I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from this boutique and had a terrific experience. Everyone was very friendly and shared the same level of excitement that I had when I picked it up. The store manager, Roger Harper, is very knowledgeable and treats every client with the highest level of respect. Looking forward to making more purchases in the future at this store.

Worst customer service. Shop for a Rolex elsewhere. Rolex should be ashamed of this retailer. Background checks, what I do for work and where I live? To purchase a $14,000 timepiece. That would be bias. And I'm white.can't imagine how they treat people of color.

Tamara is a true delight! She is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make the you feel welcomed. Her customer service is unparalleled. The other staff is also very nice. The store has a great selection of fine jewelry and watches, and it is always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Every time I come into the store, I have a great experience. This time, I came in with my girlfriend, and we had a great time. Michael was really helpful with watch information - he answered every question we had. He even helped my girlfriend with a Yurman ring she saw online. 10/10 would recommend.

The new location is a nice improvement. I have always felt welcome even if there to just browse. Michael and Flo have always been amazing. I really enjoyed talking to Flo recently when I came in to inquire about a watch. Difficult to imagine shopping at another store in the area.

In November of 2021, I visited Fink's to buy a ring for my wife and was lucky enough to have Keng as my sales associate. The ring buying process was so easy - Keng presented multiple choices for me (all of which worked with my wife's wedding ring). He then asked if there was anything else he could help me with and I said sure - I would like a 126710 BLRO. Keng chuckled and said sure - I will put you in line!

I figured it was going to be like all of the other Rolex authorized dealers in today's world. We laughed, looked at a few other watches and I told him I would be in touch. For Christmas, I went back, and of course, worked with Keng. This time he helped me with a necklace and earring set that matched for my wife. I asked again about the BLRO and he assured me that I was on the list still.

On February 24, 2022, I got a call and then a text from Keng that said he had good news for me and for me to give him a call. Of course, I called him back as soon as possible. Keng asked me if I was still interested in the Pepsi Rolex. I almost fell out of my chair and I figured he was messing with me. 4 months, on a Pepsi? What? I told him I could not be there until the next day, and he said that was fine. Went up there, talked with him - he brought out the BLRO, sized it, and I left with a Pepsi Rolex. Keng is a great sales associate and him and Fink's have my business for any jewelry or watch needs that I have in the future.

I am already thinking of what I need to get for my wife for mother's day. If anyone asks me where to go buy a watch brand that they sell (Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Breitling, etc) or jewelry - I am going to be sending them to Keng and Fink's. Thanks again Keng and Fink's!

Everyone from the manager, Flo, to everyone else in the store could not have been nicer. And the store?! Wow! It is really nice and so easy to shop. They have great coffee to boot! Great people. Great selection. Overall great experience!

Great place to get your Rolex! The people are nice and very down to earth. Especially, Tamara my salesperson. She is very helpful and encourages me to be patient and wait for the watches that I want. Always a great experience, I will always come back here to purchase my timepieces!

If you are looking for the finest quality and the most knowledgeable and professional staff then Finks Jewelers is the place you must visit if you live in the Virginia Beach area. I've made several purchases here and Leanne is always my go to salesperson. She seems to know everything about every piece we look at and is just a joy to work with. She gives me the perfect experience every time I walk through the door.

I will never make a purchase from any other jeweler as the staff and merchandise at Finks are by far superior to any other jeweler in the Tidewater area. Thank you Leanne and the entire staff at Finks Hilltop, you truly are the best of the best.

By far the best shopping experience period. Today was the first time I took my spouse to buy an actual jewelry after our wedding. Aaron helped us out. Throughout the process, not once was he pushy, not once did he show us that we might be taking too much time. He was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and above all, did not mention price until we asked which never made me feel like I might be getting judged at what I can afford. His knowledge about the jewelry was what made us decide to buy a ring. Definitely recommend to anyone hands down.

