I have been a customer of Leo Hamel's for over 26 years. Teri and Lonnie are amazing. They always go over and above, no matter what the occasion or if I am looking for a unique piece. The selection at Leo Hamels fits all budgets and is always high quality.

This store has everything! My bestfriend and I came in to look around for engagement rings with some things in mind, and we didn't know what we were in for! There were so many beautiful pieces of jewelry in the store! Bianca was so helpful and knew so much about what we were looking for! This is the place to come if you are going to get engaged!

This is the first time I have utilized the services of Leo Hamel Jewelers. I had around 10 pieces of jewelry that I need to be appraised for insurance purposes. Lucky for me I was introduced to Elliott Grunwald their in-house Gemologist. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and quite thorough about his work which I appreciated.

The report that he prepared for me was outstanding! I also had the opportunity to work with Logan in a sales capacity. She picked up on what I was looking for immediately! Also a pleasure to work with! Will definitely go back!

I rarely buy jewelry but I lost my wedding band. I have been delaying buying a replacement in hopes that it would show up. I decided to stop in and worked with Danica to find a similar replacement. She was able to give me a good deal and make the process smooth. I will definitely be back for future purchase and they offer refreshments for their customers.

The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. Danica answered my questions and introduced me to Ana. Once again, I was impressed by the customer service. While feeling like a kid waiting for something exciting, I Had to ask if the man I met near the front door is Leo Hamel. She said yes and I freaked out! I said there's no way Leo Hamel is here! Lol!

My dad has traveled all over the world on cruise ships and loves to buy from local jewelry stores. He had this favorite Amsterdam Sauer sapphire watch from Brazil that hasn't worked in a few years. He keeps asking me to get it fixed. I took it to a few North County jewelers and no one was able to fix in house. I called Leo Hamel and asked if they would look at it.

I took it in and they needed to keep it so the watch repair person could look at it in detail. Nice comments about the watch in general, unique. A few days later they called me with a repair estimate that was fair and timeline of when it would be ready. Everyone I worked with at the store was kind and courteous. I surprised my dad with his favorite watch the other day. He is going on another cruise at the end of the month and can't wait to wear it again. Thank you for fixing it for us.

The selection is always changing and they have something for budgets of all sizes. And since they have new and vintage pieces you can even find some unique pieces that won't be at most other stores.

Leo Hamel has been our Jeweler since moving to San Diego. They have a great balance of new and vintage pieces. The staff is excellent and you always leave feeling like you got the best deal in town. We usually go through Bianca who has always made our experience fantastic. She takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions.

We were hoping to turn in some old jewelry for cash, we weren't expecting much as it was broken, damaged and and just plain 'don't know what it is'. Annalisa took a great deal of time going through our box, testing and examining pieces we thought were costume jewelry. One piece in particular seemed to give her trouble identifying the metal. I would have been happy with a few hundred for the entire lot. Her persistence and exam on that one piece brought us in MUCH, MUCH more than we ever dreamed.
