Dimend Scaasi is the literal best! The quality of their custom jewelry is second to none. Isaac is knowledgeable, kind and looks out for the best interest of his customers. We purchased my wife's engagement ring, our wedding bands and earrings from him and have always been treated like family. We can't recommend Isaac and Dimend Scaasi enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about this jeweler and the team that works there. I visited many different jewelers in Chicago, seeking out an engagement ring. However, after meeting with Isaac, it was clear that Dimend Scaasi was where I would be making my purchase. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and communication was unparalleled. Isaac diligently guided me through every step of the process.

Choosing Dimend Scaasi to custom make my engagement ring is the best decision we made. Isaac was amazing! He was honest, he answered all my questions, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Stephanie was wonderful to work with during the design process and brought my vision to life. If you're looking for a top notch jeweler, look no further than dimend SCAASI. My then girlfriend and I started the process of engagement ring shopping earlier in the year. We had done our research on the best jewelers in Chicago and dS constantly popped up in our searches. After all of the positive Yelp reviews, we knew we had to book an appointment to visit here but wanted to explore elsewhere.

After a disappointing visit at another jeweler, we didn't know what to expect when visiting with Isaac. Instantly, we knew our experience was going to be great here. Isaac met with us to go over options for diamonds and settings. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing us what rings would look great but also work within my budget.

I appreciated him showing all rings at the bottom and top of my desired spending. Never once did I feel like I was being pushed into spending more, which says a lot about dS. After the appointment, I left knowing that I had found the place to buy a ring. I had a few questions before paying the invoice which Isaac replied to promptly. After a few weeks, I was contacted by Susan to coordinate a pickup of the ring.

I was beyond thrilled when I was able to see the diamond in the setting of the ring. A week later, I proposed and she said yes! My fiance absolutely loves the ring and we're both beyond thrilled that we chose dimend SCAASI! I cannot recommend Isaac and his team enough.

Isaac and his crew are so amazing! My (now) fiance and I are so glad we went with Isaac. He truly cares about his clients and his craft. This shows through everything - in person, email communication, even through the website chat. He is patient and works with each couple to find exactly what they're looking for in their budget. We would highly recommend Isaac and his team!

I truly LOVED my experience with dimend SCASSI! When initially looking for a jeweler, Isaac and his team were extremely quick to respond and they were able to secure an appointment for me right away. I instantly felt comfortable the second I walked into the showroom. Isaac listened intently to exactly what I was looking for, while also teaching me all the intricacies of diamonds and engagement rings, "Here is what you should look for, here's what to avoid, here is my personal favorite, here is a unique one, etc." I knew I was in the perfect hands.

I could not be happier with the experience I had at Dimend Scaasi. My boyfriend has been suggesting for months that I look at engagement rings, and I had been dragging my feet because the thought of the process overwhelmed me. I finally took the leap and booked an appointment at Dimend Scaasi after promising yelp reviews, and the positive reviews are spot on. Going in I knew I wanted something very simple, and my fear was that I wouldn't have *that* moment where I fell in love with a ring.

My boyfriend's biggest fear was that I would fall in love with a ring we couldn't afford. Isaac helped me explore beautiful options that matched exactly what I looking for, all within the price range we gave - working very respectfully to only show options in the budget. Walking away from the appointment I am convinced he could have showed me rings 10x the price, and I would still choose mine because it is that perfect - Isaac couldn't have done his job better.

This review is about 3 years overdue buttttt let me tell you! I initially started my diamond hunt at the end of 2019! My now wife and I went to try on engagement rings locally and finally found the style she liked! I was quoted by the jeweler there but his price was astronomically high and he only had gold for the detail. I searched tons of jewelers and came across dimend SCAASI, and was automatically drawn to them but hesitant to use a jewelry out of state!

I started customizing my wifes ring online and then was connected with Shannon to complete and customize my ring further. Shannon was an absolutely life saver! She answered every question I had, provided me with tons of photos to choose the best value for the ring I showed her as the inspo. I have close to a 2ct lab grown oval engagement ring, great clarity and color, with a custom petal setting for a price that beats anything I've seen on other sites or stores.

I also made minor adjustments to the ring once I received it in the mail. The process was so easy, and you can tell that the employees take pride in their work! In the years since having the engagement ring (finished in March 2020 right before the shutdowns) - I've sent her ring back to Chicago for a cleaning and received it back with no issues and referred my friends to Shannon for upgrades or their engagement rings. Everyone has been wow'ed by dimend SCAASI and we will be returning for sure!

Absolutely wonderful! I worked with Shannon and the communication was great. It's always scary buying something sight unseen when ordering online however she made the process very easy with quick communication and answering all my questions. I got the ring I wanted and it was so much better in real life than pictures that was sent before hand as I requested.

We went to Dimend Scaasi to look for a male wedding band. They were the first place that we visited and had very little idea of what we were looking for. They were very patient with us and had an excellent selection. When we decided which ring we wanted it took them only two weeks to make it to his size and get it back to us. We also looked at their diamond selection and while we didn't buy for them they had a great selection, taught us what to look for in good diamonds and have an awesome machine that allows you to assess the cut of the diamond, something that is unique to them in the vast vaults of diamond sellers on Jeweller's row.

