I have used Stuller for over 40 years And they've always been excellent. HOWEVER. In the last year and a 1/2 their service has been very poor and it's not because there's a labor shortage. There is an attention to detail shortage and quality sevice shortage. I am slowly moving away from them and finding other vendors. They are continually making mistake after mistake, I'm done. Trying to buy a laser-welder for a week. no call back, no fallow up. this is a joke. not the same company it was years back.

Poor customer service on the phone. I called to ask a question about ring size and the woman who answered was extremely rude. Very disappointing and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I purchased a Stuller mounting for my wife's engagement ring and it cracked 6 years later. My jeweler stated it was not repairable and sent it in to Stuller who advised they would not replace it for free. I thought fine jewelry was supposed to last longer than 6 years? I called Stuller who told me to contact my jeweler for help. Sounds like they dont stand behind their product and point the finger at the jeweler.

Stuller is wholesale only and I've dealt with them for 25 years. Always high quality items and professional service. Sad the Toronto office closed but that is business.

I work here, but every day that I get home from work google asks me how my trip was. So I'm reviewing it to hopefully put an end to that message lol.

Poor customer service. Ordered from them for 2 years, everything was excellent until I received a 2mm 14k gold bezel that was rough along the length and it was 1.8mm instead of 2mm! They sent a replacement, which is a little better but still not smooth! I wont be ordering metals from Stuller again. Update: Ordered 3mm 14k gold bezel, arrived on October 31st 2019, Still awful!

They just said they will check the cutting machine, but really they don't do anything about it. So the bezel I just received is very rough, and the height is also uneven. Whyyy Stuller?!

The amount of inventory that Stuller offers with most of it available for next day delivery is incredible. Stuller has made it possible for the average Joe Jeweler to provide excellent service to his customers. They go out of their way to help jewelers succeed in business. I have found that most times that i have had a problem with a Stuller, it was caused by an oversight on my part. No company is perfect, but I would highly recommend Stuller. Period! Also, I would be very leery of the low reviews given on this site.

Love Stuller, LOVE the people and love the service. No one else can touch the customer service I receive at Stuller. When I receive a product from the team here it is pristine.

All i can say is, if Stuller ever closed its doors I would get out of the jewelry business. While there are some other companies that offer similar products as Stuller, there is no other company that can consistently provide the products and services as Stuller does day in and day out. They are the backbone of independant jewelers across the US and without them my job would become much more difficult.

They help us impress our customers on a regular basis when the customer asks, how long to get my ring and we can answer tomorrow if you need it that soon. Providing quality products quickly always impresses our customers and makes us professional in their eyes. Thanks Stuller for making us look good and a special thanks to all the employees at Stuller for being courteous and patient with me when I ask dumb questions which happens a lot. EXTREMLY unprofessional corporation! if the founder Matt Stuller found out how I was treated he would go ballistic. Never will I do business with them and Social Media will spread the word how terrible they treat people.

BUYER BEWARE. I have been dealing with Stuller Inc. for quite a while. But they dropped the ball very badly this time. I ordered a silver bracelet with freshwater pearls, and they of course sent it COD. It turned out that this bracelet was defective, as one of the pearls fell off. I called them and they were kind enough to send a UPS return pre-paid label, and I returned it to them with the note that I wanted the bracelet replaced.

They received it, did nothing, sat on my supposed "credit", and when I called they said they will send a replacement, which they did. This time they sent it COD AGAIN for a higher amount. When I called and confronted them, they said they could not exchange it. It had to be "billed" again. Then they apologized and said they would refund the initial amount that I had paid, and then they will also send a refund for the balance since they charged higher the second time. What a colossal waste of time and customer's patience and confidence in dealing with a company such as this. SHAME ON STULLER.

Had a chance to visit Stuller's Global Headquarters For a day to see in person how does it function and How does a big project work as smooth as they Make it possible. I was extremely satisfied and happy from the high Quality of customer service and the attention that Stuller's staff gave us. This is one of the forefront leaders in their industry And use high tech and modern technology running Their business. Thank you Stuller and staff :))
