My new husband and I went to Lake Oswego jewelers from Seattle, WA because I liked their online selection for my engagement ring. We were in for a treat when we met Travis - who had saved the ring all week for our visit and had the ring and diamonds on display for us when we came in for our appointment. If you have any jewelry repair needs or questions about the value of a repair, this is the place to go! I walked in and was warmly welcomed. They addressed my needs in a very professional and friendly way. I went in with a bracelet that I needed repaired. They took a look at it, did a quick repair and sent me out the door an extremely pleased customer. Furthermore, they did not charge me for the repair.

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Travis at Lake Oswego Jewelers. A few years ago, my then-girlfriend shared the custom design that Travis had prepared for an engagement ring she was purchasing for me. We had envisioned complimenting rings based on a simple claddagh design. I was very impressed with the elegance and clarity of his work.

In mid 2017, my fiancee-to-be introduced me to Travis when I was in the States to check my ring size. I enjoyed his professional yet relaxed & personal approach, and found him very easy to get along with. A couple months later, I abandoned my search for a jeweller in my native Australia and contacted Lake Oswego Jewelers to create the perfect engagement ring. Travis remembered me and was immediately up for the challenge of designing a custom ring with a client in an entirely different country!

We exchanged many drafts via email (his 3D design prowess helped a lot) and his responses were always swift and personal. Over a few weeks, we created an incredible piece, and when I eventually received my own ring, I was blown away yet again. We couldn't be happier with the work that Travis and his team have done.

Before calling LOJ, I did my due diligence calling around to other jewelers in town and window shopping only to be met with short sentences and attitude.when I called and spoke to Travis at LOJ I could immediately tell that they had a spark that no one else had. Travis was attentive, non-judge mental, not pushy, patient and had a vibe of trustworthiness that none of the other shops had.

I came in the next day and we talked about what my fiance would like, what I would like and all the while Travis was happy to discuss options, precious metals, give me the pros and cons, etc. It was obvious that I wasn't just another paycheck to this jeweler. Within two days we had five stones shipped in to examine in person within my budget and guidelines and the final stone choice was a no brainer - then the real work began (the ring).

Now I'd love to tell you that I picked a ring out of a catalog and got out of there, but I couldn't let her wear just any ring off the shelf. Over the course of the next couple weeks Travis and I went back and forth custom designing a ring that combined the band of one, with the bridge of another and the basket of a third ring. The result was everything I had expected and there is nothing that could have possibly been smoother or more perfect about the transaction. Travis went above and beyond working with me to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the ring came out perfectly and looked exactly like the design. He was always prompt to answer any questions I had, and even took time out of his day to meet me on weekends for "covert" ring design discussions.

I've known Travis and Tiah for 15+ years and if your looking for a place to buy a ring, look no more, these people are the best! Super nice people who actually care about the final product that comes out of their store. I know for a fact that I was a pain in the butt client. I ordered two total rings from them. The first ring was returned and upgraded and the 2nd ring is the one in the picture.

I absolutely love the ring! It was exactly what I was looking for! I've never in my life shopped for a ring, so needless to say I was scared. It's a super expensive purchase, but it all worked out! Travis and Tiah walked me thru the process from start to finish. All my questions were answered and then some. This process took about 6 months in total!

That's a long time to deal with someone and Lake Oswego jewelers handled it amazingly. I could go on and on, but in all seriousness, this is by far the best place to buy a ring! I currently live in Los Angeles, California so we did ALL OF THIS through emails, calls and text messaging. As for my ring, I fall even more in love with it every day. My fiance is only able to visit every few months, but somehow he and Travis managed to produce a completely custom ring despite timezone differences and relying solely on online communication.
