The folks at Roland are friendly, affordable and do great work. I got two super delicate necklaces repaired/shortened there and was expecting the labor to cost more than the necklaces. Instead I both cost me around $5 and they handed them to me with a smile. Great family business, fair and helpful. I brought in a bracelet to the place I purchased it to get a very simple repair.
They said it would take 2 weeks and would be over $50. I decided to stop in to Roland's having never been before; they repaired my bracelet on the spot, took less than 5 minutes, and insisted on not charging me.

I was so happy with the service I received from everyone at Roland's. Very friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the charges were. Roland's came highly recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I know about this place. I can't imagine how anyone would or could write a bad review about this business.

Great people. customer service is unparalleled! Think of times when customer service was hands on and first class. that's what the staff at Rolands brings! Friendly unpretentious and very knowledgeable. Lovely selection of new and estate pieces to fit all budgets. Most repairs done on site and done with pride of craftsmanship. Always a pleasure to shop here

We have been customers of Roland's since 1980 through a number of their store locations, and have NEVER been disappointed. Roland and his team provide a high level of personal service, and the quality of the product is without question. We have recommended a number of people (family and friends) to Roland's in the past, and they are also always happy with the experience, and also become long-time repeat customers. The prices are always reasonable, their repair service is quick and they never fail to make you feel part of their family.

I just popped into Rolands Jewelers thinking about buying a watch and having some of my wifes jewelry repaired. The staff was warm and friendly. Roland himself was there to answer all my questions about the watch I was interested in. I would never think of shopping for jewelry anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went here because I bought a Moto 360 smart watch with a metal band and I needed to have links added to it. The gentleman Tom added the 4 links for me and did not charge me. It took him about 5 minutes to complete it. With service like that I will back with my fiance for a wedding band. Would highly recommend!
