Awesome place owners are great brought in a watch with sentimental value that all other places I went to would not work on because "its not worth it you might as well buy a new one". They quoted me and repaired watch to new condition, could not ask for more and at no point did they try and sell me something new.

I went to get a battery replaced on a watch. I was clearly advised of the price, also given options for water sealing and how much estimated time the replacement would take. The battery was replaced earlier than anticipated and the staff called me to let me know the watch was ready. The watch has some complex movements which were explained to me on pickup, the time and date were set for me and now the watch is running again.
Though I only went to get the battery replaced, the shop has a large selection of watches for sale. If your looking for a good timepiece, I suggest looking here. --- Great customer service.

I had 3 watches that have been sitting around for awhile and they are fairly expensive watches and the last time I got one fixed it cost an arm and a leg. Got referred here and they did great! 3 batteries, fitting of the 3 watches, total was $75. That price is usually just for the one watch where I used to go. Very friendly staff, and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. If it helps you find it, its in the same shopping center as Woodstocks Pizza and Pop Eyes.

I dropped off my car & they drove me home. While performing the repair they found more damage & did all of the dealing with my insurance company to get the new work added to my claim. Then when the work was complete they washed the car, inside and out, then drove the car back to my home. What else could I have asked for?

Always fast and friendly service. Quartz batteries installed/watch bands fitted while you wait. Not only that but first class watch repair on site by fully trained swiss watch makers! My Rolex stainless steel band was stretched beyond repair(I thought) and would require sending the watch to Rolex for an expensive repair/replacement($1000.00 believe it or not).
It would take weeks to repair if sent to Rolex. Precision Watch repaired it in one day for a very small fraction of the cost quoted by Rolex. The band looks like new! Thank you Precision watch & Jewelry! I will be back.
