I highly recommend this store! I had an old pearl necklace that I wanted to have restrung with a change to a toggle closure, and a gold necklace with a broken clasp. I researched jewelry stores and saw that Osborne offered repair/redesign services. I went in and was greeted and received a consultation of my jewelry requests and an estimate. My jewelry was ready after 2 weeks and they did a wonderful job. I am quite happy to enjoy my necklaces again!

Went in just to find out my ring size with my boyfriend. Lynn was so welcoming and we didn't feel pressured or anything. We have gone to Kay before and it wasn't inviting like today was. They had some nice stuff in here. We will definitely be back when ready to look at engagement rings.

Would not recommend at all. I wanted to get diamonds out of a ring I owned into an inherited ring. They gave me the run around that it may not be able to be done and they might have to make a new one (which is false because I have another jeweler doing exactly what I wanted now). They told me if it went that route they would make a mold and call me to see it, well they didn't - I got a call when a new ring was completed.

I told them I didn't want it because it looked nothing like the original. My husband goes back to pick up the two rings (the original that we gave them intact and the inherited one) and he is handed 32 pieces. Every diamond from the original ring was removed and not replaced and loose in a zip loc bag. The owner said he would have to charge us $375 to put the diamonds back in! Horrible customer service and very inexperienced staff. Never going back.

Gina was my sales associate and working with her has made my search for the perfect wedding set effortless. She truly cares about what you are looking for and she went above and beyond to make sure that I made the right decision in purchasing my new wedding set. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their sales associate.

We walked in to see how much it would cost to have my prongs fixed to resecure my stone. Lynn took it back and had it fixed and cleaned in less than five minutes. When I asked what we owed she replied with no cost! They were so sweet to fix and clean it at no cost. Will definitely be back for any jewelry needs! Thank you again!

The staff was Wonderful very helpful and courteous. i had a repair and mount the work is absolutely flawless. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store. Their customer service is outstanding. I needed my ring resized and a prong fixed. They took great care of my ring, it looks brand new. I'm so happy with how it turned out.

This place is a joke. They're prices are super high with not so good yellowish diamonds. 1.7 carat for 17,000! The selection is not unique either. I've seen better diamonds at Kay Jewelers.

I haven't been able to wear my wedding rings for sometime because my finger had gotten bigger. Brennan took the time to work with my husband and I to create a stunning new engagement ring while reviving my wedding band and sizing it to fit. I'm so happy with my new/old set. Osborn's has done pieces before for us before, but this by far has been the biggest. I'm really glad to have a local Jeweler that is this awesome. Great honest local owned jeweler convenient located in West Valley in Goodyear in an upscale store close to I-10. They "repaired" some prongs and cleaned my mom's 40+ year old wedding ring she bought in the midwest! So great to find a store with old fashioned values and top notch service even though ring not purchased there :

I've had several pieces updated, custom created and cleaned and every-time Osborne's has delivered. Their prices are fair and they work with your budget. I will be back soon to custom order some turquoise rings. You should go to Osborne's for your jewelry needs too! The staff at Osborne Jewelers offer as fine a service as we have ever encountered. They were instrumental in helping us find just the right engagement and wedding rings last year and they have provided excellent service on all of the jewelry that we have bought there as well as family pieces and other items. Their craftsmanship is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Somehow, even though we were masked, they recognized us and they even knew the name of Kelly's great aunt to whom the heirloom ring had belonged. We always leave there with a good feeling.