I cannot say enough positive things about this jeweler and their team there. I live in California and had been researching places where I could replace my stolen radiant cut diamond engagement ring and wedding band. I did a lot of research on companies including reading dozens of reviews. I found the stone I wanted and the setting and ordered it. The website is very well designed by the way and easy to navigate, save, research, etc.

The communication started immediately upon my order, it was friendly but professional and very responsive. I ended up returning the ring as I decided I wanted bigger side stones, that process was painless and the customer service continued to be excellent. Working with Shannon Hruza to build my dream ring was an absolute delight. I live out the state, so purchasing a ring online and having it built from scratch was a daunting task. Shannon was with me from start to finish, answering the billions of questions that I had and even personally searched for another diamond for me after I decided I wanted to upgrade my diamond 2 days later haha.

I couldn't be there in person, but Shannon still made the process feel special and exciting. Frankly, I wasn't used to that kind of customer service and thought to myself "They better be paying her well" haha. As for the ring, it was very affordable compared to other jewelry stores, considering the size, quality and extras I was looking for. The craftsmanship was exactly what you would expect from a high-end jewelry store and Shannon made sure that all the custom details I requested were incorporated into my ring by the Goldsmith. I am grateful for finding dimend SCAASI and would recommend them to anyone with any budget, who is looking for a quality piece of jewelry.

I bought the diamond online and the ring came out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Stephanie was amazing to deal with even through email! The ring is so so beautiful my now fiance can't stop looking at it! I 100% recommend this place, can't stress that enough. I cannot recommend a better jeweler. I live in CA and managed my insurance replacement through email with Shannon. I chose them after my original jeweler was not being cooperative. Shannon was the most efficient in dealing with my insurance company and helping me choose a great diamond and setting all within my budget. I showed her a setting I really liked from the internet, and they had the setting!

I do love how they make the setting specific to your diamond and that the setting is not prefabricated already. Stephanie in production was also amazing. I had some concerns with prong placement based off my old ring because my old rings prongs were not the best looking and Stephanie made sure to note that down for production. Susan was also attentive and kept me up to date on the ring and was even able to send me some photos when the ring was ready. Im still in awe about it! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

I am BLOWN AWAY by dimend SCASSI! I was referred by friend who purchased her fiancees engagement ring. I am so freaking happy I didn't buy my upgrade in a store with marked up horrible diamonds. I hand selected my lab grown diamond at an amazing deal that would NEVER be possible at a store! I have an almost 2 carat oval ring that I look at every moment of every day!

I feel like I'm famous with a ring like that! Shannon was INCREDIBLE! She wasn't pushy and real! She responded only by email within seconds of every time I wrote her, morning, noon and night! My fiancee and I got my diamond from here and then had a ring custom made for it. We live out of state and communicated entirely via email and phone. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful, she was so patient and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the diamond. At one point, after we had already purchased one diamond, we saw another one on their site that we liked. Stephanie took side by side pictures and video of the diamonds so we could really compare.

She never got frustrated or told us we had already purchased a diamond and it was too late. She made sure we were truly happy with our order. Just fantastic customer service. Their prices are also fair. We were comparing nation-wide and they had the lowest price for what we were looking for; they were even lower than the big online stores. I'd definitely go back to them, just because of Stephanie's awesome treatment.

I wanted the best diamond for my fiance's engagement ring and they provided with a cost-effective and beautiful diamond that really sparkles. I worked with Stephanie Katz and it was amazing! We never met and did everything virtually. I updated my engagement ring and built a 2nd ring with original stone designed for my family with sapphires for my boys. For many, there are real financial sacrifices that go into buying engagement rings, so the need to find/work with the right people is incredibly important. With that, let me say how incredibly amazing working with the team at Dimend Scaasi has been.

I had literally looked at dozens of different online diamond retailers, brick and mortar stores, diamond district shops, and yes the big box guys to find the perfect ring, and I truly believe that I would not have gotten a fairer price or the opportunity to work with better people then Shannon, (who has been in CONSTANT contact with me regarding updates, timelines, deadlines, ) and Stephanie, (who is their master designer.) Simply put, they have made this an incredibly memorable and joyous experience which is what buying an engagement ring should be about. I cannot recommend them enough, would like to personally thank them for helping me give my (now) fiancee THE PERFECT ring.

I, like many others, found dimend SCASSI through its glowing Yelp reviews. There are many stores in Jewelry Row, which can be overwhelming, but I went with dimend SCASSI since they made the process so straightforward and special. I knew exactly what I wanted in my eternity ring. Other jewelers I inquired with simply would walk around giving me the honest pricing.

I find this frustrating and don't care to play that game. I'm honestly not a great negotiator too. But Dimend SCASSI was nothing like this. I worked with Stephanie Katz, and from the initial correspondence, she gave me fair and realistic pricing. HOW REFRESHING! Once I felt good about pricing, I dove into the design process. I know the shape I wanted and showed photos I bookmarked for inspiration, but couldn't decide on carat sizing. Stephanie worked with me to figure this out by creating computerized images of both diamond sizes in my ring given my finger size.

