Outstanding service! Brought a ring in to get repaired that was passed down from my mother and when i picked it up it truly looked more beautiful than it ever had, perfectly polished, filled and sized to fit my finger perfectly. Can't thank them enough!

I have been here a couple times. One time was to fix my watch band and another time to replace the batteries in a different watch. Both times i thought the prices were fair and affordable. The service is also fast and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need to get your watch or jewelry serviced. Its a cute little family owned store so you also feel great after for supporting local businesses.

In my opinion they do it the old fashion way with layaways they write it down and the people treat you awesomely not like a number or just a commission sale sometimes like the mall I have purchased several pieces from them and I could not be more happy with the attention to detail and the meticulous workmanship of some of their pieces like in the estate cases really amazing deals in my opinion. I recommend them to people I know hands down with repairs and special orders as well and with items on layaway, any question you have I will answer them.

Friendly and professional. I brought my wedding rings in to be fixed and re-sized -They did a excellent job! I highly recommend.

We have been going to Gem for over 20 years. Recently I brought in my mother's antique diamond ring to have the stones removed and make a whole new ring. Greg designed and created a one of a kind beautiful ring for me. From start to finish Greg and his team kept me abreast with every step via texts and telephone calls. If I could give Gem 10 stars I would!

I had a ring that Gem Jewelers repaired over 8 years ago. The ring along with another one was stuck on my finger. I tried everything. I called to have them cut off but the lady at the counter was able to get them both off! She was great! They also have some great pieces for sale. Thanks again!

Great store. The store was very busy and I thought the wait maybe too long but the owner of the store greeted me and asked if he could help. I got my watch battery changed and I purchased a gift for my niece. I left feeling like everyone in the store was there to help me. Fantastic. The other customers were all being helped too. I have found my favorite jewelry store in NH.

My fiance brought a family stone into the jeweler and purchased an engagement ring from the estate box. They set the family stone in the ring and it is absolutely beautiful. It being a one of a kind piece we had to have a custom wedding band made. They absolutely nailed it, the ring is exactly what I wanted and is a perfect match to my engagement ring.

Both pieces were also appraised at the store. The appraisals are very in depth and you are given a copy of the entire appraisal. They are friendly, professional, and do amazing work. If you are looking for a jeweler I would not hesitate to go here. We live almost an hour away and the ride is well worth it every time!

I stopped in yesterday morning with a trophy that needed to be engraved. Since they are closed for vacation next week, Greg was kind enough to guarantee that he would get it done yesterday, and he did! You don't get that kind of service everywhere you go. The engraving was perfect as well.

This review is long overdue but I just started Yelping. :) I had a ring repaired here and the customer service went above and beyond. Between the owner and the women working at the counter, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I hesitated getting my ring repaired as I was nervous leaving an expensive piece of jewelry with anyone.

After meeting Greg and him easing my concerns (showing me my unique diamond design in his eye tool), I knew I'd be in good hands. Ring was repaired as promised and for a very reasonable cost. They also clean my ring for me at no charge anytime I stop by. Love supporting local businesses over chains any day.

I am not an easy customer. I am very particular about what I like. So, I'm a custom work kind of person. I also have a limited budget. I went to Greg and Kelly with my old engagement ring to have them use the diamonds from that setting and put them into a new custom ring. We looked at rings in the case, rings in catalogs, Greg made up a mock ring, discussed different ways to set diamonds, exchanged two of my diamonds for more smaller ones to use in the band, talked about angles and edges and this list goes on.

They made my new custom ring within my budget and I got more than I could ever have wanted. Their patience and obvious love for what they do is a wonderful thing. Customer service is their priority and it shows. I felt cared for and would recommend them without hesitation.

Gem Jewelers has been is business since I first moved to Derry 25 years ago. They have a nice selection of jewelry in the shop, they can special order or design anything you have your heart set on. You can also exchange any jewelry you no longer want towards the purchase of something new. It has helped me afford some beautiful pieces, I wouldn't have been able to buy.

You can also consign your jewelry if you prefer too. Overall you will not be disappointed. Honestly, don't waste your time going to the large chain jewelry stores the quality does not come close and Gem has the best prices. The owner Greg, is very trustworthy.

Absolutely pleased with the service and quality of custom work done for my wedding band. Greg is a pleasure to work with and wanted me to be as happy with the final product as possible. He is certainly underpriced for his work. Highly recommended.