I reached a point after looking online where it was time to go in store and see some watches. I'd made a personal decision in wanting a nice watch that would check off some personal wants. I couldn't have been more fortunate for Aaron to assist me in this decision. His knowledge is top notch and his approach is welcoming. No question is a dumb question and he makes it easy explaining it all.

I would highly recommend working with him in finding what's right for you. It's a no pressure experience. Everyone in the entire location is kind and welcoming. I enjoyed interacting with the store manager, Flo as well.

Great experience! Just before Christmas 2020, our daughter was moving to Mooresville, NC so my wife and I went along to help with the move. Since we were shopping at the Mall and I'm always looking for a new Rolex I stopped by this store. I started talking to sales woman named Delores. She was very attentive and showed me Rolex display counters.

I did not see what I was looking for. We talked about different models and she mentioned that she has a model that I may like since a customer did not pick it up. To make the story short I got the watch! Delores is the best! I continue to visit them every time I'm in town. The service was and continues to be top notch. Everyone in the store is very friendly. Store manager Roger is great and always ready to help. Highly recommend (jewelry also - awesome diamonds according to my wife)

One of the two authorized Rolex Dealers in Charlotte. South Park store manager, Roger Harper, is super knowledgeable about all watch brands and is not just about making a sale. He is an avid watch enthusiast who will share his experiences with a brand even if it might lead you away from a higher priced option in order to give you the best value for your dollar. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Roger at Fink's this past weekend. I had reached out about 2 weeks prior to my visit, inquiring about a Cartier watch. I was pretty set on purchasing it, but wanted to try it on just to confirm. After trying it on, I wasn't sold on it like I originally thought. Roger showed me a wide breadth of watches and was not pushy on any watch over another.

As a first time watch buyer, I can honestly say I had a great experience and ended up walking out with a watch that I was originally oblivious to, but ultimately love. I was in there for over an hour, and not once was I pushed or felt pressured into anything. I highly recommend Roger at the SouthPark store and will likely continue to stay with him for his expertise.

I stopped in around Christmas looking for a blue Rolex, 41mm. I spoke to a woman named Patricia, she explained the blue Rolex watches were hard to come by and I have her my card and said when you get one in, let me know. I honestly didn't think she took me too seriously. On Feb 28th I got a text with a gorgeous short video of 2 Rolex watches that came in one was a white face and one was a blue 41 mm with beveled edge and roman numerals.

I texted back that we (husband and I) would come in the next day. BOOM! It is a beauty, we were out of the store in 15 minutes with this fantastic watch. Thanks for the great follow up, Patricia! We found ourselves a jeweler for the future. Cheers!

I had a wedding band made here with a family ring and it turned out beautifully! I have been a longtime customer of Finks in Lynchburg, VA, and will say that my overall impression of this location is not quite as good, although I am thrilled with my end result! When I first walked in, a few very confused salespeople told me they didn't do custom jewelry, BUT they eventually directed me to Delores and she was so helpful!

I had diamonds taken out of my heirloom ring to make a platinum and diamond wedding band and I adore the result! We will probably return for my fiance's wedding band since the prices are so good, but you definitely don't get the service of diamonds direct (where my engagement ring is from). Again, I was thrilled with my experience, but I definitely see where the negative reviews are coming from.

Fantastic service at Fink's Jewelers I learned about Fink's Jewelers over a year ago when I was in the market for a Rolex Explorer. I never owned a Rolex and decided I wanted to buy one from an authorized dealer, (AD). I knew finding an Explorer was difficult because Rolex sports and professional models are in high demand. Wait time was allegedly one year or more.

I telephoned several fine jewelry & watch retailers and was assured my name would be placed on their waiting list. A few months later I heard back from only one authorized dealer, Tracy (Birdie) McCrea at Fink's Jewelers in the SouthPark Mall, Charlotte, North Carolina. "Still interested in an Explorer?" Birdie asked. "Absolutely, " I replied.

