One of the best customer experiences I've had. Purchased an engagement ring, virtually from the East Coast, upon recommendation of my brother, who'd worked with Jim for his own now-wife's engagement and wedding rings. Nothing from me but high marks on all fronts: Honesty, expert advice, responsiveness, quality of the product, and pleasantness. And most importantly, my fiancee loves the ring. Hard to envision a better experience. Would definitely recommend Serengeti to others and I plan to use them again in the future!
