Jewelry Exchange

Have done buisness here a long time. Always been fair priced with good merchandise. Stopped in today to but a necklace and pendant for my wife at 4:55 and they were closed. Google has 6 o clock and the door says 5:00 so either way should have been opened. Lost a sale. Maybe I won't find one somewhere else and he will be open tomorrow.

My sister left her rings to be repaired and Robert is saying she didn't leave them. I will no longer send anyone to his place of business. He is not being honest and this is bad business. Robert DO THE RIGHT THING. My sister is not lying and I'm really disappointed in you. I remember her calling me telling me she had dropped those rings off.

Had my ring for over a month when was only supposed to be a week. They kept giving me the run around. When I finally got my ring back. I wanted to check the diamond. The manager laid a gun beside me and started cussing me. Never again will I use this place

It is monday at 11:26am, I am outside, the hours of business clearly says open 10 to 6. And no one is here. Clearly this place is poorly managed.

I came in looking for a watch. They spend a lot of time trying to answer my questions. I appreciated that they weren't trying to rush me like other stores. They also matched the best price I found online, so I got a great deal. I would definitely come back again.

Worst experience with a Jeweler I've ever had. I went in to ask if they did cleaning services on rings, a Titanium ring in my case. There were very young girls working there, and they took my ring to the back room to ask. A man came out (I assume this was Robert Reeves), and treated me very discourteously. As I asked questions he continued to question my intelligence, calling me "stupid", told me that he had never cleaned or polished Titanium before, and made jokes about damaging my ring while attempting to clean it for me for free.

Side notes: several times he verbally sexually abused his employees, (several young girls, looked about ages 14-18), and referred to them as his wives. He made several jokes and asked me questions about polygamist compound camps in Utah, and several times "ordered" these young girls that worked for him come out and stand in line. They did so. He made several sexually explicit jokes and stated which girl was his favorite. Unprofessional, Dishonest, Rude, Perverted, and Inconsistent behavior told me that this man could not be trusted with any type of Jewelry, or business in general, whatsoever.
