We ended up going to the Cheesecake Factory under the advisement of the birthday girl! She was turning 11 and wanted to have her birthday dinner there. My experience with this particular Cheesecake Factory has not been very good in terms of the meal quality oh, but this time around was much better. I chose a pasta dish and to my surprise it was quite tasty.
I was told by everyone else in the table that their meal was delicious. The strawberry lemonade drink is usual were tasty and our server was a delight throughout the evening. We had a fun family / birthday outing.

An upscale mall with plenty of shopping, dinning and leisure options! This mall is very clean and decorated to make your visit even better, there are many fine dining options located throughout the mall and outside located right next door to supplement your shopping experience. There are also plenty of things to do inside the mall that go beyond shopping, such as having a coffee at Starbucks or just walking around wind shopping.

Not a bad mall. Much better than the mall near where I live. I went on Mother's Day. I enjoyed this mall and it's decorations for Mother's Day. I recommend parking a little farther away to avoid some traffic. I would rate this mall a 3.5. There are a variety of stores. It is a 2 story mall with a food court, a large parking area, bathrooms, an elevator and escalator.
Some restaurants are located here and the food court has variety of food. A nice place to walk around, shop, and eat. The reason why I didn't give this mall a higher rating is because I didn't see a security guard until I was leaving. There was a man stalking my daughter at the women's bathroom near the food court. He even stepped inside the women's bathroom for a moment.
The women's bathroom was lacking toilet paper and paper towels but was soon addressed by a polite lady. I really enjoyed this mall because of the variety of stores and places to eat. It was clean and organized. The people in the mall looked happy. I highly recommend this mall.

This is a huge mall. We got lost quite a bit and surprisingly struggled to find any kind of map or directory to help figure out where stuff is. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't feel like it was laid out very well and places were hard to find so we ended up walking in circles trying to get anywhere. They did have a live performance happening which was cool and the food court has lots of options so that was good. Overall, not a bad experience, just needs better signage to make stores easier to find.

Visited the mall Saturday evening for a quick bite to eat. Didn't have time for shopping but will definitely come back when in town. The parking situation was annoying to me but we ended up parking around the backside of the mall. All good places in one area so that's a plus and it was right down the street from our hotel.

Great selection of shops, sufficiently large parking lot, clean and easy to navigate. There are touch-screen kiosks that can be used to find your way around the mall. Mall decor is unique and stylish. The mall is bustling with customers, and does have an enforced mask policy. However. The parking spots are a little small, and when a car drives through the parking lot, you can feel the concrete wobble beneath you. Someone might want to double-check the structural integrity of that parking lot!

I actually work at this mall. The selection of stores here are decent but I love south point way better because it's larger, better selection of stores, better food options, and has a better scenery and overall the SMELL OF CRABTREE PARKING DECK. I can't stand it. Also, the mall security here seem to take their job a little too serious. Like relax, you are not the police Paul Bart.

Worst customer service! Not sure if the actual stores are closing and only doing online, but waited 20 minutes for help. My son was looking for two items 1) a camera 2) new beats headphones. They where all out of cameras so I ordered it at that moment online. Finally got the headphones. The guy who checked us out was so rude, unprofessional and up right arrogant. Wearing mouth masks is difficult to speak, but this guy was mumbling when I said excuse me I didn't hear you could you please repeat he got an attitude and said which part didn't you hear SMH. I'm old school, but have acclimated to this generation, but to represent this establishment in that manner totally unacceptable. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Very nice mall! It had been ages since I've been to an actual indoor mall. We traveled from Richmond, VA mainly for the Lego store for my daughter. We went on a Sunday. The mall was very clean, including the restrooms, and lots of choices of shops and eateries. We got there before the mall opened so parking was easy, when we drove by on a Saturday night that was a different story. One last thing is it felt comfortable. Security was visible and there were no large crowds. Would definitely make the travel here again.

OMG, This mall is massive and so super busy. Honestly to much for me with the congestion. There are a variety of store options even an Amazon store-WHAT? I didn't even know Amazon stores exist. I really wanted to go in but the line was yay-long and I didn't have the patience to wait to go in but just from my peeking it seems like a lot of good finds and lots of fun. I'm not sure if the mall is this congested during the week days but the weekend was just crazy.