A few days later I drove to the mall and came home with a new Explorer on my wrist. However, the story doesn't end there. Almost a year later I decided to buy another iconic timepiece, a Rolex Submariner. Again, finding one would be a long shot. Research revealed new Submariners are scarce and Rolex distributes them only infrequently to AD's.

I again called Birdie and told her what I wanted. I explained I was willing to wait as long as necessary. Birdie said she would try and we had a conversation about how unpredictable it is determining a timeframe for availability. I thought for sure it would be a year or more or perhaps never at all. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang about a month later and it was Birdie.

She said one new Submariner, no date model, had come in. I was out of town when I received Birdie's call so I had to postpone my trip to the store. When I got home I made and appointment with Birdie and drove to Charlotte. Like before, all went pleasantly well. My Rolex Submariner was sized to my wrist, registered with Rolex and I was given an appraisal for my records.

The purchase took about an hour and we had lots of laughs and shot some fun photos. In summary, I received fantastic customer service from Birdie and all of Fink's representatives. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Accolades go to Birdie and all Fink's employees at the Charlotte store. Highly recommended. MM

My friend and I specifically went to Fink's tonight to inquire about a Rolex Submariner for me and a wedding band for him. The younger bearded sales associate was insulting, pretentious and rude. It's true folks; Fink's snobby service really stinks. Having been talked out of a large sale, we simply went to Tiffany's and purchased a ring for my friend.

My Submariner will only have to wait until I find one at a Fink's competitor. PS: No need to respond with your standard, "I'm sorry" bs. You should have taken the opportunity to correct such poor sales service with the other reviewers.

I took my wedding ring in to be resized. It takes a week before you receive a quote on how much it will cost and THEN another week to receive the repaired item. My ring was supposed to be resized to 14 1/2. All they did was a polish job.for $115.00! There is a reason they are called " Fink's" jewelers! Beware!

Sales counter people leave a lot to be desired- for the class of jewelry they sell, they should treat their clients with a little more respect and professionalism. I've been in 3 times- so this is not a 'one-off'. Same woman who 'helped' me was clueless- keep questioning me 'did you pay?' 'did someone call you?' etc- sh had to go to the admin staff for assistance (admin staff is very good- would rather deal with them).

A sales person was walking around the store eating her lunch, spoke with a customer and said loudly 'I can't help you I'm on my lunch break'. Another sales person was helping an elderly customer who was paying, and the customer was a bit slow and having difficulty- the sales person SCOWLED at her, made a face- with me standing behind the customer, in line. Again, for the caliber of jewelry they sell, they should treat each customer as if they are the same caliber.

Have been coming here for just over 5 years and in and out of town for business and visiting family. Usually have watch batteries changed or jewelry repaired. The repairs have been mostly to my grandmother's pins, rings and necklaces and they have the right crew of repair people. Recently did a thorough cleaning of one of my expensive watches and glad I did.

It had been running funny and needed a battery and I realized that it had not been cleaned for more than 10 years. In it went. They called me twice as the rehabilitation to my watch was underway. Once to ask if I wanted a new face.no. And again with the estimate for the work. It was high, but such is life. When the watch was returned it looked beautiful.

The gold bezel was smooth, brilliant and like new. The band was likewise clean as can be. It was like getting a new watch. What registered to me was that if I had old jewelry or watches, this was the place to get them in-shape. A silver money clip had cracked and they soldered (?) it and polished it and even touched up the engraving on both surfaces. Nice, courteous effort.

Over the past year I have bought a couple of birthday and mother's day gifts.nice gifts. The sales ladies on three occasions were wonderful and I have a card for earrings if wife decides that she might like ones that match her new bracelet. Good spot to shop and get non-pushy help.

I stopped in Fink's after a terrible shopping trip to Diamonds Direct to shop for a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. Unlike Diamonds Direct, everyone at Fink's was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I worked with Roger and can't say enough great things about him. He was kind and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, his knowledge of jewelry was outstanding. I will definitely be returning to Fink's for all future jewelry purchases!

