Z's Fine Jewelry

Brought our Mexican Fire Opal into Z's to get it made into a pendant. We were quoted a fair price and they stayed within that range. They said 2-3 weeks but it was finished in about 1 week and it is beautiful! We also received amazing customer service! We went to quite a few jewelers before finding Z's, they were the only ones who were able to give us a clear plan and picture of what they wanted to do with our opal.

The team even texted us throughout the planning process to make sure their ideas were staying aligned with ours. When it was time to pick it up, they were so helpful and patient with me choosing the perfect chain for my new pendant (even though it was right before they closed). We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and can't recommend Z's highly enough!

Came to Z's fine jewelry right before closing on a Saturday. Not only did they clean my gold chains for free, the owner personally took care of me and helped me select the perfect jewelry piece that I needed. I went to Z's because of their 5 star reviews. I recently inherited my moms engagement ring from her 60 plus years of marriage and I wanted to combine it with my 25th wedding Anniversary band. I met with Joe and he went over my options with me. I decided to use one of their settings they had for sale that just needed a center stone. My moms stone fit perfectly. Joe and his team are so caring, patient, and helpful. They have been wonderful on so many levels. Buying gold, sizing rings, appraisals, all while being honest and knowledgeable- not in just jewelry but coins bill and can refer you to other specialists- clocks and antiques. My husband found this jewelry store while I was getting my hair done. He brought me over to see what they have and I was floored. Such a wonderful selection and some very unique items as well. I found a ring for my granddaughter that has a dark red design in it but the best part is it's adjustable and easy for her to wear on her pinky finger. I will be stopping by tomorrow to see what else they have.

Z's completely remade my engagement ring as we were experiencing problems with loose stones, they were able to remake our ring and make improvements that helped turn our engagement ring into an amazing wedding ring! We were also able to buy my husband's wedding ring there too. Their craftsmanship is unmatched, I am in love with my ring. What a fabulous experience we had at Z's Fine Jewelry! My mother and I were assisted by Dawn and the owner Joe. Both are very knowledgeable and personable. My mother wanted to sell some of her older pieces and Joe was very fair. They also did a wonderful job repairing and servicing my wedding ring. I would be hard-pressed to find enough good things to say about Z's. The first purchase from them was my engagement ring, and we went to Bill based on a recommendation from a friend who had also bought his wife's ring from him. The customer service is second to none, and like many other reviewers have said, they are a family jewelry store who treat you like family.

Since that purchase 8 years ago, I referred my parents to them and my family and I haven't gone to another jewelry store since. Not sure what to get? Z's staff has taken all precautions to protect you as you shop. It is a great store with an awesome selection and they will help you find the right gift. You can also shop on line and they will send a beautifully wrapped package for you or you can pick up outside. They are also partnered with so many local nonprofits that they support through their drives. It would be a great shopping experience for you and your friends!

The family owned jewelers surpassed my expectations. Everyone is knowledgeable and skilled and takes time to suggest options for repairs and resetting. They did a fantastic job of resizing and repairing some pieces of family jewelry. I couldn't be more pleaded. Highly recommend.

I don't wear any jewelry except a watch on special occasions. My mom gave me my dad's wedding band because she didn't know what to do with it after he passed away a couple years ago. Brought the ring to be resized and turned out it didn't need to be. Wish I had asked the gentleman his name. Spent a lot of time educating me on rings, ring sizes, and proper care. Offered to pay for his time and he kindly refused. Last time I was here they replaced the batter in my watch. Now, that I have some very special bling, this is THE place to go.

When I asked for the charge I was amazed that only a donation was required! I learned that each donation is matched by the company; plus, the beneficiary of this great endeavor is 1MISSION. Both my husband and I picked our rings out here. The shop is a small family owned place and it has a great atmosphere! They didn't make us feel pressured to buy anything and helped us stay within our budget. All of the staff that we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful! They have a good selection and also sell estate pieces so if you're looking for something unique this is a great place to go!

Joe Schiavone, who's a genius at design created the most amazing jacket for my diamond pendant from the diamonds and sapphires in my ring. His artistry and eye for style are unmatched, in my opinion.
