Went to Wiggins to look for a new engagement ring, and we received the BEST customer service I have ever had! I absolutely recommend to anyone, they did an amazing job on my ring. I will be going back for any jewelry needs we come across in the future!

I was in the market to create the most amazing engagement ring and stumbled on Wiggins' Jewlers online. Jana was fabulous and helped me create the perfect ring. I met with Jana over multiple sessions to pick out the perfect stone (1.71 Asscher cut diamond). Jana then researched and found an elegant ring setting that would not only capture the beauty of the stone but completely stay within my budget. I would highly recommend!

I have been wearing my ring everyday for 20 years. The bezel setting broke and I was told by Lafayette Jewelers that only an artisan proficient with a laser welder would be able to repair it. They recommended Cox Jewelers in Lebanon. I went there and found they retired and closed shop. Feeling defeated, I drove up Main Street and happily found Winfrey Jewelers.

The gal there told me to go to Wiggins Jewelers right up the street and that is where I would find Shay. He is the Super Star Laser Welder and all the Jewelers I met along the way were very generous sending me to find someone at another jewelry store. It turned out Shay was with Cox Jewelers before they closed. He did a beautiful job. I am so pleased.

There are two wonderful sisters who own and run Wiggins Jewelers, Jana and Jeanne. They are lovely people who are so personable and professional. It was a joy meeting them. BTW, I dropped off my ring for repair on Oct 21st and picked it up on Oct. 27th.only 6 days. WOW.

Took my wife's wedding ring for cleaning and resizing. Was met by some wonderful people who took their time explaining everything to us and making sure we got the correct size. The jeweler doing the work is on site, not a send out. He spoke with us as well. They showed us some anniversary bands and kept track of the ones my wife liked so when I called back a few days later they were able to help me over the phone get the right one ordered.

They kept me informed via text messaging and surprised her with the ring (I wasn't able to be there when she picked it up). We will definitely be using Wiggins Jewelers again.

Jana was great to work with and did a really good job with explaining the differences in diamonds and answering all of our questions. She brought in several extra diamonds to view and choose from and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Awesome! I had my wedding ring set repaired. They did an amazing job. The repair is flawless and the ring was so sparkly clean you would have sworn it was brand new and not nearly 20 yrs old.
