Decided to find a new jewelry store in the area because the one I have used in the past is getting very spotty on when they are open. Stopped in here to have my wedding band made round again, it was bent out of shape. These gentlemen had it fixed in a few minutes and then waved me off when I attempted to pay.

The folks at City Limits were very friendly and helpful. They sized my engagement ring quickly and it was ready for pick up exactly when they told me to expect it. The ring fits perfectly and you can't tell where the metal was cut. I would not hesitate to go back and I would recommend them to family and friends.

You came highly recommended by a family member who doesn't recommend often and I'm all for supporting local businesses in LaVergne so I chose to give you all a shot. My son paid $43.50 to have my stone reset, it took several days to get it back for something that should've been done while he waited. Got it back yesterday, put it on and the stone immediately fell out. Luckily I was able to get it back in the setting which I couldn't do before which is why we brought it to you all. I have other jewelry that we spoke about but, based solely on this ring, I will go elsewhere. You did a $10 job and owe my son a refund.

GREAT SERVICE, QUALITY, AND THE BEST PRICES AROUND! I have been going to this jewelry shop for years. I have purchased jewelry, had rings sized, jewelry cleaned, watches fixed, etc. and NEVER had an issue. Linus and John are good, honest men with integrity and are always polite. I've looked around at other places and they just don't compare.

I took a ring here about a year ago and they did an absolutely amazing job! It took less than an hour even. Today I brought a bridal set in hoping they could do it today and have it done before I headed home because I'm getting married tomorrow and needed them to fit and just like last time they did an amazing job! Got them both done in an hour for me! So happy to do business with these guys.
