This is a real jewelry store with a real jewelry technician on location. The service was second to none and the quality is at the highest level I've ever experienced. Thank you Kevin for squaring me away.

I love working with this store! They are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. They also have free parking. I love their daily specials too. If you follow them on Instagram, they post some great deals.

If you're in Kansas City and looking to buy or sell jewelry stay far away from this place especially if you're a person of color I did not grab the gentleman's name but he made it a point to make me feel very uncomfortable for even walking in the place. I went to The Polished Edge with a piece of gold that had broken into two pieces. Because of what the gold was a lot of jewelers did not want to work on it (pull out Gold Teeth). Seen his highly rated reviews so I gave him a try. He accepted the challenge & not only did he exceed my expectations, he cleaned them back to brand new, had it all done within 2 days, & the price was not bad at all!

If you have ANY type of jewelry you can definitely trust Kevin to get the job done right. He's a man who takes pride in his work & VERY VERY nice and kind along with the lady that was working as well. Definitely will go to them if I need a fix, cleaning, or to just buy in general he has a lot of beautiful pieces in there! I highly recommend him. If he helped me with what I had I have no doubt he can do just about anything.

I stopped in to take a look at engagement rings right before the Fourth of July weekend. Kevin showed me a couple of halo rings and I found one I really loved but it was a bit to small. My boyfriend and now fiance stopped in to take a look at the ring that was too small and we purchased it. Kevin was able to resize it and I was able to take it home and wear it in less than 20 minutes. I love that this is a local owned business and the owners are so kind. I would definitely come back to do business in the future.

I had my engagement ring resized here last year and was really happy with the work, especially since Kevin did a rush job for me so I could wear it right away. So I thought of them first when I wanted to have a watch repaired recently. The watch was my father's from 1967 and in rough shape, but I was hoping to have it fixed up as a gift to my fiance. Needless to say, it was very important to me that it was done well. Kevin took the time to go over the details of the repair with me and made sure that I got it back in time. The watch looks beautiful now and it keeps the time, so I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!

Called last minute after my Rolex had a screw come out. They said bring it in. I brought it in and 2 minutes later he had it running and polished it back up for me. I'll be back in a month to start the buying process for a second watch from him. Spent a few minutes talking settings and look forward to doing work again in a couple of months with Kevin after he showed me some projects he has going on!

Just call ahead and they will let you park in a garage for free! Visiting this place and the gentleman that runs it was the most pleasant experience of my hectic day. In the past we took our jewelry and watches (batteries, armband issues, modifications) to Tivol but this store has a far more personal and friendly service. The prices for their service are honest and more than fair, the location is convenient. If you are not sure, give them a call. We found them due to recommendations from friends - so I hope this review will help somebody (I don't even know). Glad that we gave them a try - we'll be coming back, no question.
