I recently purchased a beautiful tourmaline and diamond ring from Justin and his team. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. When I opened it, I was instantly thrilled! I took it to my well trusted jeweler and he marveled at the quality of the piece. I was very pleased and proud to say that I had purchased it through Bellman's social media platform.

I was so pleased that I later bought a pair of diamond earrings. The purchase was easy with many payment options available. My earrings are lovely! Great quality and style. I am now thinking about a third purchase for a platinum and diamond pendant. I will probably visit the store since I am dying to browse and meet everyone! Bellman's saved my wedding, we had a last minute elopement planned and a very special two tone wedding band that was passed down in my partners family for 40 years. I had 1 week to try and get an impossible job done of finding someone that could resize a ring which was such a huge size difference and that also had a floral overlay in gold. The entire staff at bellman's is wonderful and set the expectations correctly that it was going to be a challenge.

Let me tell you, they delivered 10x on that expectation and will forever have my business. They had the ring done in less than 24hrs and it's simply stunning, we cannot even tell it was resized. Ok! I am guilty of spending quality time on TikTok. This is how I met Justin, proudly to say he is now my jeweler. I know I am thousands of miles away. His service and courtesy did not lack due to the distance. I would recommend them to anyone I know. It's difficult to find a Jewler you can trust, and I can't believe I found mine on social media!

I was gifted the opportunity to have a dream ring designed and Dana made it happen! After a few in store visits, back and forth emails, and many cads, my ring was perfected! I wish I could give them More than five stars. I came across Alex on Tik Tok and really liked how he explained things. We traveled from a different state to looks at rings. We designed a custom ring that day. Alex was super down to earth, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the process so easy. We ordered the ring and waited three weeks for it (the exact timeframe stated to us). I cannot tell you how in love with the ring I am. It's gorgeous and the picture doesn't do it justice. We also saved a ton of money. 100% go to them for your jewelry needs.

Aside from their extensive knowledge and connections in the industry, they are customer focused and take the time to treat each and every customer as if they were the only ones there. Oh my goodness! We can't say enough GREAT things about Alex Bellman and David Bellman from Bellman Jeweler's. Steve and I got engaged on February 6, 2022 and he wanted me to pick out my dream ring. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Alex on Monday the 7th. He was so laid back, not pushy at all and really listened to my likes and dislikes about 2 different rings.

He taught us so much about man made diamonds and then took the time to help me design my ring. When we asked him when the rings would be available to pick up, he said within 3 to 4 weeks. We said, "oh no, we plan on getting married in 2 weeks.on 2/22/22!". He laughed a bit and said not to worry, he would get my diamond and have it set in a "loner" setting so that I would be able to wear that at least.

We went in to pick up Steve's ring (which we had engraved) and met David Bellman (owner and Alex's dad!) who was just as laid back and nice! When we went in yesterday to pick up my gorgeous rings we spoke with David while Alex was helping others. David invented the GemSpa system that washes your jewelry safely and securely in the dish washer! I was sold as soon as he showed it to us, so I bought it directly from the creator! I can't wait to see how it works! I hope that everyone visits and buys all of their jewelry needs from Bellman's. We are now customers for life!

I was in the market for a custom-made diamond ring. One day while watching Youtube videos I came across one from Bellman Jewelers featuring Alex, mind you I already had been speaking to another jeweler, but something about the way he presented himself and his company made me want to call. So, I did. After speaking to Alex for roughly 10 min, I had decided to have my ring made by Bellman, and I have to honestly say it was the best decision I ever made.

I told Alex what I was looking for and left the rest up to him. Alex and his team communicated with me every step of the way. They took careful care in selecting the diamonds for my ring and even made suggestions. Since I live in Florida, they sent me a CAD generated design of what the ring would look like, and I was even able to try it on virtually.

After several weeks I received a call, the ring was ready. They sent me videos and pictures of the ring; it was beautiful. They shipped the ring and I received in 2 days, once I opened the package and was able to physically look at the ring. Well, I have to say the pictures did not do it justice. The ring was stunning and perfect, exactly what I wanted.

There are no words to described how beautiful and extremely well made the ring is. I just LOVE it. Thank you, Alex, and everyone at Bellman Jewelers. You have a customer for life.

Alex and his team did an outstanding job. They made the process of designing and getting an engagement ring made so easy and straightforward. His communication and attention to detail were spot on, as well as his pricing and quality. The fine details on the ring I wanted to be made, were not easy to execute. In fact I had another jeweler try and they could not get them done cleanly.

Simply put, Bellman's Jewelers delivers top-notch customer service. Alex is super personable; I know that he was instrumental in helping my fiance choose my engagement ring. He's not pushy, he just gives you straightforward, honest advice. My fiance knew that I had a specific type/style of ring in mind and Alex helped him to find a ring that not only checked all of those boxes, but completely blew me away.

Every time we've gone into the store has been a great experience. Alex offers to give my ring a deep clean and is always a pleasure to deal with. The drive from Boston to Manchester is always well worth it!

Bellman's is the best. Alex is great. He takes the time to get to know your needs and helps you pick out the perfect rings. My brother, cousin, and everyone else in my family drives from MA and CT goes here because he is a pleasure to work with. We all bought our engagement rings and wedding bands from him. Having looked at other jewelers before the experience at Bellman's is far superior.

They have great prices but never try to sell you. Every time we would come in Alex would clean my fiancees ring to perfection. Would recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or any jewelry!

Stay far away if you have *any* common sense! If I could give negative stars I would. Will absolutely and utterly low ball you on buy back offers. These people play games, then think you're either too stupid, or too desperate to fall for them. Received an offer by employee (A only to be told later, it was the wrong offer by employee B). They reluctantly agreed to honor their offer once their hand was held to the fire (while employee A denied making me that offer to begin with). Lied to me point blank just a few days later! Stating they didnt make the offer.

Perhaps the most upsetting part of it all. Once facts came to light I was told "we work hard to make small margins here." To show up at 5p to receive "my check." Nope. No thanks. I am all set with lies and deceit or a place who needs their hands held to the fire, to agree to what they said they would do to begin with! It isn't my responsibility to come in between employee A and B to make sure the right quote is given.

Not my circus. This sort of shady practice game playing, speaks volumes to the business practice this place rolls on. I am all set, and will never set foot here again. What a great first and last impression Bellmans! Way to go! Word of advice folks? The private market is your friend. Sold my ring effortlessly for 2x the amount I was low balled on here in the private market.

So much for "small margins" on a certified diamond. Mind you I am not even in the business, nor am I a skilled salesman by any means or gemologist but imagine if I was? Buy your stuff 2nd hand! Shop online and above all, be patient and control your emotions. Otherwise you're buying a product with a 50%+ mark up! Because of shining lights, and a brick and mortar building, counter etc. All you really need to cover your self is a GIA, AGS cert., legitimate appraisal. Don't be taken for a fool like I was once! I arrived at Bellman's without an appointment and Alex was happy to sit down with me for an hour discussing all the aspects of diamond buying. I was blown away with his expertise and transparency on pricing and options. My fiance and I had a wonderful experience working with Bellmans to find the perfect engagement ring. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of their products and services. Came here three years ago to buy an engagement ring. The sales people were great. They had the exact setting I wanted and within a few days I picked it up, paid in full. After one month, I brought it back as the relationship did not work out. I was offered 10% of the original sales price and told the ring was cursed. I find this hard to believe as a business and disrespectful from a professional standpoint. I walked away, swallowed my pride and looked elsewhere. I found this treatment inconsiderate and humiliating. Do not recommend.