Fink's is located in Southpark Mall and what I love most is the fact you can stop by any time and get any jewelry purchased there cleaned, for free. I have a few David Yurman pieces, that were purchased at Finks's that I get cleaned every so often when I am at the mall. Not only do they clean the only for free, but they do it right there on site in only 10 minutes.

I recently brought in my jewelry and the staff was so friendly and cleaned my jewelry and provided me with a new bag to keep everything in. In addition, I do love browsing their amazing selections! And, yes, I do have a wish list of items, but nothing I can purchase anytime soon. Ha Ha!

I had an incredible experience at Finks and would recommend this store for any watch seeker or someone in the market for world-class jewlery. Let me preface this review by saying this is my first ever YELP review, but I had such an exceptional experience at Finks that I felt compelled to write this review. I recently purchased at Breitling Avenger II watch from Finks after several trips to the store.

Each time I arrived I was greeted by a warm staff, in particular, Roger Harper, who walked me through every step of the process. To call him a salesman is an understatement. Roger educated me through the various models, let me get a feel for what I was interested in, and had extreme knowledge of the product in his inventory. To top things off, Roger ordered a watch directly from Breitling to ensure I would be the first user.

From a logistics perspective, the process was super smooth. Roger and his team approved me for credit, filled out the necessary paperwork to obtain the proper warranty and customer information from Breitling, and kindly welcomed me into the Fink's reward program - a service I will definitely use in the future. For those of you who read the negative views below, everyone is entitled to their opinion. However, I had an outstanding time with Finks, will be a repeat customer, and hold Roger and his team in high regard for taking such great care of me.

I walked into Fink's with a Movado watch. The screws in the band had come loose. Even though they do not sell Movados, they were persistent to help. Their jeweler in the back tighten the screws for no charge. And even though they did not greet me with a smile when I came in, they had no problem assisting me. They were very nice and helpful.

If you're looking for a great place to by a ring or any type of jewelry, then look no further than Fink's in South Charlotte. Kelly and Sue made the process extremely enjoyable and pleasant in every possible way. Finks has been my go-to store for years. The manager, Traci B, and her team are always ready to assist. The holidays are approaching, and I am excited to make my voyage to Finks. If you have ever purchased jewelry from Finks, they will keep a wish list for you so when you drop in to see all of the fabulous finds you can add them to your list. Then your significant other will have no issue in "deciding" what you might like.

Might I add I have a client from CA that wanted a Rolex so we referred him to Traci Baker. She immediately connected with him, found him the watch he was looking for, and shipped it to him without him ever coming to NC much less coming to the store. She handled his service all over the phone, and provided him a great deal! This is an example of the stellar service they provide. It is just not your typical retail jewelry store. Oh and if you need a very last minute gift, they can have something ready and wrapped in a few moments! Robin W.

We decided to check out some other jewelry stores for wedding bands besides Zales, and South Park's snooty reputation definitely reared its ugly head at Finks. We weren't greeted but they made sure to keep an eye on us. An older lady that was doing nothing asked a sales associate name "Bill" to assist us bc she was busy. She wasn't doing anything but watching us, Bill wasn't friendly either and I'm such a stickler for customer service I told my love don't bother. This is a perfect example of why so many people don't like south park. *sticks nose up in the air"

My ol' man was a navy man and owned one Rolex his entire life. I'm at that point in career to be able to afford the watch I'll wear the rest of my life and Finks carries a great selection of watches fully capable of lasting a lifetime. I've viewed the Rolex of my choice 3 times.but it will take another 6 months before I am there.they have been great showing me the same watch over and over again.

In addition my GF had a TAG watch that needed repair and they did a good job setting expectations and repairing the watch back to working order. Consider them when you are thinking about making a significant jewelry purchase.
