This is THE place to have your jewelry repaired. It was the quickest and easiest experience. My engagement ring is thin, and I bent it during a move. It was missing a side diamond and had a crack in it. I did not want to have a repair done somewhere they shipped my ring off. Eric was polite and professional, he fixed my ring right in front of me within 10 mins.

I used a saw to remove this focal piece out from a cuff bracelet and made the chain for it to turn it into a necklace. Unfortunately I had no way to solder the jump rings to attach the chain as a torch would damage the focal piece. Erik was able to laser solder the jump rings to attach the chain. He did it well, fast and for a reasonable price. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

I brought my engagement ring that my fiance had made by Carl in for repair and sizing.(I should have brought it in to be sized months ago hence the need for repair) he quoted me a fair price and said he could have it ready in a few days. Carl is the amazing at what he does. I had my engagement ring, wedding band for her and a wedding band for myself designed and made here. Using the gemstones I wanted, Carl worked with my budget. He explained everything, educated me in the subject matters of gemstones and metals. Showed us the final CAD-design on how it'll look on his big TV. He just made it so much more personal and came out on top with the final products.

Best thing I ever did going there unlike all of these big chain jewelry stores where the sales person just wants to make a sale, Carl will take his time and make sure understands you and you will leave happy with your purchase and no buyers remorse later either. He is the best!

I went here to get a watch engraved for my significant other. Carl was fast, efficient and helpful. I got the product back quickly and it came out perfect. Carl was also knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. The service and price here was perfect.

I brought a ring that had a lot of sentimental value and needed to sized up and cleaned. He did a wonderful job and did it very quickly. Also brought in a ring that needed a stone replaced he was great about really looking the ring over and making recommendations for how to make the ring look the best. Another stone was really scratched and needed to be replaced so it would look as good as the new stone. He took the time to look over what I needed done and ensured it was done with the highest quality and workmanship. Highly recommend.

I'm new to the area, and I googled pawn shops near me because I had some jewelry to part with that I hadn't worn since middle school. He has a flat-screen that he uses as an extra monitor and pulls up daily trade rate of gold etc. and shares his excel calculator as well.
