My 27 year old wedding band required some love and resizing. Aaron determined the correct size for me and created a cost that I felt was very appropriate. I picked up my ring today and it looks amazing and fits perfectly! Thank you Kennedy's!

I came in to get a battery installed into a watch given to me by my father before his passing. The staff and the owner, Arron Kennedy, were absolutely a pleasure to do business with. They were very welcoming and took the time to answer my every question. Their selection of jewlery is incredible and they even make custom pieces that are truly a sight to behold.

Along with these selections, they also offer pre-owned pieces at incredible prices. I just could not resist! I purchased a wonderful men's chain and Aaron gave me a price that I could not say no to. I would give them a ten star review if it were an option! In 1986, I bought my high school boyfriend a pocket watch. It wasn't fancy, but all a 17 year old kid could afford. We lost track of each other for 33 years, but reconnected in 2021. I was surprised to learn that he still kept that watch tucked away safely. I secretly "borrowed it" and took it to Kennedy's Custom Jewelry to be engraved. The associates were upbeat, and simply amazing from the moment I stepped into the store. Turns out, getting the watch engraved was not an option (too risky) so we did some brainstorming.

I ran out and got some gold metal tags at an art store, on which they were able to engrave my updated message. They attached that to the watch chain. When trying to reset the watch, they learned that the mechanism was not working. So a few days before Christmas they scrambled to order-in and install an entirely new mechanism. They made it happen! I took the original mechanism and attached it inside a wooden box that I had painted & embellished in order to gift the watch back to it's owner. He was pretty surprised on Christmas day when he opened up his old watch.with a new message of hope! I can't thank Kennedy's Custom Jewelry enough for making this happen!

I had a very pleasant 5 star experience with Aaron Kennedy. I wasn't sure which of 3 options I wanted. Aaron explained them in short order with pricing. I made a decision which required some time in their shop. It was done the next day as promised. I also asked about a small band for my daughter which he showed me just one, it was perfect and it came from a very old estate sale and never worn.

I stopped by to pick up and I was blown away by the beauty. Some one wrapped them and I was out the door with 2 additional gifts from under their tree. I'll never go anywhere else!
