I am grateful that I came across his shop when in search of a jeweler for an important and delicate project that required not just a skilled goldsmith but one who could provide the necessary discipline and care for the creation of two important new items.

In addition to delivering two beautiful pieces of custom work with quick turnaround, he was extremely responsive, helpful and informative throughout the process. Eric went above and beyond and served as an indispensable guide along the path of transforming my raw materials into something beautiful. He gave me something that will last a lifetime and will hopefully remain with my family for years to come.

Great local jeweler. I needed a very quick turnaround time to set a diamond and they worked with me to get me the ring on time and with high quality, all for a very fair price.

We came in with a bunch of random jewelry and old stuff from a past relative seeing what could be done with them. Eric was very knowledgeable and quoted us much lower than the other big name jewelers we had been to. There were also two cute dogs in the shop. We are still shopping around, but will likely choose Eric to forge our wedding rings

Eric is a Master Jewler which is truly impressive considering there are maybe 3 in the entire state of Colorado. My fiance and I had custom rings made and I'm probably the most picky human alive, Eric and his staff made sure everything was perfect and his designs are truly one of a kind! I would recommend Eric Olson to anyone who is looking for a masterpiece!

We could not be happier with the service and products at Eric Olson! My fiance had an engagement ring made custom for me here, and it's perfect. We just picked up our wedding bands and they are also perfect! We can't recommend the folks at Eric Olson highly enough!

A customer for half a decade, I found Eric's designs and workmanship superb. My mistake was returning recently with a 62-year old ring my father gave me. Eric had resized it a couple of years ago. As I have lost weight, the ring needed attention again. I thought Eric could easily add another spacing block between the two previous ones he had placed on the inside of the Ring's band.

He did this but the result was that now the ring was too tight. I asked Eric to file down the blocks somewhat to loosen the band. He disappeared into his back workroom. Instead of slightly cutting down the blocks, he roughly filed away the original Sterling silver. The work appears to have been done with a rotating, coarse wire drill attachment. The effort removed the deeply engraved letters, "STERLING" that had displayed themselves all across the inside of the band.

This also left the inside of the ring's edge very uncomfortably sharp. I was deviated. Heart broken. This "master" destroyed the original work rather than cut back his resizing blocks. I cannot help but think he, in effect, exchanged base metal for sterling. I shall never return to buy not trade with this man.

Eric Olson is a true artist and craftsman. I am very pleased with the custom work he has done for my wife's ring/band. The entire staff is very excellent. I am always greeted with a smile and they somehow always remember who I am, even though I only stop in once/twice per year. This is the place to go if you're looking for quality jewelry and friendly service.

What started out as a pleasant and fun time, turned into a terrible experience here. Eric is rude and unprofessional. We had a ring made here- noticed some imperfections with the ring after some time had passed. We took it to multiple other jewelers to get other opinions and consistently got reviews that my diamonds were crooked and the casting was messed up, and that it was sloppy craftsmanship.

When brought concerns to the staff members, including Eric, they were unprofessional, and frankly not kind. He refused to fix my ring and stated it was our fault we waited. Customer service is not a priority here. It felt like they took my money and didn't care what happened after that. Take your jewelry elsewhere.

Amazing! If you are looking for something a little different, and not something you can find just anywhere, this is the place for you. While we were in town for a wedding, we visited Eric Olson's jewelry store with my cousin (the bride). We fell in love with all the pieces that we saw, that my husband and I decided to come back and get our wedding bands there. The staff was very helpful and we got our bands in a reasonable time. We are thrilled with how they came out.

I went here to get an estimate on fixing 2 wedding rings. The estimate was reasonable, but when I told them that I'm going to get a few more estimates, they were insulted and acted like I wasted their time. I would not do business with anyone who mades me feel uncomfortable in their store.

Fantastic service. I originally went to get my ring fixed as it had been damaged but I also had them resize my ring as it was too big. They did a fantastic job both times and got the ring back to me within a week! I highly recommend Eric and team for any repairs you may need. The jewelry selection is also fantastic, there are a lot of unique pieces within the shop.

Super nice and approachable. Made choosing the right ring super easy. They have preset work and if you don't like that Eric will work with you to design what you want. Soooooo glad I chose them over other jewelers!

Beautiful, unique, interesting jewelry and the custom service is very good. They have beautiful pieces or they'll help you design a custom piece. I have a necklace that was a gift from here and it's gorgeous. I get so many compliments on it. When I had to go in to exchange the chain for a longer one, they were very nice and super helpful.
