If you are searching for jewelry repair in Nashville, Brentwood or Franklin, Lindell Jewelers provides a full range of jewelry repair on platinum, gold and silver. When having jewelry repaired you can trust Lindell's to have the most experienced technicians with the highest standards and best technology.
Appraisals are written for one of three general purposes: Insurance replacement value, estate value, or gemstone ID and authentication. All appraisals are researched by a graduate gemologist and certified appraiser. Appraisal services are offered by appointment only on Monday and Tuesday. You can drop off your jewelry at any time before or if you wish to stay with your piece(s) expect a total waiting time of 20-30 min per piece to take measurements and pictures.Your written appraisal will be ready for you latest by the following week.
Would you like to sell a piece of jewelry? Lindell Jewelers offers a jewelry consignment program in Greater Nashville and Brentwood, TN. If you wish to sell a piece of jewelry that was not purchased from Lindell's, we can offer you a consignment service. We evaluate the piece, recondition it to make it look like new, and have it appraised (at the customer's expense) to inform you of the current value. My first visit was an appraisal appointment with Cora. She was so kind and professional that I knew I'd be back.and I did.multiple times! Cora, Carolyn, Randle and Pam, these are now my friends that sell the most beautiful jewelry and has helped me create unique, treasured pieces that will be in my family for generations.

I found Lindell's Jewelers while searching for a jeweler who could help me find an Enhancer Ring to match the antique ring my wife already had. They assisted me in repairing the prongs on the original Engagement Ring, resized the ring, conducted a current appraisal, and helped me locate the Enhancer. They involved my three year old in wrapping the ring. I could not be happier. Much better than going to one of the chain jewelry stores.

Lindell's is just wonderful! I'm a bit of an amateur gemologist and had bought an unusual stone through another source and needed a very custom engagement ring made from it. Cora worked with us to include our ideas and give us expert design guidance too - the ring is just beautiful and I'll treasure it always. Now my beloved and I are having Lindell's working on our wedding bands and know already that we'll love them.
One very special quality of their customer service is that they give you the benefit of their expertise but also genuinely include the your wishes in the design process. And last but not least their goldsmith Christina did such intricate beautiful work on my engagement ring!

My son recently had a very bad experience with another local jeweler when having an engagement ring custom made. We came to Carolyn at Lindell Jewelers and she took a potential disaster and completely turned it around! From the moment my son stepped in her door, she made him feel cared for and confident that she could get the job done, and within his price range!
He went from feeling defeated to feeling joyful and excited over this special purchase for his future wife! Their level of customer service, amount of detail and actual interest in and care for their customer is what sets this business apart from the rest! Oh, and they got the ring made for him in record time, knowing he had a date in mind to propose! Simply the best!

Ms. Carolyn worked her magic on my engagement ring, and I will truly treasure it forever. Ms. Carolyn has been my family's jeweler for over 30 years, so I knew when I needed someone I could trust it would be her and the rest of the lovely team at Lindell's. Ms. Carolyn goes above and beyond for customers and treats them all like family. Not only did she take the time to stay late into the afternoon on a beautiful Saturday, but she also ordered additional stones so I could compare shape, color and cut the next day with the setting I fell in love with.

I recently had my engagement ring repaired and I am highly impressed with the quality of the workmanship, as well as the incredible customer service I received. My ring looks absolutely beautiful! They went above and beyond to make sure it looks perfect; they even special ordered a part from overseas. Cora and the owner, Carolyn, were both so amazing! Cora was in charge of our account and she did an outstanding job.
She also did an excellent appraisal. Carolyn made sure everything was perfect and up to the utmost standards. She is very personable and clearly values her customers very much. I highly recommend this store.

My wife and I get all of our pearls strung here. Cora does a wonderful job and helps us pick out special clasps. Both of us enjoy our time interacting with the staff and they take good care of us. We had one strand break and it was fixed asap under warranty. Little things like gift bags for my wife's birthday jewelry are included. Lindell is an honest personally owned business.

After going to so many shops with my fiance, I was convinced that no jeweler was really going to understand what I wanted. Every jeweler tried to push something on me even after I brought pictures and described what I wanted. Lindell was SO totally different! After five minutes talking with the staff they were recommending wedding rings that were timeless, and my style, instead of just what was popular right now.
My husband and I ended up custom designing a ring based on a picture, and a ring they had in the shop. The ring maker sent us detailed photos and blueprints before she casted the ring. The shop worked with us on price, and on adding in two diamonds from my grandmother's wedding ring. This shop is THE BEST! I couldn't be happier!

Lindell Jewelry is THE jeweler to go to in Nashville and Brentwood. The team there made my dreams come true with the most gorgeous custom diamond engagement ring. They helped my fiance pick the perfect setting and diamond, all the while keeping it a huge surprise. I've been a customer of Lindell Jewelers for more than a decade, and this is as good as it gets for jewelry expertise and service in the Nashville area. Carolyn and her family team treat every customer with the utmost professionalism, and at the same time, like family. This is true for purchases large or small; even for the most minor of services, there is an "above and beyond" ethic that is rare in retail today. Carolyn has a level of insight and knowledge here that most other stores in town can't touch, but the combination of fantastic service with that expertise simply makes shopping here an unbeatable experience.

I'm new to the Nashville area and just recently asked the love of my life to marry me. Before I proposed, I wanted to find a smaller jeweler because I knew they would be able to offer me personal, detailed, and quality service. I searched around the Nashville area and struck gold when I found Ms. Carolyn! I inquired online and she called me back and left the sweetest voicemail.
From the start, I could tell that she was very genuine and really had a desire to help me find what was right for the one I love so dearly. She of course wanted to hear the story about me and Gracie. I really felt like she cared and was so excited for me to ask the BIG question. Ms. Carolyn worked with me and my budget to get the most perfect ring and diamond.
We were able to design exactly what I wanted. I was blown away at how beautiful it was. More importantly, Gracie was blown away! Gracie says it is the most beautiful ring she has ever seen! I did a ton of research on diamonds and rings as well as prices for diamonds and rings. I talked with jewelers, visited many stores, read and researched all about diamonds, and looked at many diamonds.
I can tell you confidently and happily that Ms. Carolyn only carries excellent diamonds! The one I picked out was beautiful and clear. I developed a good eye for seeing inclusions, black spots, and other flaws in diamonds and the one I found for Gracie is excellent! Ms. Carolyn worked with me and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan on going back to her.