Unfortunately the mall can only get a 3 because it is another victim or of the virus. I was glad to see that there were a number of signs at the stores about social distancing, I will say that because the sigs all appeared the same the mall may have provided them. But it was a nice reminder as you are walking in. Thankfully I went during off hours, because one day when walking thru to get to a restaurant I noticed the MASS amounts of people and was extremely discouraged!
I also noticed that many of the stores didn't have any hours posted which was a pain. The mall hours are extremely limited I noticed but that didn't stop the people from coming out. There were time I passed and the mall was packed. All in all there was a good selection of stores and the restaurants surrounding the mall complimented them well. I would go back, during the week, during work hours and after the pandemic of course!

Not a fan. This mall is deserving of a major facelift for the neighborhood. It's very dated and reminds me of the 90's. The Macy's is one of the saddest I've seen. The only stores worth visiting are Spencer's, Lush and maybe Victoria's Secret. The parking lot is a total joke. Don't dare park on the decks. Do yourself a favor and do the extra cardio.
Park near Barnes and Noble for easy exiting. Can't say that I would visit again unless I'm dining at Cheesecake Factory and I can visit the mall in Durham for what that's worth.

I know some malls are becoming a thing of the past, but Crabtree is still hopping. They have a good variety of anchor stores and smaller shops. The parking can be quite manic at times. You can always find a spot, but you might find yourself going around in circles in one of the parking decks to get in and out. They have a LOT of table-service restaurants, in addition to their busy food court. Kanki, Seasons 52, Cheesecake Factory, and PF Chang's are all in the mall, and Uncle Julio's and Brio Tuscan Grille are an easy walk across the parking lot. Be careful on weekends, though. The wait times for most of them can be long, so make a reservation if you can.

This is the go-to mall in Raleigh. Every store you can imagine is located here and there is a great selection of fast food or restaurants to choose from. The H&M and stores alike are well appointed. The parking is a big downer here. It's a labyrinth of disappointment and no matter how slow or busy the mall gets, it's just downright annoying. I try to avoid this place on the weekend to keep my sanity intact. Otherwise, this mall is a one stop shop for all of your fashion needs.

Pretty nice mall, but there aren't many malls to compare it to as this is the main mall for this area. I came a few times in one week on different nights. They have a nice selection of stores. There are several hotels nearby and it's in a great spot near the airport. They have good chain restaurants - Seasons 52 and Uncle Julio's. It appears pretty crowded on week nights, but again it's not a wide selection of malls or shopping places in the area. There is plenty of parking and it's clean. The parking desk/ lot near the restaurants shakes as cars drive by. is that normal for the infrastructure? Happy shopping!

This mall seems to be going strong despite what you may hear about the death of the American mall. All stores are occupied and anchored by some strong players. We zipped in to Belk's to purchase dress pants and a button down shirt for a teenager heading to the high school dance. He prefers thrift stores when buying his own clothes, but mom was buying and he quickly got over the sticker shock.
We walked away with a nice outfit for $75 and I was told I saved $75 on my purchase. We also toured through the Apple Store where this mom had sticker shock--$249 for EarPods. Last was a quick stop at Auntie Anne's for a cup of pretzel nuggets that weren't very good. That ended our semiannual mother son trip to the mall. We are hunter-gatherers, not socializing shoppers.
Other than having to wind our way out of the parking decks wondering if we would ever escape, it was a quick trip in and out. The mall is full on Christmas decorated and the count down to Black Friday is on!

I really like this mall. Traffic can be crazy getting in and out but once you're in the parking deck/garage, you're good to go! The stores are laid out nicely and lots of stores to choose from. The variety of stores can satisfy any shopper! Wonderful food court as well with many options as well as sit down dining throughout the mall.

BEAUTIFUL MALL! So I came here since I was in the area and decided to see what this mall was about. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with this mall- as they had a lot of stores I that I wasn't expecting. There is "Express", "P.F Chang", "Northface", and "Season's 52". There was also an "Auntie Ann's" & a "Cheesecake Factory". This mall is conveniently located in the center of Cary with a hotel directly across the street. The mall itself was/is very clean and even has some luxury stores within such as "Coach". Overall, great mall, great location and excellent stores!

Wow! This place is crowded. I came on a Saturday afternoon in March expecting it to be busy but nothing like this. It took forever to find a parking spot. If I lived in Raleigh I would take a ride share it taxi. Other than the parking the place is amazing. It has all the best stores and good places to eat. I don't even want to tell you how much money I spent on stuff I can't get back home.
If it had more parking I might have given it five stars but the only five star mall I have been to is Northpark in Dallas TX. So remember, if you are going to Crabtree Valley mall be sure to hire transportation and bring lots of money. The place ain't cheep but it is lots of fun.