How incredible is that?! You can see exactly what to expect of the finished product. Not only did they do that for me for diamond size, but once I got overwhelmed with the prong style, Stephanie and team were happy to show me images of this as well. This is what I loved about dimend SCASSI. They guide you along the process to insure this special purchase is exactly what you want. Dimend SCASSI wins by far in fair pricing, customer service, and technology. An added bonus was being able to see the diamonds themselves before they were placed in my ring. Such a nice experience from start to finish.

I purchased an engagement ring and matching earrings, along with wedding bands remotely from NYC, so my interactions were exclusively virtual. Nevertheless, my expectations were exceeded at every step of the process, and they became my new go-to jeweler. 1) Customer service and communications: As soon as I placed my initial order Ms Stephanie Katz promptly reached out to me via e-mail and remained in constant communication with me until I was satisfied with the end products.

She promptly and efficiently addressed all of my concerns within hours of receiving each email, and even responded during weekends and after-hours. She offered me setting designs that were more within my budget range that weren't listed online on their main website. I never felt the need to call directly, as the email communications were so efficient and thorough. 2) Shopping experience Dimend SCAASI made it extremely easy to find my ideal stone from within their vast inventory.

They were very flexible with my setting design change requests, which incurred little to no additional costs. Compared to chain jewelry stores, there are other numerous perks, including free overnight shipping and complimentary ring engraving. Upon request they did not hesitate to send me any ASET or hearts and arrows scope pictures that I requested.

Any time I decided to change my diamond choice after the order was placed, my requests were fulfilled promptly and without any issues. Once the final product shipped I felt 100% confident in my purchase, and was not pressured or neglected at any point in the process. As a customer, I truly felt "VIP." 3)Workmanship and quality control The attention to detail on each piece was evident; waiting 3 weeks for each jewelry piece felt excessive, but very worth it. Diamonds were flawlessly set.

There was no evidence of using a generic mass-produced setting to accommodate the stones. The settings are made to order, according to the dimensions of the chosen gems/stones, resulting in a perfect end product without diamond wobble, asymmetry, design discrepancies, or any manufacturing defects. My requested designs were executed faithfully, engravings accurate, and sizes were all correct. I got exactly what I paid for, couldn't ask for anything more.

Edit: I had an issue with a local jeweler who resized my band in a very poor manor. Dimend Scaasi was able to rush order me a new engagement band just in the nick of time! They saved my ring photoshoot. I can't say how much I love Dimend Scaasi!

They had the design my fiance wanted. I purchased a white gold ring/setting. After about 4 months the coating wore off and the ring tarnished. I understand this happens, but 4 months is quick. After this ring is bought and paid they informed me that if I had chosen the version of this ring that costs less, it would be more resistant to tarnishing. they would be happy to upgrade me, for an additional fee.

Fast forward 2 months, my fiance's diamond came loose. She didn't hit it on anything, it just came loose. Again, Dimendscassi informed me that had I chosen the less expensive ring, it would be a bit more durable. they would be happy to upgrade me, for a cost. Never during the buying process was I informed of the possible positives and negatives of different metals for this ring.

They do not stand behind the "quality" of their product. You will regret choosing them. I would recommend searching around and don't make the same mistake I did. More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better. Thumbs down, 1 star. Quick update. I should have mentioned. after contacting DimendScassi multiple times I received the same canned email response each time (feel free to read a similar response here on yelp).

At no time did they inform me of the positives and negatives. I guess I should have done more extensive research and become an expert before purchasing the design that my fiance wanted. Why would I expect a company to be upfront and honest during the buying process. Nor did they tell me I would need to bring the ring in every 9-12 months. (they let me know this after I inquired about the discoloring and then again after the setting came loose.).

They offered to replace the rhodium for free this time, then charge me every year after that. FYI, this ring was over $1200 for the setting (not the diamond) and they offered me $200 to return it and charge me over $500 for a new one that would "be more durable". Why not just give me information about durability, the need to re-plate, etc. to start?

It is what it is. We took the ring to several other jewelers in the area to see what could be done. they all mentioned it was a beautiful ring, but each questioned the quality of the craftsmanship. I'm going to lose money to fix a bad ring, but I won't be giving any more business to DimendScassi. I just hope I can help other tellers make an informed decision and learn from my mistakes! Ship around! On a positive, the sales lady was super nice while I was buying the ring.

We purchased a new setting at dimend SCAASI and the ring is honestly flawless. Exactly what we were looking for. We chose one of dimend SCAASI's settings and tweaked some parts to make it our own. It came out perfect. Stephanie helped us throughout the process and she was great and informative (she even suggested some design tweaks that we didn't even think of but made the ring look even better). We never felt pressured or rushed either. 100% recommend.

My fiance Brian and I got engaged on July 4 at Red Rocks in Denver. Though I suspected it was coming, I had doubts because I really hadn't given Brian any hints about what I was looking for in a ring.
