left a rude message for me to come get my clock, it was big and they had a small shop. Easily fixed with a phone call reminding them I had already paid for delivery. They delivered a week later. Bill was almost 350 dollars more than what I was told and it was supposedly fixed.

Once here and set up he said it's not working right but he could sell me a new weight for 35 more dollars which he just so conveniently just so happened to have a spare in his van. When he showed up with clock he was by himself and I had to go out and help unload and carry in if I wanted my clock. The finale, the top piece of clock was missing.

They said, we will look around for it. Two weeks and two phones calls later I finally was told they found my top and was told to come and get it. They are several miles from where I live. They eventually agreed to mail it. I was told there work was guaranteed.my wifeI called and said clock was running slow, she was told to turn screw on pendulum to the right. If I knew how to give negative stars, I would.
