Placed an order with this company, they charged my credit card and I never recieved the merchandise. Made several complaints and the owner of the store never contacted me. I'm still looking form my refund. Buyer Beware!

My fiance and I are thrilled with this custom-made engagement ring, made by Samir and his team at Pro Gems. The entire process of making the ring was pressure-free and collaborative. After discussing a initial vision for the ring, Samir took the time to educate me on factors to consider and ways to improve the design. I was then given multiple opportunities to give feedback on 3D CAD mock-ups and the printed wax model before they manufactured the final product.

The turnaround time was quick. The value at my budget was amazing. I will definitely be returning for more jewelry from Samir who is personable, knowledgeable and passionate about his work.

Samir and his team are my go to for jewelry needs. I first worked with him when buying an engagement ring and haven't gone elsewhere since! He does not pressure, takes time to educate, is super patient answering all questions, and makes you feel comfortable through the entire process.

My fiance worked with Samir on my ring. It's amazing! We are planning on making a visit once COVID stuff dies down a little and we can get in to start planning our wedding bands.

If I could give 200 stars I would.these guys Are Amazing! Samir, Pooja and Josh.amazing team. Where do I begin. my husband knew of them from his other cousins using them for their wives engagement rings and etc. So he used them for my engagement ring and wedding band.which I Love. I got an emerald stone with diamonds around and Samir helped him design and pick out the stone.

I also used them for my wedding jewelry fixing, as I am allergic to nickle, to get them dipped into something I could tolerate. Used them for silver necklaces 11 of them custom made, as wedding gifts. They also fixed diamond/gold earrings for me. AND made me 2 pairs of custom stud earrings I now wear daily. Like I said.they are an all star team!

Hands down, the best customer service! Pooja is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. She was so dedicated to helping me find the engagement ring/wedding band of my dreams. Its honestly like she read my mind, figured out exactly what I was looking for, and made it happen. Pooja will make your vision a reality! Not only did Pro Gems help my husband purchase my engagement ring last year, but Pooja specifically helped me design the most beautiful wedding band. She created multiple CAD drawings of what I had described and helped make the ring real. I could not be happier with the outcome! I want to start out by saying thank you to Andrew & Pro Gems! While visiting Chicago Downtown we stopped by the store and I've been itching to add a submariner Rolex to my collection. Andrew quickly showed me the perfect watch at a price I could only dream off in Miami, customer service and everyone at the store was 5 Star, not only during the buying process but also the follow ups and much more.

I was extremely pleased with the service and my purchase so I asked Andrew to try and find a watch I've been looking for to surprise my fiance. Few weeks later Andrew contacted me with great news, lots of pictures / videos of the watch he found. The price was a bargain so I sent in the payment same day and received the watch on the 2nd day in Miami. It was absolutely stunning ( Audemars Piguet ) as described, extremely happy with both watches and looking forward to doing more business in the future.

Samir is the best at what he does. He helped my husband design the perfect engagement ring. I get compliments all the time on how unique it is. Not to mention, he let me borrow beautiful gems and jewels ( over $10,000 worth of merchandise) for my actual wedding! We had to write him a check of course, just in case but OMG! I truly felt like a superstar on the big day with these perfect huge diamond earrings & bracelet.

I was in the beginning of my search for an engagement ring, went to a couple places in Chicago, and then a friend who had recently bought his fiance's engagement here at Pro Gems referred me--my friend also came from a long line of family/friend referrals, so I went in optimistic. I was told to speak to Samir, and upon my request was immediately made to feel comfortable.

No pressure at all. Samir and his team helped educate me on what to look for, all the while helping me articulate what I was looking for--or rather, what my fiance was looking for in an engagement ring. I was keeping the engagement a complete surprise, so had few details on what my fiance was looking for at first, but after several visits, Pro Gems guided me in creating a ring that was a perfect fit. Samir and his team were patient with me, listened, offered their expert opinions, and in the end delivered a stunning ring that my fiance still gets excited over.

My fiance bought my ring from Pro Gem and I love it, couldn't ask for anything better. I haven't been here myself but my fiance said Samir was super helpful, patient and spend a lot of time finding the exact diamond that my fiance was looking for. A trusted friend of mine sent me to Samir when I mentioned I was getting ready to look for an engagement ring. I was told "He is a great guy, and does amazing work" - I am happy to report, both of these statements are indeed facts. Prior to this, I had never purchased a piece of jewelry in my life beyond a ring pop at the candy store as a kid. I had done some research on the internet, but was basically clueless. Samir arranged a time for us to meet and sat down with me and went through all the aspects of purchasing an engagement ring.

Brad has been wonderful to work with through the process of designing and producing my engagement ring. He is ways willing to meet with my fiance and me for simple questions as well as the ring designing. He knew exactly what I was trying to design when I lacked the words to properly explain it.
